It's been quite some time since I've visited All Nails. They are under new ownership and have redo e the entire salon. It looks amazing! New spa chairs, new tables answered client seating, new paint. They have done a really great job! Lina did my dip powder and pedi. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I had a rather disappointing experience with my recent pedicure and gel nails manicure. It seems like the person who did it may have been using me as a practice session to improve her skills. The outcome was far from professional, leaving me quite dissatisfied. To top it off, I paid $70 for the gel nails and an additional $30 for the pedicure, yet I had to specifically request moisturizer for my hands. The nail technician mentioned that some clients don't prefer it, but it was quite disappointing that she didn't offer it to me. Overall, it was a rather bad experience, and I don't think I'll be going back there again. I did on June 26th, 8 days ago.

I'm from Oakland, CA and came in here on a layover to get a broken nail fixed and this is the worst shape I've ever seen. I don't know if there's a different standard of beauty here or...but this sh*t is trash. I can't get home fast enough! But girl...wth is this!? On top of that I paid $10 because they (illegally) don't take cards for transactions less than $10 and it was really $7. It's obvious which nail doesn't belong here. I posted photos of the hand done by my salon in Oakland versus this one monstrosity

Excellent pedicure service! I love the new upgrades done by the new management. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Facility is clean and well organized.

I made an appointment at 5:00 pm and my nails were not done until 6:20pm. This is a very long time for a simple dip powder manicure. Additionally, it was $45 to get a dip powder manicure. This does not include tip. I've been setting dip powder manicures for a year and they are always no more than $35. The nail tech said it was normally cheaper but because she had to take my nails off it was more. If you've ever had a dip powder manicure before, you know that the process involves you to remove your old nails EACH time. For the $45 price I paid, I'd expect a WOW nail. Unfortunately the tech did not even get the edge of by nails as she should have. I must say everyone is very pleasant and welcoming. I enjoyed the people and the atmosphere however due to the price, length of time and quality I will not be returning.

I don't get my nails done often, but when I do, Ive been going to all nails. Last time my nail tech (won't name her) killed it, so going to her again was a no brainer. But after this, I will be looking for a new location. You can see on some of my nails she didn't apply enough dip (the dark lines/shadows).. Also, she left so much reside... i paid extra to get my cuticles cleaned because I wanted them to be as flawless as possible. extremely disappointed... I had to wait for forever they were understaffed. Then when someone did assist me, they gave me cold water in the pedicure bowl left then someone else came, She was acting like she was in a rush then the pedicure was middle quality wasn't even that good not worth it don't recommend. I had to tell her to keep clipping my toenails then there was a piece of lint on the nail and she was about to paint over it until I went and took off the lint and the nail polish was bulky and you can tell it was runny on my nail. read more

I was really excited to try this place- it's close to home and smaller than others. I walked in and even with a N95 mask I nearly gagged at the smell of some sort of food and mustiness. Beyond gross. I looked around and didn't feel comfortable staying and getting my nails done even if I could handle the smell. Take it for what you want- I would never go here. read more

All these poor reviews happened prior to the new owners taking over in August 2023. (I think it was August). The whole salon has been redone and quality technicians have been hired! The owner is local, living right here in Randal Park/Lake Nona. If you previously had a bad experience, you won't now! Highly recommend! read more

This review is based on KIM's service and attention to detail. Sky/Skye is no longer at this location. My mom did her mani and deluxe pedi with Kim for Mother's Day and loved it! I wasn't as satisfied with my gel mani and deluxe pedi for minor issues (Gel on my hands was a tan while my toes were purple and the lady who worked on me gave me no warning, my cuticles looked a mess 3 days later and the gel lifted about 7 days later. My gel usually lasts over 14 days) Note I am VERY picky and I know it. This is why my 5 star updated Review is solely based on Kim. I returned to do a regular mani and pedi with Kim two weeks ago and my nails lasted well over 7 days and my toe nails are still intact with absolutely no chipping. I had an appointment and she ran a bit late which is no big deal, but she repeatedly apologized for it! She's so sweet! read more

Made an appointment for 3pm on a Saturday by phone for two people but ran late and had to reschedule for 3:30pm for which salon was very accommodating. Arrived and was seated within 5 minutes of our appointment time. Sandy was detail oriented in that she made sure the entire nail was gel- painted with no missed corners or naked side nail bed stripes. Ken did a good job in shaping the French tips - all were even in size and color layers for my friend's manicure. Skye was also detail oriented and double checked her work in cuticle cleaning and her French tip pedicure had even and straight lines as well and I never felt rushed. May have given 5 stars if massages given amongst the three were more consistent in quality and duration. They ranged from ultra short and minimal to a decent/ relaxing massage. I've been coming here for a whole year and today will be the last day. It took her over an hour & a half to do SNS on my nails. I didn't want a tip because my nails were long enough. She cut me a couple times.. twisted my nails so hard i would move my hand and she'd tell me to stop moving... like sorry but you're about to break my finger. My nails are SO SHORT you can see the ridge that's supposed to be under my nail. There's paint all over my finger. Still costed $40. After being there that long and all of my nail being gone. I'm so upset. I wish i could post a photo of how short my nails actually are. read more

When I made a appointment I was told to wait 15 minutes later I asked how much longer was told at least 15 more minutes so 30 minutes or more past my pedicure appointment my pedicure only takes 30 minutes so they must have taken walk ins right before I arrived. Needs better customer service. Was a long time customer. Went elsewhere same pedicure but lower price. read more

I had Ben as my nail technician and he was amazing. Unlike most places I've been, he took a lot of time and went back to fix things if he saw it. I would definitely come back. Gel mani + pedi = $50. Not bad! read more

Just went to get a regular pedi with my mom and it went well! The people doing are nails were very nice and did my nails perfectly! I usually do my own nails, and prefer it, but since my mom wanted to go with me it was nice that my nails were done well! read more

HORRIBLE! I have gone to Ken who was great but he left. The owner is beyond horrible. My nails both times looked like a 5 year old had done them. Their excuse we "don't understand " no English. Do yourself a favor find someone who does understand. read more

Clean spa that utilizes tub liners. Had pedicures for Mother's Day with my sister and my mom (elderly). They took good care of her feet which was amazing since she had not had a pedicure in a long time (lives in assisted living) Deluxe pedicure is the way to go. Fresh Orange scrub and hot towels. My sister and I had our eyebrows waxed as well and they look great! Would definitely recommend this spa and will come Back next time I am in town. read more

This place is great. Everyone is very friendly. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon at around 3 and was greeted and connected with a nail technician immediately. I got the SNS manicure (more lightweight) instead of acrylic nails ... a little pricier than I would've liked but really worth it. Really happy with how my nails turned out. Ken did such a fantastic job! And he did my nails so quickly. He was gentle and very considerate. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in the Lake Nona. read more

The situation could have been resolved calmly inside the salon, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily confrontational and uncomfortable. No apology was offered for the billing confusion or the interaction afterward. I understand that mistakes happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes matters. Between the premature chipping, inconsistent billing, and poor handling of my concerns, I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere.

Pedicures are a bit more expensive but it's because it's what a deluxe pedicure would be anywhere else. I went to get a manicure and pedicure for graduation and unfortunately ended up with an infection in my toe that resulted in me taking antibiotics for 10 days. Very friendly and fast service, however, it did not seem like the tools were cleaned or sanitized appropriately. When the nail tech was cutting the cuticles around my toes, the only thing I felt was a slight pinch on the toe that got infected and did not think anything of it at that moment. Only two days after getting them done, did the swelling and pain start. Unfortunately, this is something that can happen at any nail salon, but I will not be returning here due to my experience. I am writing this in the hopes that I can help someone else that does get a pedicure here and just leave my honest review. read more

If you're looking for a nail salon with technicians that will do a great job on your nails I highly recommend All Nails & Spa. I'm always very busy and not able to get my nails done every two weeks. I need a place that is going to give me a mani pedi that will last. I've been going to Lina for years and she does an amazing job on my nails. Kelly is wonderful too. The staff here is incredibly friendly! I went in for an SNS full set, and Q, my nail tech, went above and beyond to make sure that my shape and length was perfect. I was extremely pleased with my results. My fingers are a little crooked, and he worked very well with them. He was making conversation with me, while still having his full attention on my nails.
