Came in with a broken toenail after stumping my toe yesterday and they HEALED me. I was able to start a pedicure immediately as a walkin. My feet feel and look AMAZING. Again, another phenomenal experience here. I drive30 minutes out of the way just to come here. It's so nice to catch up and laugh with yang as she does my nails. I've been to this place before they changed owner since it is closer to my house. I must say , the inside is very pretty. However, the lighting is very bright. It's hard to relax. They need a mood lighting. They are always busy. It's impossible to get service if you don't have an appointment unless you come in first thing they open; otherwise you have to wait for awhile. However, they do have quality polish. It last a long time unlike the other place I have tried. As far as price, everything nowadays are going up, so can't complain read more

I waited 2 weeks to post my review to give my nails a fair chance. I will be back for sure. It's been so long since I found a place that took their time and the products they use last. I have found a few great nail places, but the dip powder cracks after a week or the clear gel top coat cracks after a few days. The place is clean, busy but quiet, everyone is friendly, and my nails and feet came out great. I will be back in a couple days for my fill. read more

I arrived at 10:45am for an 11am appointment. I waited until 11:15am to ask about my Pedi appointment and the tech came to the front to get me. The pedi lasted more than an hour, I'm not sure why except that she was just really slow. After the Pedi you are asked to sit while your toe nails dry. They don't have a machine to dry after a pedi? My polish was smudged before I left there so there was a problem with this Pedi session. The Pedi's are in the rear of the salon where there aren't any TV's or even music playing, making it very boring and certainly not relaxing. There were a lot of customers, but most of those were getting manicures. I cannot recommend this salon nor will I return. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Racist and unaccommodating!! Asked for a nail fix and without looking for the color match expressed they didn't have the color. I said anything close to it would work, not picky my original place is closed. Then it turned into no one was available to do it. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

Racist people When I came in as a walk-in, I was told that I needed to make an appointment. After scheduling an appointment and returning, I saw walk-ins being accepted. However, I was informed that only my toes could be done, and not my refills, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the guy at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming, which made the experience even more unpleasant. read more

I just want to give a shout out to Mia and her staff for squeezing me in for a nail repair just now! I called and came in 15 min later and even though they were slammed, they took the time to completely remove the gel Polish & gems and redo this nail! I was NOT expecting that as many other nail salons (and girl, I have been to MANY) will just hastily throw on another coat or do something that is the fastest and least hassle even if they are NOT BUSY Mia even carefully put another top coat on my other nails so they would last longer and topped with some cuticle oil (they were embarrassingly dry!) before I left This mani has been the best looking and lasting I've gotten in AGES so if you're on the fence or looking for a new spot, do NOT hesitate to come in! A hidden gem! Almost don't want to review so I don't have to share. Lol. I've spotted this salon a few months now while grocery shopping and I'm a new mom who has a hard time leaving the baby, lol. Anyway! I decided to go yesterday for a much needed manicure. Decided to make it extra fun and do a gel manicure with a cute design I found on Instagram. Fantastic new nail salon for me located in Ocoee off West Road. Sean is the owner along with his wife Mia who are super friendly and talented. I came today after a botched up job from another salon just hours before and I'm so thankful for Sean and his talented team. My wedding is in two days and I was freaking out about the bad job that Sean came to the rescue for me and my peace of mind. I love my ombré SNS and am so happy to have come to this salon. read more

I called last Friday and scheduled an appointment there It was my first time and just asked for a good manicure Got there and a lady came started working with my nails She was in such a rush and looking at the big clock in the back of the place all the time Started with my pedicure and had no massage , barely took a good care of my toe nails because still looking at the clock After a while she asked me to change my sit and moved to another chair and also asked someone else to color my toe nail ( the hostess of that place ) and she started someone else pedicure I paid for that service and the tip was according to the service I had Not going back read more

Absolutely love this place! My husband and I recently purchased a home in the area and first on my agenda was finding a good nail salon. I've been here several times now and without a doubt they are my go to salon. They have tons of colors to choose from and the salon itself is so beautifully done and extremely clean. The service is always impeccable as well and they will always try to accommodate you the best they can. I called in today for a last minute Valentine's Day appointment, rookie mistake I know, and they were able to get me an appointment! The receptionist is so so friendly and kind and was very helpful when choosing the perfect color. Lucy did my service today and she was AWESOME. So attentive and absolutely slayed my nails. 5 stars for awesome service, great options and overall amazing experience. Definitely recommend! read more

I've been going to infinity nails since the day that it opened. I've been getting my nails done by Sean , and Mia since 2017 when they used to work at creative nails . So I've been going to Sean for the past seven years to get my nails done . wow that's a very long time. I really don't leave reviews and I've always wanted to leave a review and it was supposed to be a good review not a negative review. The last time I got my nails done by Sean was on April 7th 2024 and he did an horrible job shaping my nails. One of my natural nail broke so I asked him to cut them down my and put on acrylic nails. The shape I asked for was coffin. I did pointed out the shape wasn't in my satisfaction. He corrected it, but it still wasn't coffin shape. I paid and left. Every time I complain about when he does, the coffin shape on my natural nails he will blame it on my nails and the way it grows. Always making excuses. He's not dedicated like how he used to in the beginning. He just wants to get you in his chair and do a hurry up job and get you out so he can get to the next client. I like how on his Instagram account he posted a video saying how he's a perfectionist that's a bullshit lie. read more

NEW The experience I had with infinity nails was crazy. This was my second time going there. The first time I went there I asked for a simple design and it took 3 people trying to actually get it right ,which was this guy name Sean. Because Sean was able to fix my nails the first time ,I booked with him again this weekend. It was a bad idea !!. I felt very uncomfortable and couldn't wait to get out of his chair . Every little movement bothered him . I have the Kindle app on my phone ,I was reading from it but because of his attidue I put my phone away and focused on my nails. He at one point got out of his chair to go find the color I wanted so thinking nothing of it I took my phone and started taking pictures of my nails ,he came back very impatient and started talking in his language to the worker next to him . He would put a coat of paint on my nails and aggressively push my hands towards the UV Led lamp . I am new to the area and looking for a nail place closer to home I was desperate to make this place work because it is 10 min away from me but they are not worth it sorry . read more

This is the best place to go in the Winter Garden/Ocoee area!!!! They are clean, professional, kind and super patient! I mention their patience because I either have no idea what I want or I have a complicated design... either way I am always extremely happy with the results! The techs always make sure you're happy with your service and will fix/change if you aren't. They have some of the best technicians who do the best designs. Where to start? First off, not the best reception, no one was organized on who took who. Also it wasnt too clean of a salon, dip dust all over the station I was at. Wanted dip with tips and french. Took FOREVER for just shaping, nearly two hours. Had to tap out and ask for top coat just to leave. My sister had her dips done with tips and design in about one hour. She sat next to me waiting for mine to get done and it took forever... it was just too overkill. Just when we thought the shaping was done, it kept going. It was comic really. I posted pics below... of what I wanted and what i got just a little over 2 hours later. Honestly, this place is super overrated, not at all very friendly. I've been to way better spots. Judge below for yourself, thats two hours of work right there.. just one dip color. SMH read more

I'm not sure where to begin. Coming into this establishment the receptionist was as welcoming as expected. i was seated and was waiting for 10 minutes. A young lady comes in and was seat immediately and her texh started working on her feet. The reception looks at me and says oh your tech is on lunch she's coming. But let's get to the nail tech. Laughable. First the tech I was assigned didn't not care to service me. It was obvious that I was a nuisance to her and I haven't said two words. She was loudly smacking the callus remover on the floor. Causing everyone to look. An older lady walks in with her grandson & granddaughter and i notice they ask her if she wants water. I turn to my friend and asked her did they offer you water? She said yeah. I said ok bet. So only i didn't get offered ok. She was rough with my feet until she saw my face. And started being gentle. I asked for a $40 service and got below average service. I could of went to the hood and got better service. This place was 10 minutes from my home and that's why I came. Never again would they see my face. Her name was Rose. Don't forget it nor don't go to her. read more

We arranged a day/time that worked for our schedules and she later followed up with a text reminder the day before my appointment. When I arrived, the place was dimly lit, which I kinda appreciated. She was already in with a client, so I slid the card hanging on the service room door under the door as advised and sat down. My appointment was at 12:30pm and she was a little late getting to me, but the person before me hadn't been in 6 months so my impatience quickly turned to compassion because GOOD LORD. 6 months?!! Anyway, Geni was fast, friendly, warm and very inviting. She got through my wax in less than 30 minutes and I was a little past overdue. Highly recommend coming here and if I'm ever in the neighborhood again, I WILL be back! *side bar, she's Brazilian. So I think she'd be an expert on these kinda things :-)
