If you choose certain services, you need to stick to them due to time... at least that's what I heard them tell one of the customers when their adolescent wanted to upgrade a service... but again... that means more time and they are quite busy and have a steady traffic of clientele. I asked my wife for her candid opinion and she does like the place. The pedicure treatment is nice with hot towels and massage on your legs with a hot stone too. However, my wife did feel the person doing her pedicure was a little rushed. We got there on time, so it's not like time was wasted. This was by far the worst nail experience I have ever had…read more The nail shaping was terrible. At the beginning, I asked for a round shape. Later, I simply asked the technician to make them slightly slimmer. My pinky nail looked fine at first, but as she continued, the nails became more and more pointed and uneven. They ended up looking like sharp carrot tips, which was absolutely not what I requested. When I complained, they kept saying that I asked for a pointed shape, but I only wanted the nails to be a little narrower, not extremely pointy. The service itself was also painful. During the process, one finger was filed so aggressively that the skin was damaged, and another finger was almost filed until it bled. They didn't even properly remove my cuticles. The first set looked so bad that they offered to remove everything and redo it for free. Unfortunately, the second set was not much better. After I got home, all ten of my fingers were sore and painful. The nail surfaces were uneven and bumpy, and the nails were extremely thick and bulky. The final result was ugly, uncomfortable, and completely different from what I asked for. I have had my nails done many times before, and this is honestly the ugliest set of nails I have ever received. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and in pain. I would not recommend this salon.
