They skipped us when taking the food order (literally watched them take the food order of the other guests at our table and simply walk away without taking ours, and every time they passed by still wouldn't acknowledge us as they were clearly slammed and trying to deal with the massive crowd. While we waited at the bar after almost 2 hours of not being able to get a drink, we overheard multiple staff members voice how frustrated and overwhelmed they were.
