UPDATE 10 days later....The dip is now lifting off of my fingernails. I have never in the history of getting my nails done had this happen. I am a stay at home mom, I don't do anything crazy with my nails. I emailed the owner and haven't heard back. Going somewhere else to get them redone bc I can't even touch my hair without it getting caught in my nails, I definitely threw money down the drain coming here :( photos attached... I went today and got a SNS dip pink and white. I don't really have any bad to say but the service was not the best. Not welcoming at all, almost like a burden I was there. The price for the service I got is $10 more than 3 other salons I go to and checked on. The end product was fine; just service not friendly and it's over priced. If I was offered a drink even water, or had friendly service, the over pricing might be okay. read more

I came in to get a pedicure. It was my first time visiting the salon, and I won't be returning. I took the day off and wanted to treat myself. The girl rushed the service and finished the entire pedicure in 25 minutes. The menu also said that each service comes with a drink, which was not offered to me. My friend shared this gem with me and I am so glad she did! The staff was very friendly and the salon is super clean which is so important! I came in for a dip manicure. They helped me with the colors and got me to a station immediately. My manicurist was so friendly and did such an amazing job. Awesome pedicure , and that's about it. Music is horrible, everyone seems to not want to be there. I wanted painted flowers on one nail with gel polish and the rest with purple French and some how have rough ombré acrylic nails that I'm taking off a week after getting them. Hair keeps getting pulled sense the cuticle area is so rough and jagged. I tipped well for my pedi but surely not the nails. It was my first time here. Gonna try another salon farther down from my house just not worth the hassle if I have to point out you forgot something on my nails. read more

We've been coming here for several years now. We have liked the service and while they sometimes are hit or miss depending on who serves you, the experience will vary. For example, one of the girls is amazing when they do the foot massage, but when I get the others it might be good or it might be meh. The salon is always clean and they pay attention to keeping you comfortable. The one thing I really like is that when I first started coming here I had this bad crack from the matrix up to the end of my big toe. I had this crack for over thirty years from an accident. I never thought it would heal. After a while, the crack started to heal until it disappeared completely. I was really happy about that and I am thankful for their quality of service. read more

Stop it! This place is amazing. So I've gone to a billion places and this one is right next to my house. They were friendly and helped me fix my ugly nails I got previously. The environment was calm with nice music. I almost fell asleep during my pedi. The designs were great (butterflies). I absolutely love them. I would recommend 100%. I liked the atmosphere and that everything looked clean. I also like that they are very prompt at answering the phone, at least that is what I have witnessed. What I didn't like was the communication/ language barrier, because my finished product is not worth the $60 I paid (with tip). The paint doesn't cover all of my toe nails, on any of my toes. There is residual gel on my skin, and the design is not what I asked for, after showing her the picture and telling her I want to match my daughter's design, who was sitting next to me. I also watched them notice a gentleman walk in for a pedicure and yet noone acknowledged him. It took a customer in the chair to tell them he needed to sign in. Only then did they say something to him, but it wasn't in a kind voice/tone. Now I should have spoken up, but we had already been there for an hour and a half for a pedicure and we had other errands to run. However, I won't give them my service again. read more

I have been coming to A Nails and Spa for my last 4 nail visits. They are very professional and do a very good-detailed job. I have had one set I wasn't happy with and they fixed it the next day with no hassle. The set I got today is my literal favorite and I am in love. Typically I take a picture in for them to replicate and they do just that. Also, when you visit plan to spend a few hours there. I've never had a service done in less than 2 hours, which has been fine with me. They do a very detailed job and spend time helping you choose the best option for your nail and to produce the design you'd like. They are also very transparent with pricing. They will typically break down how much they'll charge before they start working and if one option is too expensive they will give you every service combination that will produce the nail set you want at a lower price. read more

I've finally found my nail salon. After 2 years of dissatisfaction and fear, here it is. My simple gel mani and regular pedi needs are met with excellence every time. I have tried Amber, Selena and Angela and have been satisfied on all 3 visits. Only after my second visit did my polish chip a week early otherwise my moneys worth is met! I'm so thankful for this clean, space with kind service and a plethora of gel color offerings. The classic pedi is a lovely spa experience in itself as if is thoroughly executed with tender precision and finished with a pampering leg massage and hot towel wrap. Angela and Amber really took time to seal my gel mani but all ladies are excellent with beautiful energy and give heavenly pedicures. The sea sparkle gel line tickles my mermaid fancy and I am determined to try all the shades. The prices are the best in the area for better service than those pricier salons (and I have tried a few fails to date) if you're on the fence take my super particular Virgoan suggestion to give it a go and be sure to book your appointments ahead of time because whilst they are accommodating their regulars keep the door rotating and the books full! read more

They rushed me in and out. They didn't push back my cuticles or trim the sides of my skin/little hang nails. Should of taken this as a red flag. Showed them a picture of natural nails and they somehow managed to do the wrong color and shape. I asked them to fix it and they told me no... I will never go back there. read more

My friend and I were regulars every 3 weeks for pedis for over 3 years and were sorry to see it go so downhill in the last 6 months. Wanted to support local business and we loved our regular techs, so we rode it through the pandemic. About 6 months ago we started to see mahor changes. Happy they added manicure tables and increased polishes but honestly, the service dropped drastically, and regular techs left, weren't replaced, and much less qualified techs were all that was available, which we hated. I've been coming here for quite awhile, about 2 years, and I feel like it is very hit or miss. After 2 bad experiences though, I feel like it's time to find a new salon. If you get one of the males, run. That is the only time I've had bad experiences, leaving with nails that look sloppy. I've also left with dry acrylic all over my hands and no oil/lotion. I felt like I just got my nails painted, but not a true manicure. They did not take into consideration my requests and seemed to do whatever they felt like. I've contacted the salon in the past to discuss my disappointment, but I never received any response. I will say, the man who sits in the first seat is good, but the rest of the guys are not. The ladies I've had were alright, nothing to complain about but also nothing to rave about. I've heard Julie is the best (never had a chance to get my nails done by her though) if you want to give this salon a try. Its hard to find a nail salon that is super clean but I'm glad I found this one. They are constantly cleaning and sanitizing which is nice to see. Wow!! To start, the precautions they've taken in the shop are so impressive. They have temp check, hands washed before service, shields between each chair, and plastic sheets for covering between the larger mani/pedi chairs. I can't wait to come back to this salon. I am not one to write bad reviews, especially for a privately owned business, but I couldn't let this one go. I have waited an entire week before writing this review as I did not want to do it while I was upset. I had been going to this salon for a couple of years. Was happy 99% of the time. Then it just seemed to go downhill with some of the newer hires. It would literally hurt when they did my nails. this happened 3x in a row (one time I literally had several scabs That ended up forming) so I said that's it. Need to find a new place. My husband did not realize this though and gave me a gift certificate for Mother's Day so I figured I would try one more time....big mistake!!! Myself and my daughter went to get our nails done. It was a big deal for my daughter as it was for her end of the year dance and it was really a treat since she is younger and has not had long nails. First off, the owner who did her nails seemed annoyed to be doing them. He told me how much it would be for the design she wanted as well. I told him, it was a really big deal for her and I was fine with the cost. While I am getting my nails done (gel) the lady was so rough. She ended up cutting me to the point I was bleeding (this happened while she was "cleaning' up the skin around the nail). It hurt all week...even to type (which I am on a computer all day long) and even to do things like wash my hair. I was worried it was a infected but it is finally feeling better today. Then to top it off, After paying $55 these are the nails my daughter walks Away with and she says, "Mom, I feel bad saying this but that was not fun ... it felt like a DR's appointment. It hurt. " They sat us several seats a part so I did Not see the nails until we left. They are thick and just look horrible on top of the fact they din't do the designs I paid for. They have Lost my business for good. In all fairness there are still a couple good techs there but this was just unacceptable and it is way too hit and miss. read more

Went here for the first time. Really appreciated covid precautions they had set up. They used plastic separations for everything. Everyone had in their masks and gloves, it was good. As for my nails, I was disappointed. My pedicure was okay but three days later it was already chipping. My nails were worse! I had the older male tech he was very rough with my hands, did not give me the square shape I asked for and the polish was completely sloppy! He didn't seem to care about customer service too much. I went to this establishment with my mom because she wanted to get a Mani Pedi and from what she told me she really enjoyed her service. She said that the staff was very friendly and their quality of work was quite superb.
