Calamari Steak, linguine, white wine clam sauce.
John R.

This is our favorite Italian place in the area. Last 2 times I've asked Chef to go off menu. I've gotten Calamari steak on linguine but with the wine sauce they use for White Clams. So good. Food is always excellent. Love the dipping gravy for the bread. The house salad dressing is delicious. Tonight we had a fantastic server, Chris. He was very attentive, pleasant and efficient. Both my wife and I enjoyed his service and personality. Good job Chris!

Clean menus that you can touch !

Our new neighborhood favorite! This place is just a stones throw from our house! don't know why we forgot about it but we found ourselves here for dinner on a Sunday evening. Everything was delicious, Service was awesome and the prices are not bad! Dinner for 3 one glass of wine, one dessert all for about $100 Tuesday night there is no corkage fee! I'll have to remember that! That is a plus

Way too many green peppers

This is strictly take out. Ordered a $27 seafood pasta dish. It was not only small but the Alfredo was a watered down cream sauce. The 2 scallops were probably the best part of the dish. Because of the bland cream sauce the bell peppers took over the whole dish. So disappointed. I get more seafood from PHO and cheaper. Come on guys. You used to be good. The service from the girl at the front was nice. But I requested butter would she humbly obliged and then totally forgot. I knew I should have checked the order but the bag was tied and a tight knot and didn't have time to work on it since it was so hot outside. I'm sorry guys but Zio Freados and Bambinos got you beat.

Lovely partner of mine and a great bottle of Italian Tiziano Chianti!

Love this local gem! Service and food are great with some wine selections that are not available in local stores! I am a lover of eggplant parmigiana and they make me very happy! But to top that off, they have jambalaya and because I would never have expected that, I had to order it! That is the dish that made me come back over and over!

Delicious Shrimp Rosoto cooked perfectly , French Onion soup lacking onions , Chicken Parmigiana to die for , Dessert Tiramusu & Homemade Gelato not to disappoint

** LATE REVIEW ** Hubby and I had a gift card and came here for dinner back in January 2022. We had not been here in ages so it's nice to see that they are still thriving. Our server was nice and always checked on us throughout our meal. Hubby ordered the Carbonara with Caesar salad and I got the Pasta Alaina with house salad w/ Italian vinaigrette dressing. Our server brought us bread service and always ensured our drinks were topped off. Our salad were brought out pretty quickly and we both enjoyed them. Our main entrees were generous portions and it was ok. We ended up being most of our food home because we filled up on the bread and salad.

Salad Special: mixed greens, blue cheese, tomato vinaigrette topped with grilled shrimp. Perfection!!

This…read moreplace had a very warm atmosphere in the inside with only a few table but luckily it wasn't too busy when me and my girlfriend came by. From the looks of it, there are many locals who show love to this place because everyone seemed to know everyone which was a nice thing to know. Our waiter was very nice, I forget her name but she was such a nice lady. The food was amazing. You start off with a sliced bread thats warm straight from the oven and is presented to you with a secret homemade sauce that was super delicious. If you love garlic like myself, you will be scraping that sauce till its gone. We got the calamari to start with and share and I think that was the best calamafi I've ever consumed. I usually dont like the firm texture and fishy flavor of some calamari but this was super tender and super flavorful without the fishiness. A really great starter to share. We each got out own dishes and I got the Frutti di Mare. This dish was super flavorful and exactly what I wanted from a seafood pasta. Their mussels were HUGE though so I got kinda turned off from that (just a personal thing). Everything else was amazing and you also get a choice of soup or salad before your main entree which is a great format for eating. My girlfriend got the Pasta Gabriella and it was a VERY large portion. She said it was good but we both agreed there was a very strong bell pepper flavor. If you love bell peppers definitely get this pasta. Overall we had a great experience here and would love to come again!!

First of all, our waiter was so sweet and attentive. My grandparents have some dietary restrictions, but they were very accommodating and helpful when picking something they could eat off the lunch menu. We were first served bread which was warm and delicious with the marinara. We ordered Prosciutto for our appetizer which was very tasty. Can't ever go wrong with this plate. I ordered the chicken pesto with a tomato bisque soup. The soup was delicious! My mom who ordered a salad split it with me because she's never tried that soup and found it super tasty. The chicken pesto was more on the tomato-ey side but yummy nonetheless. The portions were huge so I had to take it to go! Such a cute place to bring your family or a date to!

Our server was doing her best on her own for the entire establishment and we respected her situation. The Gabby's Jolt was merely strong and seemed to be missing ingredients listed on the menu. We had ordered the stuffed mushrooms appetizer which was tasty, the filet mignon entree and halibut entree ( of which we told the server we'd like to have a glass of white wine to accompany it but had to wait until the entree was nearly cold to receive it). We ate two servings of bread an do bitter while we waited for the entrees. The filet was tender and seasoned well in addition to being cooked a bit over medium, had a large portion of spinach and mashed potatoes, and came with the same red wine reduction sauce as the mushrooms which we found a bit odd. The minutely seasoned halibut has to have been the tiniest piece of fish we've ever seen served and only had six small potato quarters and like 6-7 stalks of asparagus with it. Overall, we ate everything because of the small halibut entree, but will most likely not return. I suggest the owners have more than one server on a Friday night, For everyone's sake.
