I love this location because they are super convenient for me and they are staffed well. You can usually get an appointment or walking as needed with little wait unless there is a holiday. I will say if you are looking for designs let them know ahead of time. I've had to have other nail techs step in to complete a design after the original tech made several attempts. Once you find the tech that you like, remember their name and request them everytime! Staff is friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. They offer you drinks while you receive your service. I used to love this place. I got my nails done here on April 10th, I had to go back on April 12th because the nail polish just peeled off of my 4 fingers. I called them and they were so nice about it and told me there is no problem I can just go back and they l're gonna fix it for me free of charge. I went in and they did it. 5 days later same thing happened to 3 other fingers. I know if I call them they'll be nice about it and tell me they'll fix it for me, but what about my time????? I'm a nurse and I work 2 different jobs. I can make time to go once a month, not once a week. I hope they can go back to the awesome place they used to be. read more

The absolute worst pedicure i've ever had. It was so rushed still had cuticles that needed work, parts of my nails not covered with nail polish, and dead skin still visible on top of my toes. Just awful. With how my toenails looked before I went in I didn't think it was possible that they would look the same or worse. My advice don't go here. Update: I called to ask for a refund but I was told that my experience was "a one off thing, not worse than a paper cut." I didn't want to get hurt more so I declined to get my nails redone and just wanted a refund. It was sad to have my concerns invalidated, and that the salon dug their heels in over $18. Choose another salon, unless you want to leave looking and feeling worse than you came in! -- My fingers got burned and cut during a simple manicure with regular nail polish. I asked for a French manicure initially, but after the nail tech tried twice with regular polish, she said she didn't know how to apply it (after she did 2 nails, she said she only knows how to do French manicures with gel). It had been 40 minutes at this point, so I said let's just do regular polish, no details, and call it a day. The gel top coat that she painted on the two finished French nails was applied so excessively that the gel oozed under my fingernail and burned me when I put my hand under the gel drying machine. The tech needed to remove my two French nails that she had started, but in the process, she rubbed the removal tool so hard and without caution that she ripped my skin up along my ring finger. I got about half a coat of polish onto the fingers that got hurt and just wish I had done my nails myself. read more

We arrived about 5 minutes before our appointment time and we're taken back. They had a new movie playing on the TVs that my kids were very excited to watch while getting their pedicures. My youngest didn't want her nails done, but they still set up a pillow in a chair and treated her like a princess. All nail techs we had did a beautiful job and the pedicure chairs all looked and felt brand new. Great prices and everything is very up front. Since moving to winter springs I have been trying to find my "go-to" nail place. I have liked Envy the two times I have gone but I'm not sure if I'm in love with them yet. The place is clean and the two techs I had were friendly. Christine did a really nice job on my pedicure, making sure my nails were nice and even and the color looks great and not on my skin, she took great care in her work. I could always go for a massage with more pressure, but maybe I just haven't found the right tech for that yet. I've been coming here for a while now. It's always super busy so an appointment is recommended. After the first time I thought I'd never go back. The lady who took care of me was older with a short black hair. When she was slipping my foot back into my sandal she turned around to talk to someone and knicked the polish so it had to be redone. She was not happy about this. I kid you not she yanked my leg back up and while re painting my big toe she dug the tip of her finger nail into my skin right above my toe. I decided to try again and went with someone new. I went to Kim a few times. She's very nice, but her work isn't that great. I heard a lot of people asking for Tristen so I made an appointment with her the following time. Her chair was close enough to Kim where Kim could hear us talking. The first thing Tristan asked was what nail salon I got my nails done prior, that's how bad they looked. I ignored her at first because I knew Kim was right there, but when she asked again I said here with Kim. It was awkward to say the least. The first time I met with Tristan she did a great job and she's very nice. She's super fast so if you enjoy the massage with your pedicure she literally rubs your legs for less than a minute. This last time I got a pedicure and gel manicure from Tristan again and I was out in 45 mins!! One of my big toes was shaped square and the rest were round. I got them less than a week ago and they're already chipping on the side. It's $55 for a regular pedi and gel mani plus tip I spend $70 per time. I'll be finding somewhere new. Reply to the owner's comment: Thank you Ken for your reply. Yes the photos of my pink nails are from 7 months ago (the grey are the most recent). That was the first time I visited your establishment where, as I stated, I had the bad experience with the pedicure. There is some confusion regarding the massage. Every time I go I select the basic pedicure and have received a massage, both from Kim and the first lady (who's name I don't remember). When I refer to "massage" they did not just moisturizing my legs. However with Tristan that is all I received. So I guess my confusion lies with why have I been receiving a massage since I've been frequenting your establishment up until I started seeing Tristan? Is 45mins the usual amount of time for a basic pedicure and gel manicure, because I've never been in and out so fast previous times? Always very busy so make sure you call and make an apt! Many of the techs are highly skilled and can do intricate designs, just make sure you have a photo to show. IM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I got my acrylics done and they were beautiful. I went to get them removed today and asked for a soak to remove. Payed for a soak too. This guy pulls out nail clippers and as normal he cuts them first, THEN HE TAKES ANOTHER ACRYLIC NAIL AND CONTINUES TO SCRAAAPE my acrylic off. When I tell you it was painfull, I quite literally almost cried. After he used the nail drill thing he normally does the filing and stuff. my nail still hurts after an hour. I'm very upset . And I got cheated my money. They payed me for Soak , but I got whatever scraping your nail off is called. Edit: I mentioned how my fingers still hurt, I forgot to mention how they all have scraper surfaces and huge white spots on them. When I press the nail it hurts. I even told the person working with me that I still want to keep my real nail, instead he says it's long and will cut only little off. But here I am with no white part of nail at all. All of the growth is gone too. All I can say is I'm disappointed and will not be coming back anytime soon. read more

Hostile Environment I've never left a bad review for a nail salon before, but, I feel like I need to now because of the experience I had with this nail salon. As a first time customer at this salon, I was initially impressed with the salon itself and the nice owner of the place (Ken) who made me feel comfortable and welcome. However, the nail tech I had.....not so much. I told him I needed to fortify my existing nails (one was cracked) from further breakage with a gel reinforcement. He didn't seem to understand my concerns, or follow my requests in his actions, but I figured he knew what I needed. I thought maybe there was a language barrior and dismissed it at that. While there, I questioned him about the safety of the nail dryers they use as I have heard the older models give off electromagnetic emissions that can cause cancer in recent reports. He seemed like he didn't understand what I was asking, so I asked the owner who assured me they use the newer version that is safe. The tech got very angry that I asked the owner instead of him and said, "If you want to know anything about it, ask me not him". So, he apparently knows more English than he seemed. That day, after being home 1 hour, the cracked nail I had broke. I called the same day and Ken said the shop was closed for the day. I went on vacation and when I returned in person, asked for a reimbursement for services with Tory, the acting manager. After 2 days of not hearing anything from her or the owner, I went back in and asked for a repair instead of reimbursement. The manager (Tory) was out sick. All of a sudden 3 employees asked me who the tech was that did my initial service. I was put-off by that and said I didn't want to say, even though i had a receipt. I just wanted a repair by another tech instead of a refund. I was told to come back 2 hours later and Liz would "fix" it. When I came back for my appointment, it seemed like the whole employee base knew why I was there. I sat down with "Liz", who was given the task of "fixing" my broken nails, but she seemed unaware of what was to be done (lack of communication apparently). She was sweet and pleasant, and did the job, however, the male tech next to her with an attitude spouted off condemning comments towards me (twice) about the situation he obviously knew nothing about having no facts about the situation. I basically had to tell him to mind his own business. The original nail tech who did my nails before appeared from behind me and got into my personal space by grabbing my hand and breathing down my neck with no respect at all. I could smell his breath! I had to back off. They (the employees) tried to convince me to have him make the corrections which I did not want HIM to do, and when making the appointment, had asked NOT to have him, and said no. I mean, why would you have the same person you were dissatisfied with the first time correct it? No one would. But, my experience with getting my nails (fixed) after the initial botched job was far worse than the initial experience I had with this salon. I felt the environment was toxic and uncomfortable. They were all talking with each other in their language. It was VERY uncomfortable! I will never go there again based on my experience with the fix. read more

This was my second visit in this Nail place in hopes of finding a more convenient location. The 1st visit was ok not the best nail job and definitely not the friendliest environment nor service. Nonetheless, I decided to give them a 2nd try and visited this evening with my daughter. I was assigned to a nail technician who clearly had no desire to do my pedicure and was extremely rude. Her name was Justeen and in my opinion the entire staff lacks understanding in the significance of good customer service. She clearly was in a bad mood and was shooting sarcastic comments throughout my service. I finally snapped and it was downhill from there. I should of just ended my service and walked out but I didn't. I experienced the worst pedicure ever, paired with rough care and no attention to detail. It was a drive by pedicure with no consideration to my time nor money. Finally, she dismissed me clearly calling the shots and after a 20 minute wait the manager who was just as arrogant did a horrible job on my nails. He clearly knew what was going on but could care less! The sad part was that my 9 year old daughter had to experience this type of care and seeing me upset. Although my daughters technician Kim was not rude she did not do a good job either. In a nutshell, save yourself the aggravation, money and time! It was our first time at this nail salon. I brought my daughter for her birthday. When I made an appointment on the phone, and when I came in to check her in, I stated that she was doing a kid mani/pedi. At neither time did they state that there was a 10 year old limit to the kid services. After she got her nails done and we were paying is when they said that she had to pay the adult prices. Also, with the adult prices, the menu states that a gel mani with pedi is $30, but it's actually that a gel mani is $30 and a pedicure is $28 if you get them together. That is very confusing and again, wasn't explained to us. I wouldn't bring my daughter back here again. The owner also replied so rudely to me instead of owning up to their mistakes, when brought to their attention. My daughter had just turned 11 the day before, which is why she said "My birthday was yesterday remember." Again, at that moment, no one said "Oh she is too old for the kids mani/pedi," as it was our first time there, so I did not know there was a cut off age since she's never been to get her nails done and I saw ON A REVIEW that they did kids mani/pedi. If there is a cut off then it should be explained to customers when they book and or walk in. Also, the menu does not state "Gel mani with ADDED pedi is $30," it says it in the wording that it is a combo. I've been to many nail salons in many different places and I've never seen this wording used. Other customers' good experiences does not negate our bad experience. read more

Cons: They don't accept American Express. There's no social distancing possible with the very cramped and tight space, but they also don't even make an attempt to accommodate any type of social distancing. I went in on a very slow Monday and there were only about 7 or 8 clients. They had lots of seating available but continued to seat people right next to each other the entire time. They speak in their native language often and so it's hard to feel relaxed or be able to enjoy the deluxe services you purchase to unwind. I also wasn't offered anything to drink and I know this is a very common practice with every other salon I've gone to, especially when you're there for a pedicure and manicure and add upgrades to the basic services. For $90, I expected way more quality service. I got a gel mani and the top coat is missing in multiple spots on several of my nails. I just wasn't impressed. Pros: They require masks upon entering. I came in based off of yelp and google reviews but my service did not reflect the positive ones I saw. My technician, never said her name, was snippy when she did open her mouth about what I wanted before we started. (She completely ignores I wanted design. I had to tell her several times the things she missed. I asked for them to be shaped between coffin and stiletto and they were barely coffin after telling her three times when she was like "is this good?" I got tired of saying no and let her do what she could. I noticed her name stitched on the apron as Holly. She was VERY rough and drilled so much my nail beds are on fire and sore to the touch. She got even more rough when a tech named tori and a customer kept constantly gushing and taking pictures of the nails she just did. I have to admit, I was very jealous. My first manicure in Orlando, scheduled appointment and they gave me the worst tech! I would never in a million years send anyone to Holly. Clearly some people do amazing jobs here, holly is not one, and I can't wait to have someone fix this. There's goops of acrylic on the backside of my nails and the tips are wobbly formed on some. She did not cut any of the skin she broke. When she filed them, one side was straight sharped tip. The other side would be rounded.. very obvious, I told her and she roughly and irritated "fixed" them. My husband was like "I thought you were going to get something nice" Sad update: i scheduled to get my nails fixed and Tori did a great job with fixing what i had an issue with. i never doubted there was good work done here, sometimes people just have an off day. To begin, neither of our old polish being removed was removed completely before layering on the new color we chose. Not to mention their polish was old and chunky, the tech doing my mom's nails continuously kept adding acetone to try and smooth out the polish which honestly didn't do much. Eventually after the 5 layers of gel polish she kept layering on my nails to try and cover the old polish/bad paint job, I asked to have everything removed because it looked so bad (chunky, bumpy, uneven, had fuzz in it) and this is what they sent me home with. They still had the audacity to charge us for a manicure when this is what my nails look like. I'm so upset, spent 3 years with natural nails to try and correct years of damage and after 1 visit to this salon this is what damage has been done in all of an hour & a half... my mom says her badly done acrylics can be soaked off but this is what I'm stuck with To clarify, I tried 3 different polish colors including the one I had on when I came in that looked amazing and the only reason I wanted them to be changed was because of grow out...
