I absolutely love coming to Lush Nail & Spa at the Winter Park/Lee Road location--it's easily one of my go-to spots when I need a little self-care and relaxation. From the moment you walk in, the space feels clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which honestly sets the tone for the whole experience. The staff here are consistently professional and genuinely friendly. You can tell they care about their clients and take pride in their work. I personally always go to Stefan, and he never disappoints--super detail-oriented, patient, and really takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect. If you're someone who sticks with a regular, he's definitely worth booking. The owner (boss lady!) is also such a gem--very kind, approachable, and she has this fun, lighthearted personality that reminds me of Graycen's humor. It adds a really nice, personal touch to the whole vibe of the salon. Another thing I appreciate is the huge variety of colors and options. Whether you want something simple and classic or trendy and bold, they've got you covered. Plus, for being in the Winter Park area, the pricing is actually pretty reasonable for the quality of service you get. Overall, this place checks all the boxes--clean, friendly, skilled, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable nail salon you'll want to keep coming back to! read more

Nice clean nail salon. It wasn't overly busy and I like that you can walk in and there is a receptionist area and a wall so you don't have to walk in and awkwardly yell what service you want in front of all the customers. None of that here. All the staff I interacted with were kind, and I had a nice chat with the man who did my pedicure. I got a regular nail polish pedicure and that was pretty simple and straightforward. I was in and out in 40 mins. read more

I never leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I recently came in for a mani/pedi on what appeared to be a quiet Monday. I was actually looking forward to a relaxing visit, especially since it's one of the few opportunities I get to unwind. Unfortunately, my therapist seated me between two staff members--one being the owner, who was receiving a service, and another employee. Despite the calm atmosphere, they carried on a loud conversation across me about Amazon for far too long. Even with my eyes closed and the massage chair on, it was impossible to relax. The owner then continued calling out loudly to employees across the salon. I quietly mentioned to my therapist that it was a bit loud. Apparently, that didn't sit well with the owner. During my manicure, she then came over to the station next to us and made a point of slamming down a box and her drink in what felt like a very deliberate display - my therapist noticed too. It was awkward, unnecessary, and so unprofessional. She left before I checked out, I guess she thought I would say something to her, so I decided to write this review to let her know my experience, caused by her, at her business, and how unhappy it was. Having worked in the beauty industry for over 20 years, I was genuinely surprised to see an owner behave this way toward a paying customer. It may be a nice salon inside, but standards start at the top, and unfortunately, this experience fell very short of the standard I would expect in any nail salon--- especially in Winter Park. Edit: also my therapist proceeded to start talking to staff after the owner left and I had a feeling it was about what just happened - as it was in her language and she never engages. Thanks Google Translate I picked up the conversation when the other staff member who was also sitting next to me during the pedicure said "it wasn't like we were in her ear" - yes, it was like you were. Starts at the top. read more

Honestly disappointed in my experience. I had never gone to this spa, but went for a basic gel pedicure. My technician filed more skin than nails and was rushing through it. Overall not an enjoyable experience, so doubt I'll return. read more

Walked in this place to have a pedicure and manicure done while my car was being serviced nearby. I was impressed with the look of the place but very disappointed with the quality. Here's why; I was seated at a massage chair the whole time for mani and pedi, was rushed for both and 2 days after my nail polished was peeling like old paper. All I had to do was touch it and it would peel. I noticed a technician in the room they have in the back pouring some clear liquid into a bottle of nail polish which was most likely a solvent which is bad for your nails. I have never had nail polish peel like that before!! I will definitely not go back to this place. read more

I've been to Lush many times and enjoyed the pedicure service but there has been a marked difference the last two times I have visited the salon. I always make an appointment ahead of time on the website, which I appreciate that they offer instead of having to call or just show up and wait. I have always been taken right back and it's typically not super busy because I like to go around when they open. They have a huge wall of polish options and I'm always able to find something I like. Everyone has always been friendly, always offering me something to drink and making sure the massage chair is working right. The issue that I've noticed over the last two visits has been the behavior of some staff. The last time I was there, my pedicurist coughed the entire time which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They were visibly sick and should not have been working. When it first started I thought they had eaten something or swallowed a sip of their drink that went down the wrong way but as the pedi went on I realized they were actually sick. I would hope the salon management would send their employees home in situations like this because it's uncomfortable and dangerous for everyone involved. The other situation I encountered was the previous time I visited for a pedi an employee told me in great detail about how the police has to be called the night before because of a fight between staff members. While juicy gos can be tempting to share, this was another scenario where customers may have felt comfortable. I really enjoy this location, so I'm hopeful management will address some of the staff issues to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers. read more

This salon has it all! Serene and relaxing atmosphere, talented and knowledgeable staff, and a competent owner who runs everything ever so smoothly. Not sure if new managment? But what happened?? Went in for peppermint pedicure, mainly for the 10 min massage, spent 25 min in chair, and she rushed me out. I asked about massage and she said she was busy! Are you kidding? They are, now, all about quantity over quality. Go back to old ways. Will have to find new place. read more

I have been coming to this salon for 2 years. Recently, every appointment I make is changed at the last minute. First they put me with a different tech 30 minutes late. Then they change the date and time for the next 2 appointments. I had been satisfied with my service but can't accept last minute changes in appointment time without regard to my convenience. While the salon is nice and service is good, changing a clients appointment repeatedly is not a good look. Do better. I will take my $$$$ elsewhere. read more

This was my first time at Lush and I had an amazing experience! The salon is beautiful and feels clean. The decor is really cute. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The check in process was smooth. My girlfriends and I all got pedicures for our upcoming vacation. I got the peppermint pedi with gel polish. This was my first time getting a pedicure. The foot bath and all the tools they used were obviously sterile and clean. The foot bath was super warm and the little jet was nice. They offered us drinks. The chairs were really comfy and it was absolutely relaxing. Lin did my pedi and I absolutely loved her. She was so fun and told me about some great food spots. She noticed the color I picked was off and helped me find a new one that I really love. She did a thorough job exfoliating, moisturizing, and grooming my feet. Everything she did felt great and she asked several times to make sure I was happy. She did a gorgeous job and I'll definitely ask for her next time. read more

Andy was fantastic! He did a fantastic job with my pedicure, gave great massages, and was lovely to chat with. The space itself is beautiful and there is a TON of space! Beautiful place but my first mani & pedi were applied poorly. The polish didn't go to the edges and my gel manicure started lifting on day 3.... such a shame I was excited to have found a new place. *** Update I gave three stars because the owner was very sweet & asked me to come back to fix it. She painted my nails beautifully & was very polite. I didn't give five stars because the polish started chipping and lifting at day 4 and my nail polish turned yellow (I asked for white polish) on day two. Really wanted to stick to this beautiful nail salon, good luck on all of your future endeavors. read more

I am so terribly disappointed with this place. 1st of all, EXHAUSTING experience. Why would it take a PROFESIONAL 3 hours for fill, Gel, and color change the toes? (Not even a full padicure!) I felt so antsy sitting in this chair for 3 hours, what a torture and a waist of precious time. At 1st I asked for funny bunny, the girl applied the color so un-even, I couldn't believe it. Asked her to take it off and apply a more solid color ( I really just wanted funny bunny ) I didn't want to pay for a "Full" padicure because I don't have dry skin on my foot to be removed. So I got color change-file Is $30 a reason to do such a shamless work? Do you guys know that some places charge $25/30 and give you a FULL padicure?! I can't believe that I waisted 3 hours of my day and a $100 to leave with my toes looking like this- Just look at this photos. Updating my review since I can't respond to the manager comment: 1. If your 1st priority was good service you'll not charge $100 and leave me with toes that look worse than how I came in after 3 hours at the salon ‍‍ 2. The reason I didn't keep the funny bunny IS NOT because I changed my mind, is because of how poorly you applied it and how bad and un-even it looked. 3. I didn't pay $15, I paid $30, and even for file&color my toes look TERRIBLE. This is a very poor and unprofessional work, I'm sorry I got many times color change&file and it looked fabulous. Maybe consider to invest a tiny bit more effort to do a clean work. It's not like I paid $5. It's $30 I can get a full good padicure at other places for that price. read more

Beautiful salon, I mean absolutely stunning! It is brand new and very clean! I was lucky enough to have Christine as a nail tech. Christine was very sweet and accommodating from the moment I walked in. She painted my toes and re shaped them to perfection. I was going on vacation the next day and my normal nail guy was off so I was very nervous to trust Christine or Anyone with my nails as I am very picky. Once Christine filled and reshaped my nails she asked me "how is that" and for the first time EVER I didn't have to ask her to reshape, more narrow, sharper. NOTHING! On the very first time Christine nailed my shape to PERFECTION! I will definitely be back to this beautiful salon to see Christine! If you are picky and prefer a certain shape nails, I highly recommend Christine! read more

My initial visit to Lush Nail Spa was to use a gift certificate. I was very impressed by the decor and set up of the spa; great lighting and ambience. As with most nail salons these days, you are offered a beverage (glass of wine, soft drink, or water). I usually go for a pedicure, and was pleased with the service. The staff was very friendly, and was sure to check in regularly to be certain I was having a pleasant experience. I'm a girl that needs a good strong foot massage, so they can definitely step it up a notch there or get a meter read during the act. Everyone may not speak up like this gal. I must say this is the first time I have seen a pedicure for over $100 in a normal salon, but first time for everything. If you are on that Rosé and Champagne pedicure status, then more power to ya! No really, they have a Rosé and Champagne pedicure. I'd rather drink mine! read more

First time customer. The salon it's self is beautiful and clean looking. All employees wore masks during my visit. However, when I first walked in I felt as though they didn't want me there. The employees were not welcoming or friendly. They seemed bothered that I was there. I brushed that off because I had a gift card so I stayed and got a pedi and gel color changed on my hands. The pedi went well and my toes looked great. My gel nail polish is where I have an issue. It has only been 2 wks and the color is chipping and peeling. Prior to the color change I had gel color in perfect condition for 4 wks before coming to Lush. I am not sure what went wrong here but I do not think I will be returning. read more

What a cute little Nail Spa. We found it as hot and new on Yelp so decided to check it out. When we arrived we got right in and it was pleasantly surprised that the salon did not smell of chemicals like other salons. The staff was wonderful. I got a peppermint stick pedicure that included a 10 minute leg and foot massage and callus removal. The modern trendy furnishing gave it a very stylist tone. They provide complimentary beverages with the service. The spa was clean and neat. For small additional fee they do custom art designs in nails and toes. If I lived in Florida I would be a regular customer. read more

Was definitely expecting a better experience for such a high quality looking salon. my technician was kind but kept disrespecting my wish to not do any color and just the pedicure so i felt pressured to do so. I asked him if he would be able to remove the acrylic completely and yet he told me it wasn't possible proceeding to paint over regular polish on clearly old acrylic. The massage was not a 10 minute massage barely even 5. Everything felt rushed and unprofessional. i left the salon with my feet all peeled leaving skin and callus all rough . nail polish all wrinkled . First time coming here and wouldnt look forward to coming back either. read more

Our first visit was today for Mother's day. It started off so good. Every tech was so attentive and we felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. Pedicures were great and the polish was excellent. BUT when we went to pay we got hit with all these add-ons that weren't clearly communicated. One of us in our party asked for the Paraffin Treatment Pedicure (which includes a hot stone massage in it's service description) and the tech confusingly asked her if she wanted hot stone and she said "yes of course, if it's included in the package." So we continued with the understanding that she had elected for the paraffin treatment package. Turns out he upgraded her to the highest cost package, the Lush Signature and it was never clearly communicated. Hence why it caught our attention. When we tried getting clarification he kept explaining that she's the one who agreed when he asked if she wanted hot stone. I said "well yes of course she wanted hot stone because it's included in the original package she selected." He claimed that he used different products on her when another one of us from our party sitting next to her remembers that he used the same exact products as his. The same tech also never communicated that the mani was going to cost an extra $20. Especially since he added an element to the nail that wasn't originally asked for without again clearly communicating the extra cost. The nail spa is amazing and the other 3 techs that treated us were amazing, but he really ruined our experience. Not sure if we'll be coming back or not. read more

Beautiful spot. Decor nice. Owner super rude and easily flustered. It was Mother's Day and my friend and I made a reservation. She looked it up and says it's like these appointments come out of nowhere. Ummm no we preplanned and then we get this response. So many other details I can add but what's the point. Anywho it's a holiday so I can brush it off but it took almost 4 hours to get a pedicure and sns. I don't know what products they used but my nails are extremely brittle and they didn't last a week. My nails still are not the same and break like crazy ever since I have been here. Never going back again. read more

Location: Prime location, located in winter park off of 1792. Easy to get to. Ambiance: Very clean and nice. HUGE nail spa with all new equipment. Smells like a fresh spa and encourages a relaxing environment. They even offered wine and soda. Service: Unfortunately this is where the establishment lacks. My group of 4 was attended separately and we were the only ones there. They left one of the girls hands unfinished and began her pedicure. Not to mention the worst part, they cut two of the girls multiple times after they were asked to stop and be careful. (Pictures included). **We visited on their first day open** read more

I was excited to try this place after a good recommendation. I made a 12:30 appointment and was there at 12:30. At 12:55, asked how long it would be, was told 5 minutes. I can take a long lunch but not an infinite lunch. At 1, they seated me. After waiting another 5 minutes with no one apparently going to start I had to leave. I have been here a few times for SNS and a pedicure service. I do like that it's near work and their hours work well with my schedule (they close 7:30pm during the week!). They do a good job sterilizing their equipment, the salon is clean and very aesthetically pleasing, the massages at the end of your manicure is a lovely touch.
