DIRTY!!! This whole nail salon is Filthy. Older nail tech uses metal tin can for her tools and used a CAT Bowl for a manicure, The staff knew but no one said anything Per the manager Bella. BE Aware Should have cautioned tape around this Dump. read more

They provided a good pedicure. I wish it was a little cleaner. The nail tech could have been friendlier as well

REVISION: I went back to the salon. Another technician was happy to fix them. Overall a lot more hospitable this time as maybe because the salon was less busy and they read my posted reviews. The initial technician formally apologized and observed as the other technician corrected my polish. They used it as a learning opportunity, which I respect. I appreciate their effort to make me happy with my nails. Thank you, Henry! I am content. Horrible service. No hospitality. Poor work. I paid $35 for a dip manicure that was merely just the lady drowning my nails in powder. She put zero effort in putting good shape to the polish. I was covered in powder the entire time. She left all around my nails a mess. There was no towel down on the counter to prevent a messy work station. She worked extremely fast; too fast to ensure a decent job. I will never give this establishment another dollar or recommend them to any one ever. Adding to the stereotype of poor quality nail services these random nail "salons" that shouldn't even be call themselves that. Horrible all around. read more

I have gone here multiple times in the past & had good experiences. However, this time I went to get a manicure without color and after I said no color they rushed me through, didn't file my nails at all, were rough and chopped my nails down so close to the edge & accidentally hurt me multiple times from the rushing. I then still had to pay for a "manicure" and nail removal even though my nails are jagged. :( read more

Moved to FL about 4 months ago and I was looking for a clean nail salon to go. I called a head of time before going. First time at Absolute nail salon, Jom was so kind and attentive. He made sure I was comfortable being that it was my first time. I showed him what I wanted and he executed it perfectly. I came back for the second time after 4 weeks, also calling ahead to make an appointment. Mimi executed my holiday nails perfectly after showing her a picture of what I wanted. Definitely will continue to come back. read more

I previously had wonderful things to say about this salon. But ever since Mia, the main tech, stopped showing up regularly, it's gone down hill. I've had bad service from horrible pedicures because the tech (it's always the same girl who becomes my pedicurist despite me expressing that I don't want her doing my pedicures) to me being told to leave today after driving 30+ minutes to get there. Never again. read more

It's too bad I live thousands of miles away -- this is the best nail salon this side of amazing. I get my nails done here every time I'm in town, and it's well worth the trek from the northeast. I haven't found a salon comparable in Boston -- my gel and powder dip manis never last as long, the nail art never quite as perfect. My go-to nail tech guru here is David -- he's so meticulous and detailed, and clearly has the skill and creativity to do just about any type of manicure you want. He puts so much care into how his work turns out, it's such a stark difference between him and other techs I've had at other salons. Icing on the cake -- he's hilarious, so it's like having a great friend talk about everything under the sun while you get all #nailsdid. My manis from him always last almost a month without chipping, grow out looking fairly natural, and get tons of compliments. My latest mani was a glittery ombré powder dip mani, and it came out so pretty, I couldn't wait to show it off to my girlfriends. The salon itself is super clean, and everyone is incredibly friendly and seems to know all their customers on a first-name basis. Exactly the nail salon of my dreams;) read more

This Was my first and last time visiting this nail salon. I had to upload so many pictures just to show y'all all of the mess ups. For one if you look at the pictures each and the nails are a different shape. She said that my nails were different sizes? So she said couldn't match the shape for the hands. One is clearly wider and one is more tapered squared. Secondly the nail polish was streaky like if they mix it with nail polish remover. And there are so many bumps under the nail polish it just makes it look so tacky. I'm disappointed for $45 I could've got some food or some thing else worth it at least read more

I recently moved to this part of town so have been looking for a nail shop to go to consistently. I'm very pleased with the service I received. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and started my pedicure within 5 minutes. The pedicure area was really clean and chairs were really relaxing. I got a fill in with gel polish after my pedicure. The stylist took his time with my nails ensuring the shape was to my satisfaction and applied gel polish to my thumb three times because it wasn't drying properly. He insisted fixing it hisself before I even noticed which spoke volumes to the customer service. I will be returning! read more

Convenient, good service and well priced. I tried Absolute Nails Salon a few days ago when my nails were in dire need of help. I like to do power dip and I was happy to hear they do this service close to home. Price was $35, which is great since salons in the attractions area typically charge $40+. You can book an appointment right through Yelp app. The business was quick to respond, answer my questions and confirm my appointment. The salon is a bit dated but it worked out well for me. read more

My brother and I went for pedicures. We made a same day appointment. I had my nails done by Kat and my brother had is pedicure done by Ann. They were both young, very personable and great at doing pedicures. I highly recommend this salon Update. 12/16/19 I am visiting from California again and returned to this salon to get a pedicure. Mai Li did my toes today and did a fabulous job! Every time I come to visit my brother and his wife from now on I'm planning a pedicure at Absolute Nails. read more

The salon is nice. It was my first time there so I didn't know who to make an appointment with. I didn't want anything crazy because I was only testing out the salon. Went in when they opened and they saw me right away, there was a technician at each station so they were not low in staff. I asked for just a polish pedicure and manicure. My pedicure was great. My manicure was truly awful. I could have done and have done a better job at home. My cuticles were not pushed back. The nails were not filed even. The tech only used one coat of paint and sent me on my way. I needed to be somewhere after so I left and didn't even look at my nails. When I finally looked I was in shock. I called and they asked me to go back in to get them redone. I went in and they apologized. The same technician redid them. Again they were awful, at that point I was bothered and took what they gave me. read more

DIRTY! Debris and residue from previous clients EVERYWHERE! Didn't notice one staff member wash their hands. I understand they are busy, but I'm afraid I'll get some sort of foot fungus getting a pedicure here. The pumice that was pulled out looks like it had been used at least 50 times. The nail file has didn't even file, it was so old. When I asked the nail tech to use clean tools she said the tools are clean and sanitized. Other than that I had gel tips removed and my nail so ground so thin in some parts, however had leftover gel on some nails. The communication barrier makes it impossible to get your point across, not that they actually care. This place survives off sheer volume of customers. I will never go back, and I doubt anyone with any standards would either. Absolutely disgusting. read more

The place is a hot mess. First time coming here since I was near Winter Garden Village, all I wanted was a gel polish change for my toes and instead of soaking them in foil, she put rubber gloves on them!! She never explained why she was using rubber gloves instead of foils, maybe they ran out lol... Then the two ladies on the side of me had their feet soaking in the bath and the employees left their water over flowing!! My daughter had a pedicure and the girl rushed through the massage part and they weren't even busy. I wanted to give them a chance since I was near by and I love going to new places and reviewing them to help others but never again will I come here! I'll stick to my amazing place "Creative Nails" on Miguare Rd...ask to make an appointment with anyone cuz they are ALL amazing!!! read more

Looking for a new nail salon, I went to Absolute Nails, based on good reviews here on yelp, I felt confident. The employees were great, and I'm happy with my mani / pedi. It was the first outing to a salon in over a year, so I was very excited to get my nails done. The only (big) negative, was the fact there was debris everywhere from previous clients. Bits and pieces of acrylic nails, dip dust, bits of cotton, on the counter, chair and floor, and so many bottles of polish not put away. Very off putting, I will not be returning read more

I have been a patron of Absolute Nails Salon for 4 years and have had nothing but excellent service. Henry, Bella, Mia, Mina, Cat & Tom (just to name a few friends) who have given stellar service over the years. I am a loyal customer, but it wouldn't be such a pleasure if they weren't dedicated to making every experience a great one. Don't take my word for it, give them a call, set an appointment for more personal service and have a spa day or walk in if you like, either way it will be worth it. I go for the nail dip and a volcano pedicure that will make your toes sing, the massage chair relaxing every muscle & silky soft skin for over a week. Had a wonderful experience here with Henry. He did an excellent job with my nails!!! I haven't had extensions on since high school and was afraid of the boxy thick acrylics look. I expressed to him my what I was looking for and asked questions about what was available and why do one over the other. David is amazing, a true protectionist at his craft. I arrived at the shop as a walk-in not really sure what I wanted and he helped me every step of the way. I picked out a glitter-filled pink to begin with and he suggested an ombré mix with a color of blue that matched my hair. It was something I wouldn't have thought of on my own and it came out absolutely amazing, with an accent nail of blue and chrome. The amount of time and care that he put into each nail was refreshing. This is definitely now my #1 local shop! He'll be seeing me again in 3 weeks when it's time to switch things up! read more

I came here to this place for the ratings.. Been trying to search a good nail salon and from what I'm seeing Im still on the hunt... One of the ladies were super rude did my toe nails super rushed... like I kno there's alot of people waiting but you dont just try to do my toe nails, then since I didn't like it just leave..that lady just erased one nail and tells me o she has more clients so left me like that then they started with my hands.. I had been coming here since I moved to winter garden in 2019.. but it seems like lately the service hasn't been all that and I will not go back when I make an appointment and I arrive about 5 minutes early and don't get taken until 10/15 even 20 minutes after the appointment I made which is so inconvenient what's the point of making an appointment? They over book themselves .. the nail tech I was going she just rushes and the nails are uneven and she doesn't prep the natural nail for the acrylics making my nails not last .. my nail will just pop off 2 days later .. my nails have been short and simple square shape for 50/65 $ when it used to be 40/45 I understand the rise in price but not for the service I've been receiving I did try to give them more chances before writing this review but they really have went down in service since 2019 read more

In love with this place, my nails lasted for ever and they look super natural exactly the way I wanted! Definitely coming back!

Came here because there would good reviews. Must've got someone who was not interested in doing her job. Scrubbed feet once on each side and was ready to wash off soap. Did not cut cuticles correctly, stepped on my toe, messed up polish and didn't even offer to re-paint albeit there was a clump on the nail. I've been doing my nails for over 20yrs, not a lot of work to do on my hands and feet. I tipped only bc were in COVID-19 but really disappointed in service all around. Won't be coming back. read more

I absolutely love Absolute Nails! I have been going here for the past 3 years every 2 weeks. Mia, Henry, and Bella have always done my nails. They are beyond professional! They take such great care of their clients. I referred my cosmetologist and she referred her cosmetologist co-workers and friends. That's how great they are, cosmetologists go here! I also bring my daughter who has a fair complexion with dark, coarse hair for waxing. Their waxing is better than the overpriced waxing salons. My nails are always top notch. I always leave the salon gazing at my hands and feet. Whether you want something simple and professional or something elaborate that is so popular right now for your nails you have to go to Absolute Nails. I came here because I love to get my nails and toes painted with powder. It last waaaaaaayyy longer then regular polish and it shines better. I Came In after looking for a few places on yelp and it was nice on the inside and looked very clean so I decided to stay. The pedicure chair is sooooooo relaxing and depending on which pedi you ask for you even receive a glass of wine. After a great pedi, Henry did my nails and they were absolutely perfect! I will definitely be coming back. I paid $112 for a pedicure, a powder refill and my lip and chin waxed... great pricing for me! read more

I had a good experience here and my tech was skilled and attentive. The shop is clean and pleasant. Staff members were friendly (while my tech wasn't too talkative, she was very pleasant) and patient with me as a first-timer, and my tech was accommodating of my requests. The woman who did my manicure took her time and worked carefully with my sensitive hands, and the result was immaculate quality. The tools used on my acrylics were noticeably used (not dirty or anything, just had white residue on them), which is the only thing stopping me from rating 5, but that was not a major deterrent because it was almost exclusively used on my acrylics instead of my real nails and skin. If this kind of thing bothers you, I suggest bringing your own emery boards. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely trust Absolute Nails with maintaining my new claws when the time comes. read more
