Longest wait for my food. I'm furious About the wait. Makes me never want to come back to this location again.

I am writing this review because I just witnessed unacceptable customer service. I am disappointed at the amount of times I've called this location to place a phone order for a faster pick up. I thought they may be closed on 11/24/21 but nope. They are open. As I walk in, I constantly hear the phone ringing and not once staff member bothered to answer the phone. Instead, the two staff members up front laugh and tell each other to just "lower the volume" or "to silent it hahaha" And that's exactly what the cashiers did. They would go to the phone to just silent the calls. The is unacceptable in every way. There are people who want to provide business and who knows, maybe in a rush to go somewhere but bring food to their family, to their friends, whoever. Super disappointed at how this place is currently being managed. Lastly, I'm sure the manager is aware of the phone ringing and ringing, because to too ignored calls. read more

We got our food after more than 18 minutes. Fries is under proportion and stale and looks like made than 40 minutes ago. We order regular chicken, but we got spicy with a teeny weeny legs. Our chicken burger was also spicy even though we ordered regular chicken. We've been to a lot of Jollibee, but this one seems to be below service to what they usually provide. read more

Second time I've been to this Jollibee location and each time I've been in the area, it has been a satisfactory experience. Despite what it looks like in the parking lot or lack of, the Jollibee restaurant itself is clean. Next to the cute Jollibee mascot outside, social distancing and masks are adressed upon entering. First time I went during the day it was extremely busy, but the cashier who took my order was cordial and so was the rest of the staff behind the counter! Last night was a breeze, in & out like the burger franchise itself! Went 10 mins before closing and the cleaning lady was polite to unlock the door for me (it was empty inside!!!). Cleaning lady was very welcoming and so was the cashier attendant! Was lucky enough to grab the remaining 6 Mango Peach pies and Ube pies they had left----- all for $10! What a steal! Very yummy indeed!!! I came here for the pies lol. Pictures I've attached don't do justice as they've been taken when arriving home and the following day...but the deliciousness hasn't changed one bit! Growing up as a Filipina, I've never gotten into the hype about this fast food joint, but now I'm mainly here for their dessert and occasionally try their yummy chickenjoy. Love their mango peach pies! I could eat these for days! My husband and I came here for Christmas Eve lunch since it's Covid and we didn't want to cook. It was busy but service was friendly and efficient. We got the 10 piece bucket (spicy is so good!) and a side of adobo rice and 2 peach pies with little wait. Their chicken comes with gravy which is a nice touch and since we were there for the holiday time, it came in a holiday theme bucket which was a nice touch! I placed my online order at 9:45a 11/10/24 for pickup at the Vallejo store; requested time to pick up was at 12:45p. (This was the first time placing order online!!) I got to the restaurant at 12:30p, and expected to wait a few minutes for my ordered to be prepared. But when I showed my confirmation on my phone to the shift supervisor, Jamie, supervisor could not find my order on the system. Jamie kept looking at my phone for the order, but still could not find the order on the system. This went for a few minutes; at that point I became very irritated. Apparently at 12:40p my order popped up on the system! I was told the promise time was at this time, so that's when the order appeared! So what I'm to understand that because I showed up earlier than pickup time, my order didn't appear on your system, so no one could tell me that right away, and all this caused me undue aggravation! Your supervisor looked so lost and incompetent not knowing how the online ordering works with regard to the customer showing up early! Not one person apologized to me for my inconvenience, and that is not acceptable! read more

I tried Jollibee for the first time one night close to closing time. Because of this I was only able to get what they had left which was two pieces of spicy chicken, gravy, fries, peach mango pie and a pineapple quencher. The restaurant itself was clean and the staff were very friendly. I would say the food was okay.. I enjoyed the peach mango pie and the pineapple quencher the most. I didn't care for the gravy or the chicken.. The chicken wasn't bad, but it wasn't very memorable. The person I went with ordered a chicken sandwich and they enjoyed it. My experience could have to do with the fact I went so late in the day. I would try this Jollibee again in the future. read more

Jollibee is a Filipino staple and how lucky are we to have one located in Vallejo's Seafood City. Having lived in the Philippines for a short amount of time, this area definitely makes you feel like you're visiting the Philippines. Jollibee usually updates their posters and I had to try their limited time Ube Pie and I wanted to try their Chicken Sandwiches because I always hear people review it but they didn't have any today. I'm a fan of their chicken and spaghetti, always will be! They're spaghetti has cheese and hot dogs and the sauce is a little sweet than normal spaghetti. Ube pie- I'm a fan of their crust and how it's flaky. The ube filling definitely soft and not too sweet. But I would prefer to have a home made ube halaya or even the peach mango pie. I say it's worth a try and would get it once in a blue moon. I can't wait until they actually have their chicken sandwiches because I'd like to review it. Service is always quick and fast! jollibee by far is the best crispy, juiciest chicken comparing to any franchise . Customer service and the restaurant itself is no problem. One major concern is after patronizing their food they should take care for the safety of their customers. The parking lot at night is dark and scary. . last time I was there I got robbed at 7:30pm . Be careful out there. there's a white SUV roaming around and checking out your vehicle. They will check inside of your car and plan their attack. once you're done dining and come out of the restaurant you will be surprised by their action and it happened so fast. There's 2 people involved, 1 is a snatcher and the other one drive a get away car. . we called 911 to report the incident and they have nothing to do , they won't dispatch a cop because Vallejo is a high crime city, short staff and it happened everyday per the 911 attendant we talked to on the phone . We asked the neighboring store if they have CCTV and they said we can review it they made a comment they don't take actions because this happened everyday out in the parking lot . These robbers don't care they even knocked out a senior shopper and took everything from her. So be careful going to seafood city, Red Ribbon and jollibee located at Sonoma at night. ITS NOT SAFE! Sorry jollibee I am just a concerned citizens thinking for the safety of others. The Vallejo PD can't even do anything for our safety what can jollibee do for us. read more

I usually just come here for the Halo Halo. I definitely would suggest it with the food too. They have fast food American style type of food and rice Filipino style dishes. Tried most of the menu and it's a great fast food joint especially if you are looking for a different taste in fast food items. Halo Halo is like a sweet mix of jelly n beans with snow ice and evaporated milk. Give it a try! Here's the thing... I ordered a 12pc Bucket of Chicken with 6 peach mango pies and a Spaghetti Family Pack togo... I asked for plates and utensils. They said how many, I said 10.... I came here 3/17/25 around 3:30ish I did a big order and they messed up on 3 items , first one of my pineapple drinks were missing , 2 they didn't give me my spaghetti , 3 they gave me a peach pie instead of the Ube. Ok, 75% of the time when we're in this part of the Bay area we go to Jollibee. We always get the Chickenjoy bucket with the Spaghetti & Peach Mango Pie combo which is deliberate so the "leftovers" can be enjoyed at home. Food has always been great except for this one time when I noticed that my Pineapple Juice was too sweet. It tasted like a lot of sugar was added on to the mix which was way too sugary even when compared to the Philippines' version. As for cleanliness, I guess this is the best that they can do to maintain decent sanitation considering the location they're in. read more

My kids live eating Jollibee. This is the place to go for Filipino fast food fried chicken. My favorites are the fried chicken, spaghetti, pancit palabok and the peach mango pie. For this visit we got the Bucket Treat D deal which gives you 10pc bucket of fief chicken, 5 sides (I got adobo rice for all 5, but you can get mashed potatoes, fires or steamed rice), 5 peach mango pies (you can substitute for coconut pineapple pie instead) and 2 cups of gravy to dip your chicken in. Service is just fair, it's a small restaurant as are most Jollibees and fairly busy so you always feel cramped in there. It is located in the Seafood City shopping center, you you can pick up some groceries as well as food from other Filipino restaurants if you have family members that don't want to eat at Jollibee. This is not the greatest area as the shopping center itself is a little dirty and there are a lot of homeless people walking around. The taste of the food is pretty standard at all Jollibees (4+ star for taste of food, temperature of the food and the speed of service), but but the location (dirtiness, homeless, etc) and the cramped space at this location is why I gave this Jollibee a 3 star. read more

I'd you are ordering a bucket or more, expect to wait more than 30 minutes. This place is like being in the Philippines where customer service is low priority. I have been coming here for a while with my family. The food is amazing, it's a peaceful place. I did notice that the service isn't that well. First, they forgot to give me my soft drink cups, second, they forgot to give me one of the sandwiches I ordered. When I asked for them to give them to me they gave me an attitude. I haven't had Jollibee in years, so I jumped at the chance to stop by this one since it was on the way. I decided to try their Chickenwich Deluxe, Peach Mango Pie, and Ube Pie. Never had the Chickenwich before, but really enjoyed it. Simple but delicious with a great crunch and juicy meat, like their Chickenjoy chicken usually is. The only thing I wished for was for it to be spicy. Both the Peach Mango and Ube pies were delicious! I'm a huge Ube fan and was so excited to try the new pie and was not disappointed.
