Slow with hiked prices and inaccurate order! The 12 piece chicken fries are $2 more than the PH location a mile away! We waited over 14 minutes in the drive thru when only 1 car was at the window, ahead of us. Our "Oreo Sundae" came with no Oreos on it. And some chick in the background was doing nothing to help while the lady at the window was taking the order of the car behind us as I just sat there with 2 kids waiting to pay. Decided to walk in and order my food. While waiting, I observed a male worker getting someone's chicken fries with his bare hands placing them in the box container. Then I saw the female in the back making the sandwiches using her bare hands too. I immediately advised the manager about the unsanitary preparation of the food and asked for a refund. She apologized and offered to make the food herself but I declined. After getting my refund, I walked around to the car in the drive thru to advise them of what I just observed. Just so they can make their own decision if they still wanted their food. The one time I ever wanted to have Burger King, this happens. I will never go back here. Food: was ok. We ordered the impossible burger meal, bacon double cheeseburger, and chicken nuggets. The burgers and nuggets were warm. The French fries were at least fresh. Ambiance: inside is definitely not good for dining in. It looked like they had water damage from the rain. The floors had a little bit of flood water. The ceiling were like ripped or damaged as mentioned previously. Maybe they should have closed the lobby. Not attractive. Service: was going to the "drive-thru" but the like was ridiculous and was taking long. We went inside and it took long as well. Horrible drive thru! We waited for 20 minutes for someone to take our order and another 10 to get it. SMH. A drive thru is supposed to be quick and efficient and yet this place sucked for customer service. And based on the empty parking lot, the dining room should have been fairly empty so we couldn't understand why the drive thru took so long. Unfortunately there was no way for us to back out of the drive thru because there was a long line behind us forming. We will not frequent this place again as service takes too long for a fast food restaurant. My husband went through the drive thru and paid with his debit card. He didn't realize that they hadn't given the his card back until the next day when he found multiple charges to his bank account. Charges for gift cards etc amounting over $750+ Some coming out of Modesto. We know for a fact that it was the employee who took the card in the drive thru. Be warned. I must be a glutton for punishment, but I've had multiple terrible experiences here. One time in the evening, I was the lone person in the drive thru and the inside of the restaurant appeared empty. When I pulled up to the call box, I had to say "hello?" several times before someone answered. The worker asked me to wait and I ended up waiting nearly 10 minutes for him to be ready to take my order. Food still took forever to come out and was mediocre at best. Another time, I ordered ahead for pick up through the BK app. The inside of the restaurant looked miserable and uninviting and smelled "stale," like an old deserted building (it's a terrible indication that a restaurant does not smell like food). Anyway, food again was rather mediocre. I usually like Burger King and it's fairly nostalgic for me. However, I would not be sad if this location closed up or better yet, changed to more competent ownership. read more

I have never given a review for fast food, but I had such a great experience with Allen last night that I had to! I went to the drive-through yesterday craving some fries. My sister and brother-in-law also wanted some food so we decided to order a bunch of things. Allen was patient as we decided on what we wanted, made sure our fries were fresh and crisp, and just overall one of the friendliest people I've encountered. It's hard to get a personalized dining experience during the pandemic, but Allen did such an amazing job while we ordered in the drive-through! I think he made all of our Friday nights. I drove thru, ordered a small hamburger. Which was almost $5 alone. As I left the drive in I opened it to eat and the bun was stale, cold and so old it was broken in half, the lettuce was limp, old and browned, two tiny onions. I got back in the drive in and went up to the window ( I should have known it was bad, there was nobody inside or in line) and asked the guy at the window whats up with this burger? as I show it to hiim, he says thats how they teach us to make them!
