Great and quick service. I was super please how my eyebrows came out. I always recommend communicating how you prefer your shape and how thick you want your eyebrows so they come out how you expect them too rather than be surprised. I asked for a slight clean up and arch since I have eyebrows on the skinnier side. The result was great and when I asked to thread some areas that were missed she went back and got them all. I was a walk in for my first ever time trying eyebrow threading. I was honestly just driving by and thought "why not?". I had actually been growing out my brows to wax soon so it was interesting to compare results. I made a couple of newbie errors not knowing what to do, but the lady was not judgmental at all. Such a wonderful eyebrow shop! Two sisters on the shop and they are so sweet! The facility is clean, super cute, always have chill music playing, and the wait is never long. I feel like they are hidden gem more people should know about it. They also sell several pieces of clothing items as well as perfumes. They have dum dum lollipops at the front and sometimes I grab one on my way out! Cash is always appreciated there too! They are in the plaza with several other businesses and Don Julio's. Parking is never an issue and you can get in and out fairly quickly. Love them and they do great eyebrows!! read more

I've been here many times previously with incredibly positive experiences, so please take that into consideration! However this time around, I had an experience that will cause me to never return. I came in this afternoon to get my eyebrows threaded, and was assisted by a woman I've not seen before (perhaps a new hire?) Least to say I left the salon with a quarter on one eyebrow gone, uneven length and arch shape, and one trimmed in random spots. I would post a picture but I'm currently in tears so maybe one will follow in the coming days. Just be warned that your experience here will greatly depend on who assists you! Perhaps my bad for not booking an appointment with someone who's helped me previously. read more

I am EXTREMELY upset! I have been going to this place for a few months now and have never had a problem. I went on today on Sunday and the two women that were usually there weren't. I took a chance with the new girl and she completely BOTCHED my right eyebrow. It is uneven and my arch is messed up now and she made the end of my brow so thin.
