The gentleman was trying to force me to get gel so I could pay extra. I said no. He said YES! This was over and over again. Until I finally said. Go ahead but I'm paying no more than what I requested! He said fine. You can have normal. (I wanted the same color as my pedicure and that was not gel). Next he asked for the length and put the scissors by my finger to cut where HE wanted to cut. Very short! I said "I have a picture" he said NO! TELL ME. I said I need to look at the picture I picked. He said "NO. I CUT RIGHT HERE?"... this entire time he still wouldn't move the scissors away from my finger. I just said ok. He cut it very short. Did not care what I wanted. I would have complained but I had left my friend's funeral and just needed to clear my head. I stopped getting my nails done 2 years ago but today I needed to de stress. My nails look terrible. I had never been to this salon and it is close to home so I scheduled a dip nail set done in French. The technician decided to cut them short and did not want to put tips on... stating the French required very short nails, now my nails are all different lengths and thicknesses. None of them have the same shape. The whole set was done in less than 45 minutes, which I guess would be a good thing if they looked good after. They look bad. She sat at the front station answering the phone so I was under the impression that she is the owner. My appointment was as the salon opened... the salon itself is covered in nail dust and needs cleaned. I would definitely not recommend this salon and will not go back. read more

I've tried other places from time to time because I like to try new trendy styles that I can't get here, but I always come back. The most important thing t me is for my set to last long; their product and work is so good, my sets last 3-5 weeks. Nice service. Not very talkative. Quiet ambience and decent work. I closed my eyes and got worked on. No frills. Could tell that the other customers were frequents because they knew where things were. My technician made sure I was ok and comfortable with her interaction with my feet during my pedicure. The only thing is...and it could be me being a complete germ-a-phobic .. she sneezed in her mask and took it off, had some residue on her face, used her hand and wiped it. I've been coming here for years but today was treated like another customer. I got a Dip Tip fullset for $40 and didn't get what I paid for. However, I did not complain initially and I let it be. All I got my nails done, they honestly looks horrible yet I still did not complain. The color was off and she filed my nails way too short to the point where it looked like I bite my nails short. I paid $64 ($23 for pedi and remaining for nails) + tip. Only a few hours from leaving the nail salon, my nails were pealing, chipping and lifting. I called the salon to schedule them to be redone. On the phone they SAID they would redo my nails. When I came in the next day to get my nails done they made it seem like it wasn't a big deal. At first they were only going to redo 6/10 nails which wasn't what I was told they would do. Of course this made me upset because that is not what I paid for. I tried to tell them I wanted them all redone because almost all the nails were chipping, etc. When they realized how upset I was, they them preceded to taking off all the nails. When it finally came time to actually redoing them, I told I didn't want dip (bc of chipping, peeling, etc). Mind you the gel fullest AND dip fullest is the same PRICE. Yet, the lady preceded to argue with me saying that I HAD to get dip bc that's what I paid for. Yet, the dip was sh*t. Yup, I said it. I sat there and argued with her for 5-10mins to the point where I started asking for my money back BUT SHE REFUSED LOL. After that, she did them in gel with tips. She began talking to other employees in their language and it was clear that we're talking sh*t about me referring to "Dip.....Tip.... Dip". Like if you're going to do that then at least be discrete about it. Damn. Come to find out, she's the new owner of the salon. Explains a lot. Won't be going back. read more

The salon was busy on a Saturday as to be expected but they seated me in less than 15 minutes from the time I signed in. I got SNS dipping powder and a pedicure. The total was $58 which is cheaper than most salons that I've been to. It took about 1hr from the time I got seated to the time I walked out the door. The overall service was great and the nail tech who did my nails was nice and she did a great job. I recommend the place. read more

As I reminded the nail tech what I wanted, manicure and acrylic full set, she just nodded and asked me to choose my color. I let her do what she needed to to but she did not match the length on my nails, she did not give me the manicure I asked for, and she hurried to finish when a new customer came in and yelled over me "give me a few mins and I will take you" she wasn't even done applying the acrylic or shaping. $112.00 for two gel pedicures and two gel manicures. I brought my daughter with me and was shocked at how expensive this was. But the icing on the cake was that the lady applied it wrong and all of my nails cracked in half literally 4 hours after the manicure. I went back the next day and they fixed it, but to sit there again for the second day in a row was crazy. Well you would think that is it, well it's not. I wouldn't recommend this salon for a worthwhile manicure. I needed a quick manicure from a local salon instead of my normal nail girl, and they quickly let me down. My nails were filed so unevenly, so much so that I had to politely request multiple times for them to be refiled. No cuticle cutting, they put on lotion but immediately had me wash it off, and did nothing other than filing and painting. The whole thing was a big rush in and out of the chair, and they didn't seem to care what corners they were cutting or if it was quality work. They ask you to pay and add tip before starting the service, which I assume is so they can determine how good of a job the tip will warrant. My nails came out pretty mediocre, and I was upset that I just wasted $25 on a manicure that I could have done much better at home. I've gotten a pedicure there before and it was fine, although it's harder to mess up toenails. I've been to salons all over the Orlando area for similar services and this has been one of the only negative experiences. Lesson learned! read more

Lady was very rude when I told her I didn't like my nail color because it was not dark enough. So I told her to take it off she insisted the color would get darker after 2-3 more coats. She Mocked me for insulting her "knowledge on colors." Don't know why I believed her because I knew it was not going to get darker. Kept trying to tell her to take it off..I just let her finish. I've been coming here for about two years. There are two nails salons within range. This one is by publix. Their nails services are good. Twice I spent weeks growing my nails to have it shaped only to have my nails shaped horribly. So I stopped coming in for my nails after that incident. The most recent situation happened for a bikini wax. The lady that did my wax was very sweet but she definitely has no expertise with waxes unless it's complete Bare or just waxing off the sides. My wax style was so ugly. It had NO shape and completely ruined my hard work of 1month no waxing. It was so ugly that I went to another location to just wax off the entire "style". The ugliest "martini" style ever. Also this location is more expensive than the lee vista location. Bikini waxes are 50 here the other location its 40. The mani pedis are less expensive elsewhere also. Point blank this location is OK. read more

Pricing is very misleading. Posted pricing says $14 for acrylic fill. What they don't bother to tell you is that pricing ONLY applies if you don't need the nails any shorter which is $3 more. I asked just for her to trim my nail shorter and could not be bothered to until i asked multiple times again and still neglected to do it the way i asked. I have no eyebrows now. I usually go for a shape up and it's quite obvious my eyebrows need a clean up so I don't ushally specify that. However, one of the ladies messed up real bad and waxed almost every hair of my brows. That was my last time, I'm never going again. read more

I tried this place once for a shellac manicure and thought maybe I just got an inexperienced technician because I had nail polish everywhere after he was finished and I am not the type of person to say "hey, you did an awful job." I let it go and figured I would try the business one more time with another technician, but he was just as bad, if not worse than the first person. The nail polish is on my fingers, it needed a third coat because the color is white, and at the base, the polish is VERY uneven. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
