I came in for a last-minute pedicure this past Saturday and Hannah was amazing! My friend Alexis come here very often and highly recommends him, but he was busy working on another client. It's been years since I last got a pedicure, and I decided on the " I love myself" pedicure, where I received a foot and leg massage as well as hot towels and scrubs. I love the massage chair and I loved the quick service. I did not have an appointment, but I only had to wait about 10 minutes before somebody came over and started on my pedicure. I will be coming back here again for my next pedicure! read more

Normally, they are pretty good. Just recently I made an appointment with Holly for 1pm on their reservation site and I left on time to get there on time. I drove 30 min to get there and she told me she can't see me that day and nobody else can help me either. She said she tried to call me. I don't answer my phone while I am driving + she tried to call me 3 min before my appointment. Very unprofessional, embarrassing, waste of gas and time. I had to get my nails done that day for an event and ended up at a nearby nail place that did a horrible job. So disappointed in Holly and this salon. They also always have issues with their scheduling system. My family and I will have to find a new place to get our services done. read more

Appointments are highly recommended. I usually go to see Holly and think she does amazing work. I am a "nervous Nelly" when it comes to my nails and quite picky. Hollys transitions are SO smooth when they grow out which is something I highly value as I can't stand when a set grows out and snags everything. She's also extremely gentle and talented with artwork. I admit I'm not adventurous with nail art but I've been inspired to try some here and there. I usually get the GelX; I actually wanted dip the first time and I was talked into trying GelX and haven't looked back since! Other nail techs seem to be great too as I know they have their regulars and requests and their work looks good. Glow is clean and quiet; something I find valuable as someone typically nervous about nail salons. I've never had a pedicure here but they must be great as I always see them so busy and booked! One of these days I'll have to try it out. read more

So I was in a dire need of a pedicure and decided to check out glo nail bar. I made my appointment online . I decided to go with a classic pedicure with gel color. My nail tech Tim was really nice and helped me pick a color. He was very thorough and took his time. I paid around 60 in total including tip which wasn't bad. The pedicure is super affordable. I will definitely be back. Also the nail salon is very clean and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Overall great experience read more

I needed an acrylic full on a Monday, did some research and viewed photos of work and settled on Glow with Amy. I'm picky about acrylic not getting on cuticles, this makes them lift and I'm super hard on my nails as they are in water a lot. Amy is very meticulous and did a fantastic job! Visiting from out of town and I wanted to treat my sis and me to a gel manicure. After a quick Yelp search discovered Glow Nail Bar's glowing reviews! As a walk-in, they were able to see us within 15 minutes. After we checked-in with our phone numbers, during that time we were trying to decide on a color and had a hard time to narrow it down! So many lovely colors and shade names. Amy took good care of us. The attention to detail with layers of polish from base coat to meticulous color application and top coat is something I haven't seen in a while. Cuticles and shaping of nail look great. I am grateful for Amy's skill level and efforts to make our gel manicures look our best! They also didn't shame me for having short nails which I appreciate..some salons try to push me to get acrylics or services I didn't want or ask why my nails are so short. I loved that they offered us a beverage - we got sparkling wine and it was very crisp! I would be a regular at this salon if I lived here - it's clean, service is friendly, and the nail art they do looks superb in the event I wanted to go a more fancier route. Glow Nail Bar is in walking distance from me, so it worked out great for a quick nail appointment. I scheduled with them because of location, but mostly due to how easy their online scheduling system was to use. My services (painted toes and nails) were super fast and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The interior was decorated lovely. They even had a cute little core and water area and offered everyone a drink. It would be 5 stars but I didn't like how they use cheap fans to dry the nails. And I've never had my toes painted without getting lotion rubbed on my feet and lower legs. Would return! read more

I got medium length acrylics, coffin shaped with ombré and can I just say that the man that did them did them so well I've never had them not get the acrylic in the underneath part of the nail to where it makes it so much thicker. He did not do that. He kept the underneath part of my nail acrylic free and it made such a difference made my nails so real like because they were then even with the acrylic which made them strong. I loved it. I also got a pedicure with just a regular French manicure. Which I usually got acrylic on my big toe and I needed that filled in but the lady doing my toes wasn't nearly as friendly or detail oriented. I should say as a man that did my nails. But I still would highly recommend this place. Overall, great vibe. read more

I went in for a manicure and I'm really happy they were able to fit me in their schedule. I got acrylics and they were great I like the ombré. My biggest problem is that the nail artist wasn't confident in her nail art abilities. They're just wonky and I just feel like they aren't worth $100. Definitely overpaid. read more

Today was my first time visiting Glow Nail Bar. It's always scary to try a new salon, but Glow Nail Bar's staff made it a lot less nerve-racking, especially, Tee, my newest nail technician! They greeted me with kindness when I entered the building. They were also prompt with my service. I showed up right at my appointment time and they got right to work - no waiting! I was then offered a complimentary glass of wine and seated in a massage chair for my pedicure (which was spectacular). Tee did my nails next (tips & dip). Fantastic results. I made an appointment for a dip powder removal which was listed to be $5 on their website and they charged me $15 when the service was completed. During the whole service the lady cut me on several fingers with the buffer and I was bleeding. Ones of the times she cut my finger I jerked back from the pain and she yelled at me to not jerked back because she could have cut herself, after she had cut me several times before. I will not be returning due to the bad service and for being charged more than double the listed price on my appointment confirmation. read more

Because I had an unpleasant beginning to my overall appointment experience but a really great sugaring service. Starting from the beginning; I usually go to a waxing service but wanted to try something different and this place is super close. Looking at their website I saw the "firstservicefree" promotion and thought why not! I scheduled my appointment for the Winter Springs location and used the promo code they provided on the website and it brought my total down to $0 (I still tipped cash). SWEET! This was a week ago. This morning I received a call (a little over an hour before my appointment) that they would not honor the promotion because their store no longer participates. That's kind of frustrating. So I spoke to the manager and explained that there was no notation that the promotion was only at participating locations and that the promo code worked when booking the appointment. However, they resolved the issue and I proceeded with my appointment. Note: during this week period I did try contacting the store on Sunday to modify the appointment and move it up one day. No one answered the phone (I called twice). The sugaring experience with Meredith was great. She was very sweet and explained everything in detail. She was very meticulous and clean and I noticed that new gloves were being used often. Not sure if the process is less painful than waxing (I think in certain spots it may have been more uncomfortable) but I left feeling like a smooth mermaid. Everything was clean and the vibe is welcoming. Would I recommend? Not sure and I guess it depends on what you're looking for. I would maybe give this place a second try based on Meredith and the fantastic job she did but the customer service may make me feel otherwise.

I had to make an emergency appointment with an opthamologist after my lash appointment with spa bar because I am leaving for my wedding tomorrow. I told the doctor I felt some extra burning in that corner while getting them done and the specialist told me the lash tech either scratched my eye or got some of the chemicals in my eyeball that damaged the surface of my eye. I called and asked to speak to a manager (to hopefully get a refund for the extra $25 she charged me for the style I wanted and the $25 I tipped her) but the manager was unavailable and the front desk totally brushed me off saying the doctor was probably wrong and burning was normal. Burning can be normal, but when a specialist tells you that you've damaged someone's eye, accountability is expected. Don't go here unless you want an extra charge for style, and then have to pay $94 at the eye doctor after they damage your eyeball.

After trying many other places, I just found the place for me. I made an appointment and got there 10 mins before the time. The technician, Van (not sure of the spelling, sorry!) was ready for me. I always have to wait in other places even with appointment. She was very nice and polite. The ambience was very soothing. She did a great job with both pedi and fill with acrylic and gel polish. I was very happy with the final product. I appreciate that everyone was nice and making their clients feel taken care of. I was done in one hour and a half. Having 4 kids, I truly appreciate that they respect my time and service is done in the time frame expected. I've gone to other places and ended up spending 3 hours plus for regular mani and pedi. pretty reasonable service, small space vibe was quiet and peaceful no loud conversations or photos ringing the massage chairs are good I just wish I had a space or didn't bring my purse to really enjoy it. TI'm was my nail tech and he was good, massage was amazing for the legs and ofc respected my wishes and did not cut my nails which is a first. for the price point I rather come to this that any others- + there's a good coffee shop next door. read more

I just overly love the family atmosphere! I've been going to Tony and his mom for years. When he moved to this new location; I knew I was going to follow him. I arrived with no appointment, but i had called about 15 minutes prior to my arrival. I sat at the first table on the left side of the room (not next to the wall) with a mature technician. I showed her a picture of what i was wanting, more rounded coffin/oval shaped, and ombre natural to allow longer wear before a fill is required. I identified that I previously wore GelX, but was open to other options, but didn't want acrylic. She mentioned a couple of options, but she was difficult to understand. She understood my desire for ombre - i asked if she could do what i wanted and she said a very clear 'yes'. She started and asked a couple of questions of natural color preferences - i said that I would rely on her since i wasn't that picky. She started and was only the 3rd or so nail and a gentleman stopped by and was watching what she was doing and questioning what i was wanting. I explained i used to wear GelX but was open, but didn't want acrylic. He responded with "we do GelX. . . you do realize that's acrylic" - i didn't, but at this point i felt it was too late. I believe he was the one of the owners. She continued to do my nails and I became very concerned as i saw the fairly wide gap between the start of the acrylic and my cuticle. While I may be picky at times, the woman next to her was standing up and watching her work and chatting with her. Others stopped by to watch, including the same gentleman and a couple of other techs and I believe one of them was another owner. They all watched and never showed concern or spoke/questioned my Nail Tech. All i kept thinking was maybe there are different steps and once she continues my areas of concerns may be taken care of. Unfortunately, the product only got worse as she continued. Why didn't i complain? 1) I had already spent a good 1.5 hours in the chair and couldn't afford to waste any more time and 2) co-workers/owners watched throughout the entire time and didn't have any concerns with the quality of work at any time so I didn't expect anything to be different at the end. I've been in this situation with a quality concern quite a while ago and co-workers/owners stopped the work on their own and directed correction. Unfortunately, this didn't happen and I had to learn an expensive lesson. Not even a week later one of the nails broke off and I went to another nail salon which stated they needed to be fully removed as they were done wrong and were very much already lifting away from the nail bed. With all of this, I wouldn't have an issue with a mani/pedi at this salon but will not return for fake nails.

It's stressful feeling like someone is waiting for you to not pay attention to their crappy work or that they hope that you will be too afraid to complain about it. But that wasn't an issue with Annie at all. She paid attention to detail and my nails came out beautifully. I had my toes painted black. She did a good job of making it look neat (which is really important with dark colors). If you want someone that won't force you into small talk, try Annie. She was polite, no rude comments. Oh the only thing that i found a bit strange was that the salon plays a Christian radio station for music. Not something I really want to be forced to listen to while I'm trying to relax.
