Most importantly though, you can still reliably get a killer manicure and pedicure here. The attention to detail and level of care given is incredible. My faves Pink and Tina are still knocking it out of the park with the most impeccable manicures I've had and I really can't see myself trusting my nails with anyone else. And I've caved and tried a place or two over the last couple years and regretted it. Won't make that mistake again!! What's changed? I'd say they've added more staff to keep up with the demand. You still should always try to make an appointment. I don't go anywhere these days without an appointment. And they also have added a number of services including their new head spa services that lol pretty amazing. If I didn't already go for regular massages I might consider it. They also have all the trendy gels and dips and builders and that you might be looking for. Oh, and they recently upgraded all their massage chairs! How could I forget that!! I definitely highly recommend the Hand & Foot Spa. Again, just make an appt and be sure to get there on time. They're sticklers for keeping on time. Which, as a regular, I appreciate because nothing would annoy me more than having an appt and having to wait to I'm happy they are like that personally. Keep up the good work guys!!

I was told that I had essentially thrown $45 in the trash, even though the money remains in their account. I find that inconsiderate. I've never seen a gift card with an expiration date before. When I walked in, I was politely greeted and told it would be about 20 minutes until they could start my service. I ended up waiting about 40-45 minutes for my service to start, which I was a bit disappointed with. I don't mind there being a wait when I come as a walk in but I wish I was given a more realistic estimate when I came in of when I'd be seen. The pedicure I got was nice, I feel that he did a good job. The price for a gel pedicure was quite reasonable in my opinion ($42). I'd definitely come back in the future, but will be sure to make an appointment.

Selected the $70 one with stones and paraffin etc. I felt this was pricy but the area probably allows it. It is 8/18 today and my feet still look like I didn't receive the pedicure. Lady tech ddnt speak English well. That is ok, But I was sure she understood I did not want gel again. Lady next to us translated my request. Stones were cold, lady warmed them up, and then burned my skin. I asked her to forget them. Kept telling her "no" with my hands. Our translator had left for the evening. This place does the nail polish b4 they do the pedicure. Never heard of that. They claim because of oils. Whatever, that is what alcohol is for. At the end of the service the "manager" insisted I get charged for the gel even if I ddnt ask for it. He said I should have payed attention to the lady's work. How about that.. lady tech confirmed I had asked for no gel. He ignored her. He charged me $90. Seemed desperate. Unbelievably rude of him. I don't live on that side of town. They didn't soak off my old gel polish but instead drilled it off. Nail shaping is kind of uneven. I prefer round nails but got more of a square shape on most of them. No hand massage. Light colored polish started fading at the tips as soon as that evening. Day 4 and no chips or breaks just faded tips. I don't live here and didn't have time to go back and get them fixed. Overall an ok experience. $35
