I've ordered takeout from here a few times and it's quickly become a favorite whenever I'm in Vallejo. I've tried the Signature Pizza, Butter Paneer Pizza, and Butter Chicken Pizza, and all of them have been fantastic. The Signature Pizza was like a loaded combo pizza that was just super flavorful with a crisp, light crust. The Butter Paneer and Butter Chicken Pizzas were a fun twist for what I normally would expect from pizza but, I would say it was a fantastic introduction to different, unique, flavorful options. For those that want a bit of a spicy kick, get the former. I only remembered to take a picture of the signature pizza (OOPS), but they're all worth trying! read more

I uploaded their Yelp advertised photo of the combination pizza for comparison with my review and an actual photo of the combination pizza I received. Loaded with toppings described. However, the order I received is not comparable to their advertised photo. To be fair though, the pizza is tasty and has lots of flavor. Quite far from the advertised combination pizza photo they have compared to the one I actually received. This rates a 3/5 star. Outcome: Business manager reached out to my comment. But still not satisfied with the explanation. The toppings were very skimpy. If I ordered a small pizza from your competitor, the toppings are as described and advertised. Not skimped on. The sauce is delicious and I really appreciate what the cilantro did for the flavor of this one. There's a slight heat that is really satisfying, but I can handle heat. To my taste, this was not spicy spicy. Just right! Desi Chicken So fresh and bright tasting. The flavors are just there and so amazing. This place has new owners so I was a tad disappointed that my pizza didn't look like what I expected based on Yelp. They don't use the curly pepperoni anymore so FYI. The white sauce here is really salty so if you're someone who usually enjoys that over traditional red sauce I'd say skip it here and stick with the basics. Great pizza and friendly staff, my new favorite pizza place in Vallejo. Dough is light, nicely crisp and cheese goes out to the edges which I like. The butter chicken one is my favorite, great flavors but their classic Italian pizzas are good too. We used them to cater a big party and they were accommodating with substitutions, delivery, XL pizzas were well executed and able to feed a crowd. Ordered here after driving by a few times, and was craving Indian pizza so decided to give them a try, hands down the best Indian pizza in solano county. I've had pizza twist in Fairfield but the flavors here at tasty bites were so much better. I'd say I'm a regular here now and always order a large or xl half butter chicken and half desi chicken. And a must order are the Indian garlic sticks. Alone is like a small/medium pizza to yourself. Now will be a regular item I order everytime I come here. I delivered the pizza to my father in law in Napa and met my wife there. All three of us loved it. Highly recommended! So exciting to have a new business in town, and what a way to start get the word out. I found out through a social media notice that they were offering free slices. Who can say no to that. In addition to the free slice, the prices for a large pizza are super reasonable. We tried three slices, the cheese, the Hawaiian and the meat. They were delicious and hit the spot. Also got a dozen honey garlic wings for home. Those wings were so good!! Juicy, sticky and flavorful. I will be back for more. And the fries with their light batter were crispy, tender on the inside and so delicious. They didn't make it out the store. Lol. read more

This is officially our new 'go-to' when we're craving pizza and don't want to cook. The Desi Chicken pizza was so good! Really good. It has mint chutney, which I was a little unsure about, but it was such a nice flavor with all the other toppings. The crust was thin, but chewy. I can't wait to try some of the other pizzas, like butter chicken, but I'm going to have a hard time not just sticking with this one! The Indian Style Cheese Sticks were not what I was expecting, but again, they were delicious! I was picturing breaded cheese sticks and these are more like a cheese bread with some extra toppings (pickled onion?) and a little spicy heat. Didn't really need it with a pizza, but glad I ordered it. I'd definitely order it again, especially if we were doing wings. This is a second review from my visit to Tastey Bites yesterday. I had called in an order to go before my night shift last night. I was pleasantly pleased that my order was ready by the time given and hot. I could smell the aroma in my truck lol and that's like food foreplay. I got to work and I couldn't wait for my dinner time. I had to indulge oh and the pizza actually had some weight to it as well. It didn't feel like a semi empty pizza box. Indian style garlic cheese sticks with jalapenos and tandoori chicken pizza are outstanding! I live over an hour away so I stop by Tasty Bites every time I drive past Vallejo. The cheese sticks are easy to eat while on the road and I always get 2 or 3 orders of them and freeze the extra! And if you think Indian spices on pizza will not pair well, you will be pleasantly surprised. This is my "go to place" on my commute! read more

Been hearing the BIG hype on this new pizza spot, so decided to check it out after work recently. Shucks, missed the soft-opening when they were apparently giving out free slices! It's on the corner of Florida & Tuolumne Sts. about a block from the Courthouse. Occupying a space previously unfriendly to other business ventures, especially restaurants. Area is still struggling and blighted (like the rest of Vallejo generally), so let's hope they can hang out awhile and inject a little lifeblood & positivity to this downtrodden corner. The Pizza: Was it the BEST pizza I've ever had in my life? No, but it's still very good. You can tell that the ingredients & toppings they use are superior to places like Domino's or Little Caesar's by comparison. I got two combo slices and they're generous sized for around $5-$6 a slice. Cheese or Pepp. slices might be a smidge cheaper I'm guessing? Either way, 1 slice alone should satisfy a full tummy for most folks, while also providing a relatively cheap meal option. I somehow managed to put away both my slices in 1 sitting, but I was stuffed to the point of feeling nauseous afterward, lol. I saw a blurb on their take out menus about making pizzas for people with food allergies (e.g. Gluten), so be sure to ask about that if it's a concern for you. Going in, I was hoping (praying?) that they would've had pre-cooked slices of the "grab & go" variety, primarily to minimize my hang out time on that block. Worried about my ride & the derelicts, one of whom addressed me just outside. But the warmer-display case inside was completely empty during this PM visit. Like they had probably stopped making extra pizzas this day to avoid potentially wasted product? Was quoted a 10 min. window for freshly made slices, which actually turned into closer to 20 min. Call-ahead ordering might be the better option going forward? And street parking's a little tricky-congested here, especially when the next door smoke shop-market is jumping off, so that's a little iffy. Of course the usual band of characters & riff-raff of the area should keep your head constantly on a swivel (as was mine during this visit). But the guys running the shop are pretty cool, so I wish them the best and will undoubtedly return for more pizza. Major upside of the spot is being 1 of the fewer places that offers individual slices in addition to whole pies. For those times when you don't necessarily need a whole pizza. They do other stuff besides pizza! Cool overhead Spotify music top 40 board next to menus, playing like-minded music at lower volume within the restaurant. Predicting it should be a big hit of a restaurant where others have failed, particularly with the daytime Courthouse traffic. Who doesn't love pizza? I saw there was a new pizza place in Vallejo so u gave them a shot and I gotta say, best pizza I've had in Vallejo in my three years out here. Perfect ratio of sauce, cheese and toppings on an absolutely delicious crust, bravo! My service experience was also top notch, I requested a half and half pizza and they got it perfect and my order was done in just about 20mins. He then goes and gets my pizza and brings it to me with some very kind words remembering me from last time. He was in there working very hard making excellent pizza.
