WORST NAIL SALON IVE BEEN TO! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Extremely rude 'nail techs' that didn't even let me choose a color at the beginning, basically scolding me to immediately sit down and I could look later. When I finally get to look the lady is standing over my shoulder and rushing me to pick, I get annoyed and decide to go with something simple like a French tip. Keep in mind they're empty, on phones and seemingly annoyed to even have a customer. When it's all over my gel nails feel like they have bricks on them and the gel feels like it's poking my skin around the nail, extremely irritating and uncomfortable. To top it all off when I finally see them in the sunlight/touch them, they're bumpy and uneven. I didn't even trust this place to remove them, plus I didn't feel like tolerating more attitude, so I went and got them redone somewhere else next day lol, now the pain is completely gone. OH and they steal their photos of nail art from other salons/artists, I had to google reverse image search because I knew they're NOT capable of that. I got my nails done here and I do not recommend it. I wanted a regular mani & pedi. I should've just told the lady who did my nails to start over or just to take it off. They charge 5$ for gel removal and it was 60$ for a regular mani & pedi which didn't make sense because I pay 60 for regular pedi & gel mani at other places. So all in all, prices are higher & quality of work was bad. Infinity Nail Spa is like 8 minutes away and does an amazing job. They need appointments though. read more

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND NEVER LOOK BACK. In all my years of manicures, never once have I asked a place to stop and take everything off so I can just leave. Today I did. I came in with beyond gorgeous nails with beautiful design. My request was for a nude nail with a glitter ombre, only because i have to go back to neutral for work. They tried telling me you can't do a dip ombre, which is a blatant lie. One of the girls finally confirmed that yes it can be done and moved me to her station where they left me unattended with acetone burning my skin alive. I was at the salon for almost 2 hours just waiting after being told I could be seen right away. The acetone was left for so long I had to remove the cotton/foil myself as each finger became unbearably painful. When they finally got to me you wouldn't thought I was speaking in braille it's like nothing I said made sense. Asked for nails as short as possible... tried giving me small claws. Lied about the ombre not being able to be done. Destroyed my healthy nails. And left my hands peeling from acetone burns. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. RUN. AWAY. NOW. read more

I have been coming here a really long time because it's close to my house and convenient in that aspect. However, the service is really hit or miss. They start on your nails and then ask for you to get up so they can service other clients without finishing. I have made appointments and tried to be understanding time and time again. First manicure was amazing! So I called to request a specific nail tech for my 2nd manicure! (Why change a good thing) they informed me he was working and could get me in at 10:00, which was perfect! I arrived only to find my requested tech wasn't there but they assured me the guy that is going to do my nails will do an amazing job. I felt like he was rushed from the beginning. He applied acetone, a cotton ball and wrapped me quickly in aluminum foil to remove my prior SNS nails. After waiting for 30 minutes he finally came back to remove them. (I had to ask for him to come since he said it will only take 10 mins) He never cut my nails so he had to file them towards the end, then never cleaned up my cuticles. I had to ask him to do things that should come in a $45 manicure. My 1st experience was good, but this one was lacking... not even sure if I'll come back again. read more

I find it very unfortunate to have to give this bad review. This review is about the second visit to this nail salon. On the first visit was okay, nothing extravagant just a manicure and pedicure. They did an okay job. This time I took my daughter back to get a fill-in. Her nails were already oval shaped and before she could say anything he changed the shape of one nail. After doing this, he asked her if she wanted to change it. She really didn't want to but decided to do so after it was already done. At the end of the visit, he added this to the cost of the service. Shame on him. Then when I asked him about he mumbled under his breath and walked away. He didn't even care. BEWARE: They will perform services you didn't ask for and then charge you for them. I highly recommend this Salon for Pedicures if you have any medical issues involving nerves or feet/leg problems in general. Let them know what issue you have and they will adjust to make your experience relaxing, therapeutic and enjoyable. Plus you walk away with normal looking nails and feet even if you can't feel them. If I could rate them a negative one I would. I believe the manager did my pedicure she rushed on my entire service. She had three people waiting for her at one time. Normally my pedicure takes at least an hour and 30 minutes, because I always upgrade and not get a basic pedicure. The service included 25 minute massage, my massage was less than 15 minutes. From start to finish she did my pedicure in less than an hour. She was very rough and when I told her I didn't like the color of my nail polish she hadn't attitude. I tried to explain to her how I was not satisfied with the service and they continue to rush me off because they had five people waiting. They do not turn anyone down that walks through the door, which they should because they are under staff. Instead they will rush you to one of the spa chair and have you sit for hours. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in with high hopes but was extremely disappointed. I made an appointment for my daughter to have a dip manicure at 1 pm and myself to have a pedicure & dip manicure at 1:30. We arrived at 1 and they sat me down for my pedicure and had my daughter sit at a station, which she continued to sit at for over an hour with not one word said about why as they were taking care of 2 walk ins before her. After I said something they said "oh we are going to do you at the same time." After over 3 hours of being there we walked out with the WORST job at dip nails that I have ever seen. She needed tips and they just threw them on and her nails are all lumpy. I asked for tips as my nails were not even, as the guy went to cut the tips, I told him what length I wanted and he said "that's too short, too close to finger, I'll file down". As he was filing, I told him it was on my cuticles and he said "no it's not" I showed him that it was and he filed it a little but kept saying it wasn't. I had asked for a specific design (which wasn't that hard) and they couldn't do it, the guy stood while the one doing my nails finished and attempted to do the lines and they were off center and the wrong spot but he kept telling me it was fine. I finally just told him never mind about the design because I had plans and was not expecting to spend over 3 hours getting what typically takes only 2 hours and said that I did not like my nails anyway. They were very rude and rushed me out of there without offering any option to fix. I could have done a better job at my nails with no experience than they did. My nails were crooked, bumpy, thick and my cuticles had dip on them. read more

So sad that I have to leave a review since they just opened their store but I feel as if this was one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had in my life. I made an appointment for 12pm and didn't leave until 3pm! I wish I was joking but sadly I am not. I asked for the first picture and got the second picture as a result. It took the man who did my nails 2 and 1/2 hours to do a simple French manicure and then another 30 minutes to do the flowers! He must have been new so I am confused as to why there was no one watching him to make sure he was doing what he is supposed to be doing. And I get it if he didn't see the picture and I just simply described it to him, but he was constantly looking at the picture the ENTIRE TIME!!! There were multiple people coming in, getting serviced, then coming out before I had one hand done! Once my nails were finally finished, he tried to charge me $95 for the second picture, until I asked him why it was that much did he decide to give me a "discount" so I ended up posting $73 for this horrible service. I came back in there and asked for them to fill down the nails because this was unacceptable for them to allow these nails to leave looking how they did. Some other red flags I should have noticed was when there was a literal infant in the back crying constantly and the chandelier lit up like we were at a club. I have been to this nail salon and both times I have had poor quality work. First I went and got a regular pedicure and within 3 days later it was chipping. I thought it was because it was regular nail polish. So on 11/24, I went there and did gel pedicure and manicure and not even 2 weeks later, all of it is peeling off. Keep in mind, they assured me that it was going to last for at least 20 days. IT IS OUTRAGEOUS!!! They value quantity over quality!!! I will never go back there and you shouldn't either read more
