So I resorted to do what we do best: search on Yelp! I found this salon and it had really good reviews, and best of all, they were the only salon open. So I gave it a try for a wash and set because let's be honest, dominicans rock! Yoly did my hair and she was quick and amazing. No ironing needed, if you know what I mean. My hair looks great, and am loving it. I even ventured to cut my hair while seating at her chair. The salon is ample and clean, and she was quick, less than 3 hours (including waiting for her to be over with her other client). Her price was more than fair. Hey guys, they have apple/android pay. This salon is far from my house, but I will come back here in a heartbeat.

Yea' has been my hairstylist since 2015. In 2017 I decided to rock my curly hair and I went to her…read morefor my last blow out right before she moved to FL . From 2015 to 2017 I had several hair changes including 2-3 haircuts and 1-2 colors (unfortunately I do not have many pictures). With Yea, my hair was always beautiful, strong, and healthy. She always takes great care of my hair. If I want something that will not be the best for my hair at the moment, she will tell me no, explain the reasons why, and proceeds to provide guidance to get my hair where it needs to be in order to do whatever I wanted in the first place (which is in the top 3 of ALL the things I love about Yea). Since before I went curly, I stated that the day I go back to blow drying my hair, it had to be with Yea and so I did! I had been thinking of blow drying my hair again for 7-8 months, but I held back until I could get to her. So, I flew to FL & then drove 3 hours to get to her. I was extremely happy to see her and her mom after so long I could've cried tears of joy . The service is phenomenal, the environment always makes me feel at home, I love her mom's coffee, and her husband made me a yaroa which I used to eat every single time I had an appointment with her in RI. Overall, I'm glad I waited until I could get to Yea. I honestly couldn't be any happier. I've included some pictures to show my hair journey with Yea since 2015. Yea mi amor, you're THE BEST!!! Yea more, tu eres EL FINAAAAAAAL!!!!!
