That's a truly great specialist right there who knows how to care for their patients that are a little bit more sensitive to the service. She also didn't try to push any products on me which I loved. The vibe of this location is friendly and clean. There is only ever one other person in the waiting room so I feel that there are plenty of specialists for the appointments and you never wait long. They could have simply been honest and told me there was a scheduling issue, and I would have understood and just took any tech available when i first got there. Instead, they wasted my time and treated me like my time didn't matter. Nobody took responsibility for the mix-up, nobody genuinely apologized, and there was no attempt to make the situation right. Even when I was leaving, the manager couldn't even properly acknowledge me or look me in the face while apologizing. Just continued doing someone's toes and said sorry about that... The complete lack of communication or customer service was terrible. No real apology, no attempt to fix the situation, and I ultimately left without receiving any service after waiting over 1 hr i left in tears.. I went to a different Nail Spa nearby afterward and had a MUCH better experience. Cleaner, more modern, better customer service, proper sanitation, and they got me in and out efficiently.
