From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly face that gets you checked in. I love that they have late hours for those of us coming in after work. The space is very clean and calming. They make you feel extremely comfortable and modest despite the services they provide. Cheyenne was super informative and answers every question honestly. She provided realistic expectations. Pricing was very competitive with a full Brazilian priced at only $59 for women. With your service, they offer a touch up within a few days, if they weren't able to get everything for whatever reason. They offer memberships for discounted unlimited Brazilians. The staff was so kind and welcoming. There is ample parking which is always a plus for me. So happy to have found this place !

My waxer was amazing, very professional, gentle, and made the whole experience way more comfortable than I expected. I was bracing myself for pain, but it honestly wasn't bad at all. The results? Flawless. I'm beyond happy and definitely planning to come back. The facility itself is super clean and smells great, which shows they really take pride in their space and their work. I also appreciated how efficient everything was, I barely had time to sit down before I was called to the back. No long waits, no hassle, just great service from start to finish. Thanks again to the team at Brazils, I'll be seeing y'all again soon!

I was asked to wash my hands when I arrived and everyone was wearing a mask. Once I went back to the facial room, everything was clean and I loved the decor, very welcoming. I am 7 months pregnant and I was assured that everything being used was pregnancy safe, when I appreciated. My facial was very relaxing, up until the extractions lol. Unfortunately for me, I do not have that beautiful pregnancy skin and had A LOT of deep black and white heads. Extractions are never fun but the pay out was AMAZING. I was able to leave with that pregnancy GLOW because of the wonderful facial I received.

The staff was very patient and kind when explaining the procedures. The prices were very fair given the level of service. Left with smooth skin and zero stinging or pain. Major thanks to Victoria for a job well done!

*This location DOES NOT offer the "first time free" promotion* as per my appointment today…read more I'm really torn. Because I had an unpleasant beginning to my overall appointment experience but a really great sugaring service. Starting from the beginning; I usually go to a waxing service but wanted to try something different and this place is super close. Looking at their website I saw the "firstservicefree" promotion and thought why not! I scheduled my appointment for the Winter Springs location and used the promo code they provided on the website and it brought my total down to $0 (I still tipped cash). SWEET! This was a week ago. This morning I received a call (a little over an hour before my appointment) that they would not honor the promotion because their store no longer participates. That's kind of frustrating. So I spoke to the manager and explained that there was no notation that the promotion was only at participating locations and that the promo code worked when booking the appointment. However, they resolved the issue and I proceeded with my appointment. Note: during this week period I did try contacting the store on Sunday to modify the appointment and move it up one day. No one answered the phone (I called twice). The sugaring experience with Meredith was great. She was very sweet and explained everything in detail. She was very meticulous and clean and I noticed that new gloves were being used often. Not sure if the process is less painful than waxing (I think in certain spots it may have been more uncomfortable) but I left feeling like a smooth mermaid. Everything was clean and the vibe is welcoming. Would I recommend? Not sure and I guess it depends on what you're looking for. I would maybe give this place a second try based on Meredith and the fantastic job she did but the customer service may make me feel otherwise.

They do their best to see clients immediately, as it's only a few of them, but they are really good and honest people. If they aren't there, they have a sign saying that they are next door helping with their coffee shop (which is amazing as well) and to let them know so they can help you immediately. I had to make an emergency appointment with an opthamologist after my lash appointment with spa bar because I am leaving for my wedding tomorrow. I told the doctor I felt some extra burning in that corner while getting them done and the specialist told me the lash tech either scratched my eye or got some of the chemicals in my eyeball that damaged the surface of my eye. I called and asked to speak to a manager (to hopefully get a refund for the extra $25 she charged me for the style I wanted and the $25 I tipped her) but the manager was unavailable and the front desk totally brushed me off saying the doctor was probably wrong and burning was normal. Burning can be normal, but when a specialist tells you that you've damaged someone's eye, accountability is expected. Don't go here unless you want an extra charge for style, and then have to pay $94 at the eye doctor after they damage your eyeball.
