Just wanted to update and say I now can mention that the pedicure was great! I got the Happy Pedicure with Lavender which includes hot stone, parafin treatment on your heals and a 15 minute massage. The person who took care of me set a timer to make sure she did exactly 15 mins. She was friendly, but I was working remote there and I love that she let me work while get the treatment. She did a great job rubbing my legs and cleaning my toes. The nail polish refresh really helped my rough feet! When I walked in, they were very friendly and everyone was in a great mood so I appreciated the vibe. I will be coming here from here on out for my nails and my feet. I read other reviews online and then called to make my appt. I spoke with Aria and she was very nice told me the pricing over the phone and made my appt. I went to the nail salon and they were so warm and welcoming. Brandi did my pedicure and SNS manicure. Brandi was very warm and gentle on me. Coming from NY I was literally impressed that they offered all their clients something to drink. In NY I have never gotten that. They all take their time pampering you and I was so in love with my nails I am so happy I found them and I can't wait to bring. My family to try them to. In all I would give this place all the stars. I don't gel my nails done often except for special occasions-so when I decided to come here on a whim with my girlfriend I didn't know what to expect. We had no appointment and were greeted immediately. Picked a color for our pedicures and taken back to the massage chairs within 5 minutes or so. We got the Happy Feet pedicures complete with scrubbing, exfoliating, lotion massage etc. They were so wonderful! I wish I had a before photo of my feet especially my heels and corns but my feet are now baby smooth and look great! My nails look like absolute garbage only 4 days after my manicure. The shapes of each nail look different. There are bubbles all over the acrylic and you can see the white of my nail underneath over all it was a terrible job! It was also over priced. The only reason I would give two stars and not one is because the woman who did my eye brow wax was great! Update: changed from 2 to 1 star because I tried calling for days and they never answered or got back to me. I had to email them and they called me back. They refused to give me a refund. I asked for only $35 which was the cost of just the manicure since I was happy with the other services and they still refused. They said they would remove the nail but it fix it or give me a new manicure. Terrible customer service! Very rude and she even threatened to call the cops over the issue. read more

I decided my last time visiting the shop, was my last. I noticed that after my first visit here it's like I felt the service was up and down and then if you ask a question or mention how you like something done you get an attitude in return. And to me I feel if I'm paying for something I should be able to have say in how I like my mani, pedi or eyebrows tended to. So instead of driving an hour and 15 mins every month to come here I recently found a place not to far from me where the nail technician is open to hearing what you want done and greets you with a friendly smile, not a menacing type of look like you're being a bother. Tbh I continued for a year to get a mani and my brows done only because I hate to hop from one nail tech to the next but a year is too long to stay and continue to feel as if every time walk in it's a bother. I always choose this spot for my pedicures. A ten minute massage is included and water is provided. As your toes are drying the technician will complimentary rub your shoulders and neck. I came back to get ny nail fixed just two days after & the girl had an attitude from the get go...as long as they're not making money. It won't do...! Was greeted as soon as I walked in, offered a drink & was given the best treatment. He soaked my old set off which yes took longer, but I appreciated because I have thin nails. He took his time & made sure I liked what he was doing. BEST part was the back & arm/hand massage at the end. I have to say that I found my new nail salon! Highly recommend them!!!! read more

Because we get them done so often we wanted an excellent little place that was conveniently located and my goodness were we in for a treat. The shop was brand new and very clean, employees were excellent making sure we were very comfortable and accommodated. We had such a great experience we have made this our go to location. A year later they have never disappointed us. Staff is so friendly and I love the kind of community they created. What a pleasant surprise! I walked in this morning without an appointment. I was greeted promptly and immediately sat down. Beautiful decor, very clean with soft relaxing music. The gentleman who did my nails was gentle and professional. What was an added bonus was the hand and arm massage not to mention the neck and upper back, not expected! Came here solely based off yelp reviews and it was great. I live in NJ and am in Orlando for a wedding. My nails looked a mess and I needed to get them fixed up. Came in for a manicure and pedicure and was taken immediately (wednesday afternoon). The guy who took care of me was great. The massage chairs they have for pedicure clients are top of the line. My pedicure was awesome I think it was called "Happy Feet" and included lavender creme and hot towels. For my manicure, I just got a regular one on my natural nails. one of my nails was severely broken below the nail bed and they fixed it for me with a fake nail tip which was awesome (i never did it before lol) It looks just like my real nails. Halfway through my manicure, I started cracking my neck. The guy doing my nails came and gave me a shoulder massage for free! I wish I got his name so I could recommend him. All in all if i'm ever in the area again, I'd come back to this place. They treat you like a valued customer not cattle. read more

I have gone to this spa over a year and used the same lady Iris for a pedicure. This time she did not soak my feet before cutting my toenails and it hurt. The towel was so hot after the massage it burned me. I had to tell her many times that the water is not hot enough, who wants to soak in cold water.
