Absolutely the WORST nail salon experience I have ever had…read more I'm a full-time working mom with 6-month-old twins, and today--on my birthday--I finally carved out time after 4 exhausting weeks to do something for myself: a simple fill with red French tips, which is my go-to. I even showed a reference photo. What I got was not French at all. The tech literally painted half my nail with no curve, no shape--nothing close to what I asked for. When he asked if I liked it, I calmly and honestly said no. That's when everything went downhill. He immediately became aggressive--yelling at me, grabbing my finger and squeezing it painfully while roughly wiping it with acetone. He stood over me, continuing to yell in his language and making angry gestures. I was the ONLY customer in the salon, and not one other employee stepped in to help or de-escalate the situation. I felt completely unsafe and uncomfortable being berated like that by a man over simply giving honest feedback. I was not rude. I did not raise my voice. I just said it wasn't French. I had to call another worker over myself to show the issue, all while he continued yelling. At that point, I just asked to pay and leave so I could go somewhere else. I have NEVER been treated like this in my life. Do NOT go here--especially if you expect basic professionalism or respectful treatment. They clearly cannot handle feedback, and no one should feel intimidated, disrespected, or unsafe while trying to get their nails done. Worst nail salon in Altamonte Springs. I will never be back.

Every time I have come in, as a walk-in, I've always received prompt and courteous service. My request is always the same...pedicure and eyebrow waxing. And the service is always good. Typically I'm offered water while I sit back in the massage chair and enjoy a relaxing pedicure. The vibe is always calm and a low noise environment. Sometimes there is light music in the back ground and other times it's the TV. I'm pretty satisfied with the services here.

Given that it is in a large lot, parking is readily available and I'm always able to find a close spot. The place has good lighting, and the equipment appears to be either new or in good condition. They are organized - when you have an appointment, you come in and use the kiosk to check yourself in using your phone number.

Instead of finishing my nails, she stopped in the middle of the service and passed me over to another nail technician named Lili. Unfortunately, Lili could not do a basic French tip properly. She spent almost an entire hour just trying to make the French lines, and after seeing how they were turning out, I finally gave up and asked her to just leave my nails plain pink. If you cannot properly accommodate walk-ins because you already have appointments scheduled, then simply say you are unavailable. I would much rather be told to come back another day than pay $57 and receive rushed, unfinished, poor-quality service. This was actually my fourth time coming here, so I am especially disappointed because I gave this salon multiple chances and expected much better treatment.
