Honestly just leaving a review because I don't know how else to get ahold of the owner…read more Tonight I called to schedule an apt for me and my young daughter to get a pedicure and I was asked to hold while JJ got on the phone and started to tell me that I am not allowed to come in for services anymore. I'm absolutely shocked. Apparently my account is flagged because the last pedicure I got (also had a head spa apt) the girl didn't paint all my toes and I didn't notice till the day after. I work full time and have 2 littles and it is very hard for me to be able to schedule a time to do something for myself. So when I had tried 3 separate times to come get my toe painted every time I was told they didn't have room. Which is totally fine! I understand being busy! But I asked for a partial refund so I could walk into another salon and get it done. Which I did. I was not rude. I just couldn't make it work to come back for an apt in a timely manner so I simply asked a question and JJ gave me that partial refund with no explanation that I would be not allowed to come back. My problem is that I have been a very loyal customer for YEARS. I bring friends and family and my kids here! I love greenfield nails! I would have never asked for a partial refund if I understood I wasn't allowed to come back? I come because I truly think greenfield nails is the best. JJ claims she told me this and she was very rude on the phone. When I asked to speak to someone else she told me no and when I asked for the owner or when the owner would be in she told me she didn't know and that they were out of town and didn't know when they'd be back. What I would like is to be able to have a conversation with the owner. JJ did not communicate with me about not being able to come back and she handled me trying to make an appointment very unpleasantly. I do not think that what I did warrants the way she has treated me or not being able to come back. I paid for an expensive pedi that was not completed I got told they didn't have time on many occasions and so I was given a partial refund for the trouble. And now I'm not allowed to come back? Please reach out to me because I would very much like to be able to come back.

I received a relaxing pedicure that came with many soothing techniques and even a mocktail and snack. Mia did a fantastic job and my pedicure turned out great. Only had to wait a few minutes after picking polish to be taken back. Yuen did manicure first and she did a great job getting all the cuticles and dry skin around the nails, and she was memeticulous with the paint job (even with me doing just a plain mani (no gel or powder)). Then we moved on to the pedicure and I practically fell asleep it was so relaxing. The massage felt awesome on my tired dancer feet, and again she was meticulous with the cuticle trimming and the ppolish. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and the place is spacious and clean (great ventilation doesn't smell like a nail salon), and I love that they use sterilizing pouches for the nail tools! It's a little far from my house but totally worth the drive to come back!

Been twice & disappointed both times…read more My first visit, I got a French tip gel manicure over my natural nails. French tip turned ok, some were filed crooked to one side, and the painted tip was crooked as well, but not the worst. I could see the nail grow out from underneath the clear pink polish because the tips were painted to far down almost immediately. Within a couple weeks, the gel polish started chipping off and my nails would crack close to the nail bed. It would snag my hair in the shower and the cracks would hurt so I had to clip my nails down super short to where there wasn't a free edge anymore (stubs). I had to start picking off the lifted parts of the gel polish so it wouldn't snag things and eventually just took off all of the polish by hand. My real nails underneath the polish suffered greatly. I gave them a few weeks off, kept them short and natural. (Also received a pedicure this visit, which seemed okay but they started to chip as well and were slightly crooked too, but not as bad) My second visit, (different tech) because I had my short natural nails (stubs), I got acrylics for a little length with French tip gel polish. Not only do they not look like the simple French tip design photo I showed, you can see the nail tip growing out from the nail bed underneath because the tips are painted on too far down towards the end of my nails. I tried to say something about having that fixed but then he would've had to completely redo the polish and some of the clear acrylic because it wasn't noticeable until painting the clear topcoat. I just don't have the time nor can my nails withstand being drilled down again. It should have been done correctly the first time. Some of the painted tips have more of an arch on one side than the other, and the white line is messy on a lot of them. You can also see the dust that was left on and painted over underneath the gel polish. I did not get to pick out the pink/clear acrylic that went underneath the polish. My cuticles were drilled over and are extra sensitive on some fingers. I did not receive any nail soaking to push my cuticles back or an arm massage this time. I'm heavily disappointed because I've paid about $75 each time plus a 20% tip on top of driving 30 minutes one way. I've had to wait weeks in between having my nails done. They were heavily damaged from the first set cracking and lifting, requiring a lot of downtime to recover despite being a healthy length prior and almost never breaking. Im familiar with proper nail care. Normally mine are in great shape, all I do is maintain a reasonable length, use gel polish, and can go up to 4 weeks between (but usually aim for 3). But they have been pretty annihilated after these two visits, weeks apart. I don't feel confident in returning and feel both visits were a waste of time and money.

However, Jobe is the absolute BEST when it comes to pedicures. He's very thorough, takes his time, he's friendly, and truly puts effort into providing an excellent service. I also love Susan for my nails. She's super sweet and always does a great job doing exactly what I ask for. 10/10 for both Jobe and Susan, but from my experiences you honestly can't go wrong with any of the nail techs. They also have snacks, treats, and waters available for customers. There is a very large variety of colors available to choose from for both gel and powder (although my one small suggestion would be to update regular color availability--some of the bottles are old, empty, etc.). It is a little pricey, but I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for. Truly, we love this place and will continue to go back! :)

Today, I had an appointment for a pedicure, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The…read moretechnician hurt me while clipping my nails and pulled at the skin around them. The service felt careless and unnecessarily rough. I paid extra for the callus remover, but very little effort was made, and it did not remove anything. I had actually done a better job exfoliating my feet before the appointment. The massage was practically nonexistent, the lotion and oil had an unpleasant smell, and the nail polish was applied poorly. I also felt extremely rushed. The technician removed the toe separators about a minute after applying the polish and sent me out with my nails still wet. The manager reduced my bill to $26, which I appreciated, but I still felt the service was not worth the price. Overall, this was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience, and I would not return.
