*warning* DONT GO HERE! Wow, I'm am flabbergasted by how disappointed my experience was. Number one, my sandwich was made extremely poorly and didn't even have a slight resemblance to the picture online. It was so skimpy I couldn't believe it. The bread hid everything inside. Even worse was the customer service! I seriously can't believe anyone could be so rude! Had eaten here many times in the past, but it had been awhile and things had changed. The worker behind the counter was super slow, taking 10 minutes on the 3 sandwiches before I got to order. When it was my turn I gave my order and showed my coupon, but she exclaimed they don't take subway coupons. OK I was shocked, but still wanted something so I ordered 2 $5 nachos. As she made the items every component of the meal was half of what the image showed that was between the two of us. I commented on the difference, but she stated that for extra money it could look like that. Yet the image had $5 right next to the nachos. Told her thanks, but no thanks and walked out. I ordered a subway sandwich from this location on Alahambra Avenue today and was very disappointed! I ordered my sandwich online and walked over to pick up during my lunch break. When I got back to my office, I was upset to find out that my sandwich was missing several KEY ingredients! First of all, I ordered the sandwich called the BEAST which is supposed to have 1/2 lb. of meat including: pepperoni, salami, turkey, ham, roast beef and double cheese. Yes, it's a lot but that's why I ordered it, I was hungry! So the bag feels really light as I'm walking back to the office but I was hoping I misjudged -- unfortunately I was right -- it had NO ROAST BEEF AND NO TURKEY and only one serving of cheese! That is a sandwich in and of itself! If they were missing ingredients, they should have mentioned something to me as I was the only one in there picking up a sandwich at the time but nothing. Placed order on DoorDash and it doesn't give you option to add any instructions. Just wanted to make they they put extra chipotle sauce so instead I tried calling three times . I've been here twice in the past week. The first time was in the evening right after closing but because they were training someone they let us in to place an order. Nice.....right? How often does that happen? Sandwiches are decent. Normal Subway fare. After reading the scant reviews I'm surprised at the one complaining about all bread and no fillings. My sandwiches were well balanced with the fillings. Not an over abundance of meat but it wasn't skimped on either. The grouchy lady that was referred to in one of the older reviews very much resembles the lady that was here today but she made sandwiches with an abundance of fixings to the point that the sandwich could barely be closed. I came to this subway yesterday and today. Same employee working. Same cruddy service. My sandwich is fairly easy since it is a veggie only. You should really tell your employees to wear their face mask properly, especially now that we have a pandemic. The guy who prepares sandwiches has his mask falling off his face, not covering his nose. The purpose of the face mask is to prevent air that we breathe out from reaching other people. Even if the employees don't have covid, it is still a protocol that should be followed, especially by a store that prepares food that people eat! read more

This Subway is owned by a family that lives Subway. I come here every morning for breakfast and will drive across town past 3-4 Subways to get to this store. I've gotten to know the new owner's since Fall of 2014 and they are very dedicated to a well maintained restaurant. They want a clean facility, sandwiches made to the Subway receipe and employees who know how to make customers happy. I am very discerning when it comes to Customer Service and I can only speak for the owner's who are usually at the store at opening. They are amazingly good at pleasing the customer. As far as part-time associates, I think there are new people periodically and learning the business isn't always perfect, but I can definitely say it doesn't stem from the ownership at this location. I'd highly recommend visiting this restaurant. It's my favorite and my hats off to Raj and his family for making it the perfect morning stop for me on my way to work! read more

I am literally a regular here and the staff here probably knows me. Lol. I go here at least once or twice every two weeks. The service here is generally pretty quick, unless you go here in the middle of lunch rush, then you will hit a line. But most of the time there isn't anybody here, unless there is one person finishing up their order. The staff here are pretty quick on making your sandwich and always have a nice selection of chips to choose from. The sitting area is always clean , empty and quiet. The parking lot is small but like I said, with it not being next to anything other commercial space and hardly every packed, it's a decent size. The hours are normal, which is good and love how it's close to where I live. Oh and their yogurts are the best! Super yummy read more

I came in and ordered a flat bread subway melt the manager at the time was not only preparing the food but she was also training her, I didn't mind the wait but what did gross me out was the moldy flat bread so when she got my flat bread she saw it had mold I watched her try and pick out the and when she couldn't remove everything she said hold on then she went to the back and got some frozen flatbread I thought ok she will just stick it in the oven, leaves the bread out does not say anything because the new girl needed help. After being shut for so long it's nice to see the subway shop open again. It's a great place to get a sandwich, the down side is how long it takes to get that sandwich. They have one person on the register and one person making the sandwiches. Not quite sure why. Seems like a waste of man power, why not have the person who made the sandwich ring it up while the other person helps the next person in line. So you wait a long time in line as only one person is making sandwiches at a time. Also the lady today who made my sandwich actually threw the vegetables in the general vicinity of my sandwich, most didn't make it , so when I unwrapped the sandwich most of the veggies were in the wrapper outside of the sandwich and made a big mess. I have never encountered a more rude sandwich maker in all my life! Every time I get a sandwich here I cringe while having to talk to this woman, she always has a nasty look on her face, and seems absolutely miserable that she has to be standing there making sandwiches! Well, ordered a footlong meatball - the girl did every thing possible not to go in the back for sauce. She literally scraped the sides of the meatball container and quickly dumped shredded cheese over the sandwich; when I said "Please, don't you have sauce in the back? That's just meatballs and bread.", she rolled her eyes, sighed and sure enough, went into the back and brought out another container. She then dumped it on top of the cheese she'd already thrown over the sandwich and heated the entire mess.
