I used to come here often but there's reasons I stopped. Not only are they not open to do nails that take time and effort, the work isn't what u ask for. They were nice and welcoming but like to talk about you and say "that will take 3 days" no mam it will take up to 3 hours if ur good enough to do it like actual talented nail techs. So for that I can book an appointment with someone who can do it in a couple hours and do my own nails for now. read more

Edit: I am editing to add an extra star because they corrected the nail polish when I called back and they asked me to come in. They were very apologetic but looking around I was questioning the cleanliness of the tools and would rather go somewhere else next time. I am so disappointed and annoyed with "Clasay Nails" that I literally revived my Yelp account to warn others. I initially went because the reviews seemed good but I have never felt so rushed than I did here. I paid extra for the pedicure and was rushed and they skipped the massage that I paid extra for. I got a gel manicure but it was done so quickly I didn't even get to process what was happening - my nails are uneven, thumb nail has a bubble in it and the tips are missing nail polish. The person who was doing my nails seemed so uninterested and annoyed to be working with me even though I was polite and all I wanted was a pedicure with no nail polish - I am not a difficult customer in any way. I spent $80 at this place and they were just trying to get me out the door so they could get more clients in, I was so uncomfortable and I will not be returning here again. read more

I love this nail salon! Such a great time every time I visit. It's always clean when I come in and the staff is always friendly. This nail salon has a lot of clientele that comes back and regulars because of their great quality of nail techs and professionalism. Tina is who I usually go to and she does an excellent job. I get a pedicure and manicure most of the time & it's the 30$ one with the orange scrub. The products used have a great smell with exfoliation and nice moisture. I haven't had any issues here, and if there is one, they fix it immediately and accommodate you. They give you water or soda and have massage chairs for the pedicures. Tina always carries my purse and helps me with my shoes, she's so sweet. There are TVs everywhere, but the sound is low for those trying to relax. Classy Nails and Spa gets a five-star! My nail tech was awesome! Plus the spa was clean and inviting. I did the $30, pedicure which included a mask for your legs and feet. My Nail Tech gave me a wonderful leg and foot massage! Plus the chair massage was great too. What I was most impressed with was that my nail tech was able to get my ingrown toenails on my big toes out with such ease and no bleeding! Several other places I have been I will let them know to please be sure to clean my big toes well and either they half do it or they make me bleed. A group of us came in to get mani pedis the day before my friends' wedding. The maid of honor had reserved ahead and they were ready for us when we arrived. We were able to pick our polish colors and get right to being pampered. Van was my nail tech and he was great. The pedicure and manicure felt great and my nails look great. I've been going to this shop for 2 years. I see my nail tech, Vy, every two weeks and I love her! I moved to this side of town in 2019. I decided to give this shop a try because it was close by my new place. Vy is the tech that took me as a walk-in and I've never looked back. SERVICE: Vy understood what I wanted and executed the nail length and shape perfectly. She is soooo meticulous and aims to make sure you're satisfied. She honors appointment times and is usually waiting for me when I arrive. The longest I've ever waited past my appointment time is 5-10 minutes. That happened twice because I booked the appointments on a Saturday(Tuesday-Friday are the days I usually book). I can't speak for the other techs because Vy is the only tech I've gone to. They have at least 6-8 pedicure chairs. There are always lots of techs available for walk-ins. I think it's a great place to go for wedding or birthday groups. I see lots of men getting pedicures and manicures. I love to see men investing in spa services. This is just another sign that the shop is welcoming to ALL! ATMOSPHERE: The shop is clean and the other techs are very friendly. They all speak to me when I come in. It feels good knowing they remember my face and appreciate my business. The vibe is welcoming. They offer different soft drinks and water. Zephyrhills spring water is what they keep in stock. That may seem like a small detail to some folks. However, I'm from Florida. We love Zephyrhills spring water so much that even during a hurricane, you'll see it's the first water that's sold out while Dasani and Aquafina stay on the shelves lol. I've been coming here for about 3 years ever since I moved down from NJ. Tom and Kelly are the owners and they are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. I always request Tom to do my nails and he's the best. He's takes his time to make sure everything is perfect. I usually get the dip powder and the mini deluxe pedicure. I can go a month before I come back to get my nails done again and they still hold up well. The entire staff is great and welcoming. Bottom Line: I have already been back - so that should tell you what I think! So I went to the place I have been going to recently and they were super busy and couldn't take me - my fault - I didn't make an appointment. I checked on Yelp to find another spot nearby and really didn't see anything that struck me as "Yeah! That's the Place!" I started driving closer to my house and I passed by here and checked their Yelp. They really didn't have any reviews so I almost didn't go in but my nails were waaaaay past needing a fill so I went in. Phyllis was the nice lady who did my nails. She did a fabulous job! One of the things I really appreciated was that she asked me if I liked them as thick (layers of acrylic) as they were. I told her no and she thinned them out to a very natural look. She spent a lot of time and detail on the edges/corners. It cost me $30 for an acrylic fill with gel polish. I had her do some nail art for an additional $5. The design turned out really cute. I went back a few weeks later with a friend. They just got in ALL NEW pedicure/massage chairs and workstations. The pedicure was OK. I really hate the new menus everyone is using where you have to pick your level of pedicure. Really - there should just be 2 levels. Just charge me an amount for a clean,scrape, massage and polish. Then if I want the eucalyptus smelling green stuff I'll pay the upcharge - but just give me a good basic pedicure for one price that includes what we all think we are going to get when we get a pedicure. They are all very friendly. They have great chairs. Phyllis does a fabulous job. There are lots of TVs (although the way the nail stations are set up now you can't really watch - I did like it better when the TVs were right behind the nail tables). They did a good job but I'm pretty sure the nail tech overcharge me by a ton. I asked for $35 pedicure and then I wanted to do French tip for my pedicure but I wanted it to be gel and she told me gel is $20 extra and for some reason I decided to give her a $10 tip so all in all I paid $65 just for a pedicure, way too expensive and there's no way gel is $20 extra. A bottle of gel polish doesn't even cost $20 and on top of that when I walked in and there was no sign showing their prices which furthermore shows the fact that they scam their customers of money. We have been coming here for about 2 years and all the prior experiences have been 5 stars. Today, we had the worst pedicures ever. Although they were not busy, the service was very rushed, they caused our feet and toes to bleed and did not even trim the nails. Had to ask them to go back after the polish was on to trim them and it was a half attempt. Pedicures are supposed to be an enjoyable experience and this one was just painful. Hope we don't end up with an infection. We paid for a gel pedicure and the coverage is not even - don't think it will last very long. Both my husband and I had a horrible experience. She also has given me facials and ear waxing which always clears me out and breathing well again. She is so professional and takes her time. Completely rushed, went with my sister, she sat in the pedicure chair for a good 45 min+ before anybody tended to her. Horrible painting job on both toes and hands. I didn't make a huge fuss about it, simply stated I wasn't satisfied with either nor was my sister. She didn't even end up doing her nails after seeing mine lol. They talked amongst themselves and then she went to charge my card, i asked her not to until I knew exactly how much I was being charged and she completely ignored me and charged it anyway. I have been to this nail spa three times at this point. I am extremely excited about having another nail spa in the area! However I rated them four stars because there is one particular lady who is constantly in a rush and must always go back to correct the work that she has done. I have had her once, my mother had her a time before and I've had another gentleman. The gentleman with the salt and pepper hair is polite and extremely diligent when it comes to his work. While I will return, I probably won't return to the lady who rushes through her work. Cindy and Van are the best two nail techs who I have had thus far. I went in at around 6pm (they close at 730). I felt like I was a burden when I asked for a full set with gel polish... Everything felt very rushed. I am one that likes super short fake nails, I had asked to have them flush with the tip of my finger... They are about 1/4 inch passed the tip. The tech only did one coat of gel polish, but as that was also rushed they have bubbled up and peeled by this morning. I love love love this place! Everything they use is clean and they have covers on the tubs. The pedicure is so relaxing with a long foot massage if you get the deluxe. Best of all they do powder nails, and it stays beautiful for at least 4 weeks until my nails grow out. They also do an efficiently fast job on the powder nails.
