My first time visiting this nail salon for the first time and was specifically looking for a place that opened as early as possible. This salon officially opens at 9 AM, but they were already open a few minutes earlier, which I really appreciated. I arrived two minutes before opening, and they were ready to go--love that they open *in time*, not just *on time!* First Impressions & Atmosphere - I was warmly greeted by both the staff and a friendly customer who was already waiting for her appointment who I thought was a worker at first. - The salon was clean and well-organized. They even still had their Valentine's Day decorations up and a candy bowl for customers, which was cute. - The atmosphere was relaxing, with a great music selection that set the mood. They do have TVs, but they only display business information and pricing, which actually matched their website--love that consistency! However, I do wish they had something playing on at least one of the TVs for customers to watch. Sometimes, I prefer to limit my screen time during self-care and not be on my phone the entire time. Services & Experience - I got a **deluxe pedicure** first and an **eyebrow wax** afterward. - The pedicure was fantastic! They use **new liners for the foot bowls** and **unopened foot scrubbers**, which I appreciated for hygiene. - The **calf massage was better than expected**--a pleasant surprise! - I was offered water or soda and few other options, which was a nice added touch also. - Tons of polish and powder colors to choose from, so plenty of options. - My total time in the salon was **about an hour and a half**, and Ken, my nail tech for my pedicure , took his time to ensure quality service. For my eyebrow wax, a lady did them did not get her name but she got them just perfect! My brows are naturally curly, but she shaped them beautifully. I did get slightly snapped, but mistakes happen--it was nothing serious, and there was no damage. Pricing & Convenience - I got **gel French tips**, eyebrow and my total came to **$70** However, a **prior tip was already included and added in**, making it **$75 before any additional tipping**. - I was a **walk-in** and only waited **about five minutes**, likely because I arrived right at opening. - They do take **appointments**, which is great if you prefer a specific nail tech. - If you need food before, after, or even while waiting, there are **several restaurants in the same plaza**--super convenient! - There's also a **bus stop right in front of the plaza**, making it easy to get to if you use public transportation. I had a great experience here! The salon is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the service was thorough. Another small bonus: the view from inside is nice, I'm happy with my eye brows , and pedicure , depending on how well they last will be the real test I'll definitely be back! There are other reviews with the same issue. My pedí was a regular pedi, I realized after some time the male tech was not happy I didnt want to do gel and a hand gel manicure as well. He also asked if my friend was going to do her nails. Once he asked all these questions, he started rushing the process, I noticed he was not cleaning my toes so they were ready for color. He cut my toe and told me: " is not cut is the color". The nail bed was bumpy, the color running onto the dead skin on the cuticles. I let him know this when he was about to add the top coat. One lady had to remove all the color and remake the pedi, and I have somewhere to go. This is a frustrating unnecessary experience since this establishment is supposed to be professional. I can't imagine other customers who dont have a good vision they'd be getting mediocre manís and pedis here. Not a recommended nail place. read more

I stumbled upon Nini Nails a few years ago and have never had a bad experience. They take walk ins but I suggest you call and make an appointment ahead of time as they're usually busy. The salon is very relaxed and calming with music and water falls on the back wall. I also appreciate the liners and sterilized tools they use to ensure that their customers are safe! The pricing is moderate - I spent $90 (before tip) on gel mani/deluxe gel pedi. The staff treat everyone respectfully and take they're time on your nails to ensure they're done properly! read more

As you can see in the photos, the cuticle looks poorly cut. The polish is janky around the cuticle. There's a line near the bottom of the nails. The polish wasn't spread completely on the sides of the nails. It cracked. All of my nails have this issue and they were like this on the first day. I thought they'd be decent so I left before they dried. They looked worse after they dried. They assigned me a guy who looked like he was sleeping in one of the pedicure chairs, which is unprofessional. There are two other guys there, they are younger looking than him and wear glasses. In case he pops up one day in glasses to fool you, he is also a little tan and skinny. This Lazy Guy did a half ass job every step of the way. He started off bad trying to upsell me the expensive gel manicure. He even hurt my toe (didn't apologize although I told him it hurt) and it is still sore days later. He didn't rub the cream evenly on my foot during the spa pedicure. The "massage" was too rough and he quickly scraped the callouses. But the callouses are still there. The massage during the manicure was done in the same "I'm just doing this because it's required but I don't really want to" manner. He pulled on my fingers too rough. I was in a bad mood throughout so he must've seen my face and that's why he didn't do the same on the other hand. Or maybe because he's lazy and doesn't want to work. Even when I showdd places on thd nails to fix, he acted like he didn't see what I was talking about. I would've tipped him a dollar but unfortunately my mom gave him a tip he didn't deserve. He did the work of someone unlicensed. I will be looking into how to find out if he is and if he isn't I wll be reporting him maybe the other people do better work. Don't go in there pressed for time like me and having to take the trash they give you. Give yourself enough time to be able to wait for someone else. * the place just lets you air dry which I find to be ridiculous. The nail place I used to go to before I moved here had a little fan machine to dry the polish on your feet and toes. Also a spray to make them dry faster. I think this place is trying to be cheap and don't have quality polish either. For what they charge they can invest in their equipment. read more

This place is the definition of quality. My nails can last a month. I usually go to Hannah . She is fast and her work is great too. You do pay for added stuff such as tip and stuff but it's worth it with its quality. They have so many colors that also have matching gel/dip. Which means so much to me because i hate color matching. Definitely my new salon. They have soooo many color options and 90% of them have the gel Polish, dip powder and regular Polish that all match. Which is what I do. My nails and my toes always match. I'm a simple person when it comes to nail salons, I usually just get a gel manicure and a spa pedicure. They were also so sweet with my daughter who got a kids regular manicure and pedicure. Overall a great salon! It's very pretty, the staff is very nice. I would've gave 5 stars but there were a couple things I noticed that were questionable? I booked this salon because on their website they say they use new files and buffers for every client and sterilize their other tools which I saw was true. However they also say that their tools are sterilized by autoclave. I work at a dental office and I did not I see the autoclave. I saw the bags that are used for the autoclave but they were not processed to be sterile. It's like putting the tools in the bag to make them look sterile? My nail technician took out the cuticle nippers and nail clippers out from a drawer and sprayed it with I assume is alcohol (it wasn't labeled) to disinfect. I don't have a problem with disinfecting reusable items but don't claim they are sterile because it's misleading. read more

I'm very upset. I went in on the 27th, I paid $50 for a full set dip SNS nails with extensions. Within 3 days 1 of my nails broke clean off. I went in and they repaired it for me, for free thankfully. They normally charge $3-5 per nail. 3 days later 2 MORE nails broke, both my thumbs. I don't do anything crazy with my hands and I was literally just typing when the thumb ones broke. Today, a 4th nail has come off. It's been 8 days! I'm so glad I found this nail place in Orlando. I have a condition called hyperhydrosis that makes my hands and feet extremely sweaty...all the time. For this reason, getting my nails done is always a very challenging task for me and always very uncomfortable and embarrassing. Juju made sure I had a great experience and made me feel very comfortable. She is super detailed and does an amazing job each time. I also love that they have little fans on the side of their tables. I (stupidly) did not get the name of my technician, but her children were in the salon when I got my manicure so I plan to identify her that way and get her again. This is just over 3 weeks since my manicure. Since it's ombré, the growth isn't super obvious which I love. No nails are showing any sign of pulling away or fragility. She did my shaping so well. Yes, they sprayed down the Chair after use but there was so much nail dust on the floor, counters and on top of decorations. For being a fairly new place (only up and running for a year), the business is booming! My manicurist, Jimmy, was gentle and very meticulous when it came to taking time on my nails and making sure I enjoyed the experience. I got the dipping nails which I've never tried before but they feel better and are supposed to last much longer than gel polish. Nini's is great with customer service--offering you assortments of wine to sip on while you enjoy pampering yourself and making sure to mingle with each of their customers.
