I recently moved to Florida and started my journey looking for a nail salon that does good quality work. My cousin recommended this nail salon and I was like ok. I read other reviews online and then called to make my appt. I spoke with Aria and she was very nice told me the pricing over the phone and made my appt. I went to the nail salon and they were so warm and welcoming. Brandi did my pedicure and SNS manicure. Brandi was very warm and gentle on me. Coming from NY I was literally impressed that they offered all their clients something to drink. In NY I have never gotten that. They all take their time pampering you and I was so in love with my nails I am so happy I found them and I can't wait to bring. My family to try them to. In all I would give this place all the stars. The girls I have met Aria, Brandi, and Ashley were so welcoming and attentive to their clients. I would definitely recommend this nail salon in Casselberry.
It's my third time getting my nails done with Aria and she does them perfect every time! They're the only nail place that actually still massages your hands with lotion and your back while your nails cure. I brought my mom with me this time and she got her nails done by Brandie and hers came out just as perfect. Thank you guys so much!!!
So happy I found this nail and lash spot 3 years ago! Brandi, Ashley & Aria are lovely, attentive and do a fabulous job with great attention to detail! My family and I are all regular for pedicures and I have my lashes done every 2-3 weeks! I had done lashes twice before but the lashes actually hurt and only lasted a few days!!! I couldn't be happier with my lashes by Ashley!
I'm hesitant to give a review only because I'm selfish I've been here twice now but will continue to come back every time! The service is great and the staff is very warm and welcoming each time. Each time I've come, I'never had to wait, even on a Sunday at 1:30!
I don't gel my nails done often except for special occasions-so when I decided to come here on a whim with my girlfriend I didn't know what to expect. We had no appointment and were greeted immediately. Picked a color for our pedicures and taken back to the massage chairs within 5 minutes or so. We got the Happy Feet pedicures complete with scrubbing, exfoliating, lotion massage etc. They were so wonderful! I wish I had a before photo of my feet especially my heels and corns but my feet are now baby smooth and look great! Amazing experience and I am so glad this is so close to home--will be back very soon!!
My nails look like absolute garbage only 4 days after my manicure. The shapes of each nail look different. There are bubbles all over the acrylic and you can see the white of my nail underneath over all it was a terrible job! It was also over priced. The only reason I would give two stars and not one is because the woman who did my eye brow wax was great! Update: changed from 2 to 1 star because I tried calling for days and they never answered or got back to me. I had to email them and they called me back. They refused to give me a refund. I asked for only $35 which was the cost of just the manicure since I was happy with the other services and they still refused. They said they would remove the nail but it fix it or give me a new manicure. Terrible customer service! Very rude and she even threatened to call the cops over the issue.
I have yet to have a negative experience here. Everyone is great and they give short complimentary massages while your nails are drying. I used to get gel but recently switched to SNS powder. 10/10 recommend, especially if you work with your hands or around a lot of water that usually would make the gel peel faster. My nails grew so fast with SNS and they lasted almost twice as long for me! Pro-tip: Join their new rewards program and start earning points! Especially if you go regularly.
I am very picky with my dip nails and have tested out a lot of nail places and I haven't found anywhere that compares to tops nails. The techs take their time and listen to exactly what you want and give suggestions. The dip is never too chunky and stays on for a while. Definitely my favorite nail place.
I decided my last time visiting the shop, was my last. I noticed that after my first visit here it's like I felt the service was up and down and then if you ask a question or mention how you like something done you get an attitude in return. And to me I feel if I'm paying for something I should be able to have say in how I like my mani, pedi or eyebrows tended to. So instead of driving an hour and 15 mins every month to come here I recently found a place not to far from me where the nail technician is open to hearing what you want done and greets you with a friendly smile, not a menacing type of look like you're being a bother. Tbh I continued for a year to get a mani and my brows done only because I hate to hop from one nail tech to the next but a year is too long to stay and continue to feel as if every time walk in it's a bother. Thanks but not really! Y'all stay be blessed tho.
Went to top nails and spa for a basic eye brow and chin wax yesterday. The girl at the front took me to the back where they do the waxing. My eye brows Came out fine. She started on my chin which the wax felt very warm. My chin was completely burned and the skin was burned right off my chin. I don't recommend this place for waxing at
I always choose this spot for my pedicures. A ten minute massage is included and water is provided. As your toes are drying the technician will complimentary rub your shoulders and neck. However I am not pleased with the job done on my acrylics. Not sure if he rushed or didn't care. See attached photo for details. Also did not provide massage or water. Don't know if I will return.

Went on Monday 16th. Nails didn't even last a week - now top shiny coat is all peeling on majority of all my nails. The first one happened within 3 days of getting them done. Gotten in the past and this has never happened. Usually lasts at least 3 weeks. Other than that, the pedicure and manicure portion was lovely. The nails LOOKED good when I left but didn't last. read more

Monika did my manicure and Chiki took care of my pedicure. They were both excellent, very detailed, took their time and had a very friendly and positive attitude. I'm sad that I don't live in the area, but I'm looking forward to coming again whenever I'm here. Thank you ladies! ** Monika realizó mi pedicura y Chiki mi manicura. Las dos son excelentes, detallistas, se toman su tiempo y tienen una energía positiva y amistosa. Estoy un poco triste que no vivo en el área, pero cada vez que venga definitivamente las visitaré, gracias chicas! read more

Just wanted to update and say I now can mention that the pedicure was great! I got the Happy Pedicure with Lavender which includes hot stone, parafin treatment on your heals and a 15 minute massage. The person who took care of me set a timer to make sure she did exactly 15 mins. She was friendly, but I was working remote there and I love that she let me work while get the treatment. She did a great job rubbing my legs and cleaning my toes. The nail polish refresh really helped my rough feet! When I walked in, they were very friendly and everyone was in a great mood so I appreciated the vibe. I will be coming here from here on out for my nails and my feet. This time I made an appointment and was taken care of right away. If anything changes, I'll be sure to update! read more

I called in 15 minutes before they closed and asked if they could stay after hours to do my nails because I had no time after work and had an emergency flight the next morning. They were so understanding and stayed after hours. The atmosphere was welcoming/bright and super clean. They were friendly and were not rushing (even though it was after hours). Will post pictures of nails! read more

Came here solely based off yelp reviews and it was great. I live in NJ and am in Orlando for a wedding. My nails looked a mess and I needed to get them fixed up. Came in for a manicure and pedicure and was taken immediately (wednesday afternoon). The guy who took care of me was great. The massage chairs they have for pedicure clients are top of the line. My pedicure was awesome I think it was called "Happy Feet" and included lavender creme and hot towels. For my manicure, I just got a regular one on my natural nails. one of my nails was severely broken below the nail bed and they fixed it for me with a fake nail tip which was awesome (i never did it before lol) It looks just like my real nails. Halfway through my manicure, I started cracking my neck. The guy doing my nails came and gave me a shoulder massage for free! I wish I got his name so I could recommend him. All in all if i'm ever in the area again, I'd come back to this place. They treat you like a valued customer not cattle. read more
