She listens to what you want, clarifies with you to make sure she understands, and when she says she is taking off an inch, it's an inch. Not an inch and a half to two inches. She also takes me on time and has never canceled on me. Her bubbly personality makes me look forward to seeing her every time I return. The prices are really reasonable too. That was important. I never understood paying $100 to get some dead ends cut off and a blow dry.

The situation could have been resolved calmly inside the salon, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily confrontational and uncomfortable. No apology was offered for the billing confusion or the interaction afterward. I understand that mistakes happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes matters.
