Because I've been plucking my eyebrows since I was a teenager, they've become extremely thin. I would have to shade them in everyday and it got annoying. Had my microblading done a year ago and then my touch up like 6-8 months after. It held up really well this first time. Then after I went for my first touch up, it only took well on one side. Literally after the first couple weeks one side was fading drastically compared to the other and I had spots. I tried to book my 3rd appointment about 3.5 months after that retouch and I was told the 3rd touch up is $50 but that didn't apply to me because I already had a touch up this year so it would cost $150. After she saw my review she sent me a private message with screen shots confirming I had my first session to do the microblading and then two touch ups after that. So she could clearly see for herself that I only had two touch ups but was stil somehow wanting to charge a different amount from her policy. She also said she would've fixed my touchup had I not left a poor review. Yet when I was trying to talk to her about it before I left the review she was not willing to do so. Her behavior is unprofessional. The last time I was there she laughed at how much I was bleeding and called her coworker over to see. Even her coworker made a comment about how I wouldn't appreciate her laughing and wanted someone to come see the blood. Who does that? She also claimed it's not her fault, it's my skins fault. Which doesn't make sense if it took well after the first application and then on the touchup it only took well on one side. I referred a friend to here and she also had poor results. Two months after she got hers done here she went to another place to get them corrected. Unprofessional and poor quality work. Would not recommended again and will not go back myself. I could not get an appointment at my usual place and I wanted to try here since it was walking distance from my apartment. I left with wax still on me, some of my skin was ripped off, and not all of the hair was even gone when normally it is as I have been getting waxed for two years. I am a huge lover of false lashes. I've gotten them for over 7 years now taking periodic breaks for the health of my lashes. I know how to take care of them. These $200 lashes fell out 9 DAYS after getting them done! I have never experienced such low quality lashes/glue. The lash tech did a good job putting them on, but god they do not stay at all. I avoided water for 48 hours and still they all came out. If you're looking for lashes that will STAY, even when showering, running, swimming, go to MaximEyes-Lashes in the Dr.Phillips area. Unfortunately I will not return to Vampd... sad because it's so much closer to my house. My lashes can normally lash a month, these didn't even last 9 days. I did not swim or exercise during that time. Simply did normal daily activities and slept. I also don't wear eye makeup, so there was no makeup or oil products anywhere near my eyes. I would wake up to 20+ lashes on my pillow. I am not one to leave reviews but I just wouldn't waste my time here if you want long lasting lashes. I came here for my first time having lashes and wasn't quite sure what to expect. I had some initial bumps with losing lashes, but eventually it all got worked out. I've been going for several months now and really love it. The girls are all super nice. They are always on time for their services, so I have never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes. They are very responsive to messages and questions through their instagram. I'm most happy with how patient, flexible, and responsive they were with my initial hurdles of having lash extensions.
