So...given that I followed her here, to a location further away from my house, I suppose it is safe to say that I'm a fan of her work. This place benefits to have her. I was pleased to find that they offer the clients a reward system - after you receive a certain number of services you get a discount on your next service. This is a nice perk to now have access to. It is easy for me to make appointments as I am able to make contact directly. They accept cards and Zelle as forms of payment but note that the 2.5% credit card fee is passed on to the customer. Also, if you choose to pay via Zelle, you'll have to manually add on any desired tip amount unless you prefer to give your tech their tip in cash. Their prices are a little more than what I was paying previously so I made some slight modifications to what I usually get done. The facility is a good size with a good number of pedicure chairs and tech tables. There is one room for waxing and services that use or require privacy. The ambiance is calm, and the lighting is bright. I noticed that they did add a bit of Holdiay decor with each of the Fall holidays. The business is located in a small strip mall so there is a good amount of parking all around the building. Thus far, I've always been fortunate enough to find a parking spot near the entrance.

The tech went and got the clear gel didn't say it would be an extra charge- I did not ask for gel. 1- drying time didn't matter because I still had to do my nails. And 2- I didn't want none of the colors they had for my toes. I have Mooncat polish at home. Extra $5 for shaping my nails into almond. Honestly I was going to tip her the $10 because she put in so much work shaping my nails so they looked good. If you provide a service don't nickel and dime your customers. Why tip? You did not go above and beyond in our service. I had to tell you the drill hurt me twice. My hands were gritty was the powders and filing but you didn't instruct me to wash my hand during the service just put cutícula oils on my hands so I looked at them and pointed out my cuticle was lifting on my hand and you then cleaned them up. And was like your done. I went to my car to pour water on them, had powder all on my wrist.

I was mortified, but the staff there were super nice -- they provided me the correct address, assured me everything would be fine as their Milk District locations as only about 10 minutes away, and they even called the staff at age Milk District locale to let them know I would be a bit let due to my having accidentally driven to the wrong place. When I arrived at the correct location, literally 10 minutes later, the staff there was great -- they let know that I would still receive the full service and brought me over a sparkling water while the esthetician, Marissa, came over to get me. She took me to the back, where she performs the spa services. Marissa was absolutely delightful, taking the time to explain her process while also listening to my skin needs/concerns. I was happily surprised to learn she uses Eminence Organics, which I didn't even realize when I made the appointment. Eminence is my all-time favorite skincare line, so this was a major plus! Anywho, she provided a wonderful facial experience , and I walked out of there feeling smooth and refreshed! 5 stars, 2 thumb up, 10/10 recommend!
