Came here after seeing their Instagram that they were back up and running under a new name and I was not disappointed! We stopped by for lunch around 1pm. It's typically a window ordering service, but it was slow and they did table service for us. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and my boyfriend's mom had the fish and chips. My sandwich was loaded with avocado, a sauce, onion, and lettuce (I opted for no tomato). Those fries were thin and crispy, just the way I like it! Her fish and chips were MASSIVE and easily a serving for 2 people. I'm so happy they are back open. I can't wait to try more items on the menu and even their cocktails!

Cool spot o have a beer and a bite. The menu is simple and not overwhelming. We ordered the Panini Crispy PorK Belly and Fries. I wasn't so excited after taking my first bite only because I like it crispy. Flavor wise is was good. We also had Shrimp and onions fried called shrimpen bidness which we both liked. Serving size on both plates is enough and priced okay. The inside is small but has enough tables to fit small parties. I loved the outside dining area it is big enough for larger parties. Overall experience is good but o will try a different sandwich. . 3 stars for me deserves a return and try other things.

This was the old Vic's but the same owners. I'm not sure why they changed because Vic's was pretty popular. There is no more waiter service. You order at the counter and get a number to bring to your table. The grilled chicken sandwich is pretty standard. The sweet potato fries are yummy. The ranch dressing is bottled and blah. My coworkers enjoyed their salads. It's a casual place with indoor and outdoor dining.

We were greeted at door and told we could sit anywhere. Seating available inside and outside. Since it was rainy and cold we chose to be inside at a cute corner table by the windows. A server brought water and menus to our table inside and let us know to place order at the counter when ready. The place is very bright, airy and open inside which I liked. We decided to share the crispy belly pork panini with fries and coleslaw along with an appetizer of shrimpin bidness. The food came out shortly to our table, hot and fresh. They even split our panini onto separate plates for us which was greatly appreciated. So the sandwich was just ok because there was no crispness at all sadly. Had a great taste but would have been so much better if the meat was actually cooked crispy. The fries, slaw and appetizer were delicious. Hubby and I were just disappointed with the panini though. Would come and try other things in the small menu which makes things so much easier and not feel overwhelmed. They have drinks available too and many sounded good.

When we got there the line was less than 5 minutes. Terrific outside seating. Funky vibe, painted in Caribbean blue and yellow pastels. Lots of very good food ...large portions... and "take out" boxes.

Food was delicious, could eat this everyday. Food came out fast, wish I could have gotten a refill on my soda

We were invited to the soft opening of Brother Sister by Vic's Martinez yesterday. GREAT news for everyone, they officially open on Wednesday at 11:00 AM! Their hours moving forward will be Wednesday-Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8 PM. The menu showcases new dishes and some old favorites from Vic's. We feasted on a loaded butcher block pizza, steak frittes, fish and chips, skins game, chicken karate, and my new favorite sammich, the pork belly panini....OMG, so good! The new Brother Sister has a more casual vibe; grab a menu, order at the counter, and take your beer, wine, or cocktail to the beer garden or a table inside. The menu has been scaled down, and they will not be serving brunch at this time, but there are plenty of delicious selections! Vic's now offers cocktails including the Tweak-Tini, Refiners Marg, Muir Mule, M-Town Smash, Marina Sunset, and the Strawbee-tini. I love the Martinez play on names! And the best news of all, Rosie and Lourin will be back during the evening hours! I may have to head back Wednesday evening for some Rosie time and a pork belly panini! They give you a little extra baguette on soups and sandwiches, being a bread lover, that's a plus (though I shouldn't be eating all the bread). Service is okay. Expectations are between a fast food place and a sandwich shop. They are nice, but nothing over the top or exceptional about it. The prices are a little high, but what isn't in the Bag Area. Sandwiches (6 inch) are in the mid teens, so were the salads.

The lack of pictures and reviews should've told me everything I needed to know. I ordered the ham and turkey on a wheat sub with added bacon and it cost nearly $17. From the pictures, I thought I'd be getting more food for that price but I couldn't be more wrong. First, even though it says sub, it's not actually a sub or a wheat roll. It's just 2 thin slices of wheat bread. I don't think they know what a sub or a roll is tbh. Second, even though it's just a slice of wheat bread, apparently you only get half of the bread or half of the sandwich. They really go through the effort to cut the bread in half and overcharge significantly for what you get. You're telling me I just paid $17 to just get a half sandwich? It's lowkey depressing and I was still hungry after eating it. Just look at the picture I added, my hand is literally bigger than the sandwich. Third, the filling was barely there. Honestly felt like I was eating a tomato sandwich like I'm in poverty. This felt like a poverty meal but I paid $17 for it which is unbelievable. I even paid an extra $1.55 for bacon yet it only came with 1 piece of bacon, they can probably say 2 pieces but they clearly cut 1 normal piece of bacon in half. If they're charging $1.55 for bacon, you should definitely get more than 2 half pieces. Even when I picked up my order, workers were just standing there and I had to make the effort to tell them why I'm there rather than them asking me if I have a order for pickup. I even gave them a minute or so to ask me if I have a pickup order since they weren't thay busy but no one asked. Honestly just go to any other sandwich place. Save yourself the money and disappointment. I'm literally disappointed in myself for thinking I was gonna get more food for that price and this embarrassing sandwich really made me question life. Like for $17 I could've bought all the ingredients and make that same half sandwich like 10x or more.

The folks here were very kind and polite. They were very helpful in ordering as well. I ended up getting the French dip sandwich. The price was pretty in line with what it is nowadays. (Early 2026) I thought the sandwich was tasty and well made. Again, I can't stress how kind the folks here were. If none of the people in your circle have tried it, it sometimes makes it a hard for one to make the leap of faith. After all, everything is pricier nowadays. So making sure you are getting your money's worth is more important more than ever. I'm glad that Sprankles always makes me feel confident about my purchase when I order from them. Recently I tried their Pastrami Club and was very impressed. Lots of good flavors. If you are person who loves extra meat or their sandwiches then I think you'd love this one. I do wish the bread held up a little better. Even though I appreciate the amount of content I get on the sandwich, I think that particular should be served on a more sturdier bread. If not then the meat could probably be reduced just a smidge. Other than that no other complaints. When you pick up your food you shouldn't have any problems with parking. Theres usually plenty of parking in their lot. I'm really looking forward to trying more things here at this cozy sandwich spot.
