I do agree with a previous review that the appointment was a bit difficult to schedule. I bought the Groupon and called to book but was immediately asked to please send a text. No big deal but they did push my appointment back a couple times day of. The location itself is pretty small and the two beds are located in one room separated only via curtain. So if the comings and goings of other guests will disturb you, beware this might not be for you. Plus I felt that the employees could have explained the procedure a bit better- they walked me into the room and did not explain the level of undress needed. I had to ask how much to remove. They didn't even offer a few minutes of privacy to undress and the initial exchange was rather awkward. I think a little more customer service up front would go far. However, I really did enjoy the actual service and thought the pros outweighed the cons. Once the head spa began I really felt such a state of zen. The few bits of background noise became totally drowned out for me and I was able to relax. The products used in my hair all smelled lovely and felt quality. Plus the massage portion was great! The 60 minute services feel affordable at $80. Some competitors in Orlando are charging nearly double so this feels do-able on a more regular basis. Next time, I think I'll make this a girls day and come with a friend as sharing the space with someone I know would be a bit more comfortable. It was a pain to get a reservation though. Every time I called and gave a date I was available, it was booked. I finally got a reservation on the fifth try. This was an amazing experience! The experience starts with a scalp massage and wetting your hair. Then the therapist washes your hair and gives another massage. Then it's a rinse, and time for conditioning. The treatment ends with a stretch, steam bath, then a final massage and Reiki sound bowl healing. Everything was very relaxing and wonderful! It's exactly as I expected it would be! This was an amazing "treat yo'self" experience!

Because I had an unpleasant beginning to my overall appointment experience but a really great sugaring service. Starting from the beginning; I usually go to a waxing service but wanted to try something different and this place is super close. Looking at their website I saw the "firstservicefree" promotion and thought why not! I scheduled my appointment for the Winter Springs location and used the promo code they provided on the website and it brought my total down to $0 (I still tipped cash). SWEET! This was a week ago. This morning I received a call (a little over an hour before my appointment) that they would not honor the promotion because their store no longer participates. That's kind of frustrating. So I spoke to the manager and explained that there was no notation that the promotion was only at participating locations and that the promo code worked when booking the appointment. However, they resolved the issue and I proceeded with my appointment. Note: during this week period I did try contacting the store on Sunday to modify the appointment and move it up one day. No one answered the phone (I called twice). The sugaring experience with Meredith was great. She was very sweet and explained everything in detail. She was very meticulous and clean and I noticed that new gloves were being used often. Not sure if the process is less painful than waxing (I think in certain spots it may have been more uncomfortable) but I left feeling like a smooth mermaid. Everything was clean and the vibe is welcoming. Would I recommend? Not sure and I guess it depends on what you're looking for. I would maybe give this place a second try based on Meredith and the fantastic job she did but the customer service may make me feel otherwise.
