The staff here are consistently professional and genuinely friendly. You can tell they care about their clients and take pride in their work. I personally always go to Stefan, and he never disappoints--super detail-oriented, patient, and really takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect. The owner (boss lady!) is also such a gem--very kind, approachable, and she has this fun, lighthearted personality that reminds me of Graycen's humor. It wasn't overly busy and I like that you can walk in and there is a receptionist area and a wall so you don't have to walk in and awkwardly yell what service you want in front of all the customers. None of that here. All the staff I interacted with were kind, and I had a nice chat with the man who did my pedicure. Walked in this place to have a pedicure and manicure done while my car was being serviced nearby. I was impressed with the look of the place but very disappointed with the quality. Here's why; I was seated at a massage chair the whole time for mani and pedi, was rushed for both and 2 days after my nail polished was peeling like old paper. All I had to do was touch it and it would peel. I noticed a technician in the room they have in the back pouring some clear liquid into a bottle of nail polish which was most likely a solvent which is bad for your nails. I have never had nail polish peel like that before!! I will definitely not go back to this place. read more

I have been coming to this salon for 2 years. Recently, every appointment I make is changed at the last minute. First they put me with a different tech 30 minutes late. Then they change the date and time for the next 2 appointments. I had been satisfied with my service but can't accept last minute changes in appointment time without regard to my convenience. While the salon is nice and service is good, changing a clients appointment repeatedly is not a good look. Do better. I will take my $$$$ elsewhere. read more

I've been to Lush many times and enjoyed the pedicure service but there has been a marked difference the last two times I have visited the salon. I always make an appointment ahead of time on the website, which I appreciate that they offer instead of having to call or just show up and wait. I have always been taken right back and it's typically not super busy because I like to go around when they open. They have a huge wall of polish options and I'm always able to find something I like. Everyone has always been friendly, always offering me something to drink and making sure the massage chair is working right. The issue that I've noticed over the last two visits has been the behavior of some staff. The last time I was there, my pedicurist coughed the entire time which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They were visibly sick and should not have been working. When it first started I thought they had eaten something or swallowed a sip of their drink that went down the wrong way but as the pedi went on I realized they were actually sick. I would hope the salon management would send their employees home in situations like this because it's uncomfortable and dangerous for everyone involved. The other situation I encountered was the previous time I visited for a pedi an employee told me in great detail about how the police has to be called the night before because of a fight between staff members. While juicy gos can be tempting to share, this was another scenario where customers may have felt comfortable. I really enjoy this location, so I'm hopeful management will address some of the staff issues to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers. read more

This was my first time at Lush and I had an amazing experience! The salon is beautiful and feels clean. The decor is really cute. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The check in process was smooth. My girlfriends and I all got pedicures for our upcoming vacation. I got the peppermint pedi with gel polish. This was my first time getting a pedicure. The foot bath and all the tools they used were obviously sterile and clean. The foot bath was super warm and the little jet was nice. They offered us drinks. The chairs were really comfy and it was absolutely relaxing. Lin did my pedi and I absolutely loved her. She was so fun and told me about some great food spots. She noticed the color I picked was off and helped me find a new one that I really love. She did a thorough job exfoliating, moisturizing, and grooming my feet. The polish didn't go to the edges and my gel manicure started lifting on day 3.... such a shame I was excited to have found a new place. *** Update I gave three stars because the owner was very sweet & asked me to come back to fix it. I didn't give five stars because the polish started chipping and lifting at day 4 and my nail polish turned yellow (I asked for white polish) on day two. I am so terribly disappointed with this place. 1st of all, EXHAUSTING experience. Why would it take a PROFESIONAL 3 hours for fill, Gel, and color change the toes? (Not even a full padicure!) I felt so antsy sitting in this chair for 3 hours, what a torture and a waist of precious time. At 1st I asked for funny bunny, the girl applied the color so un-even, I couldn't believe it. Asked her to take it off and apply a more solid color ( I really just wanted funny bunny ) I didn't want to pay for a "Full" padicure because I don't have dry skin on my foot to be removed. So I got color change-file Is $30 a reason to do such a shamless work? Do you guys know that some places charge $25/30 and give you a FULL padicure?! I can't believe that I waisted 3 hours of my day and a $100 to leave with my toes looking like this- Just look at this photos. Updating my review since I can't respond to the manager comment: 1. If your 1st priority was good service you'll not charge $100 and leave me with toes that look worse than how I came in after 3 hours at the salon ‍‍ 2. The reason I didn't keep the funny bunny IS NOT because I changed my mind, is because of how poorly you applied it and how bad and un-even it looked. 3. I didn't pay $15, I paid $30, and even for file&color my toes look TERRIBLE. This is a very poor and unprofessional work, I'm sorry I got many times color change&file and it looked fabulous. She not only has a great personality, but she's extremely talented, has exceptional attention to detail, and made sure that I was very happy with the progress throughout. Christine was very sweet and accommodating from the moment I walked in. She painted my toes and re shaped them to perfection. I was going on vacation the next day and my normal nail guy was off so I was very nervous to trust Christine or Anyone with my nails as I am very picky. Once Christine filled and reshaped my nails she asked me "how is that" and for the first time EVER I didn't have to ask her to reshape, more narrow, sharper. NOTHING! As with most nail salons these days, you are offered a beverage (glass of wine, soft drink, or water). I usually go for a pedicure, and was pleased with the service. The staff was very friendly, and was sure to check in regularly to be certain I was having a pleasant experience. I'm a girl that needs a good strong foot massage, so they can definitely step it up a notch there or get a meter read during the act. Everyone may not speak up like this gal. I must say this is the first time I have seen a pedicure for over $100 in a normal salon, but first time for everything. If you are on that Rosé and Champagne pedicure status, then more power to ya! First time customer. The salon it's self is beautiful and clean looking. All employees wore masks during my visit. However, when I first walked in I felt as though they didn't want me there. The employees were not welcoming or friendly. They seemed bothered that I was there. I brushed that off because I had a gift card so I stayed and got a pedi and gel color changed on my hands. The pedi went well and my toes looked great. My gel nail polish is where I have an issue. It has only been 2 wks and the color is chipping and peeling. Prior to the color change I had gel color in perfect condition for 4 wks before coming to Lush. I am not sure what went wrong here but I do not think I will be returning. read more

Was definitely expecting a better experience for such a high quality looking salon. my technician was kind but kept disrespecting my wish to not do any color and just the pedicure so i felt pressured to do so. I asked him if he would be able to remove the acrylic completely and yet he told me it wasn't possible proceeding to paint over regular polish on clearly old acrylic. The massage was not a 10 minute massage barely even 5. When we arrived we got right in and it was pleasantly surprised that the salon did not smell of chemicals like other salons. The staff was wonderful. I got a peppermint stick pedicure that included a 10 minute leg and foot massage and callus removal. The modern trendy furnishing gave it a very stylist tone. They provide complimentary beverages with the service. The spa was clean and neat. For small additional fee they do custom art designs in nails and toes. Our first visit was today for Mother's day. It started off so good. Every tech was so attentive and we felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. Pedicures were great and the polish was excellent. BUT when we went to pay we got hit with all these add-ons that weren't clearly communicated. One of us in our party asked for the Paraffin Treatment Pedicure (which includes a hot stone massage in it's service description) and the tech confusingly asked her if she wanted hot stone and she said "yes of course, if it's included in the package." So we continued with the understanding that she had elected for the paraffin treatment package. Turns out he upgraded her to the highest cost package, the Lush Signature and it was never clearly communicated. Hence why it caught our attention. When we tried getting clarification he kept explaining that she's the one who agreed when he asked if she wanted hot stone. I said "well yes of course she wanted hot stone because it's included in the original package she selected." He claimed that he used different products on her when another one of us from our party sitting next to her remembers that he used the same exact products as his. The same tech also never communicated that the mani was going to cost an extra $20. Especially since he added an element to the nail that wasn't originally asked for without again clearly communicating the extra cost. The nail spa is amazing and the other 3 techs that treated us were amazing, but he really ruined our experience. Not sure if we'll be coming back or not. read more

Multiple complimentary drink options. Parking is ample with several restaurant options in the plaza in case you're looking to stop in for a bite before or after your service. I have been here a few times for SNS and a pedicure service. I do like that it's near work and their hours work well with my schedule (they close 7:30pm during the week!). They do a good job sterilizing their equipment, the salon is clean and very aesthetically pleasing, the massages at the end of your manicure is a lovely touch. They do a thorough job which I appreciate however it took almost TWO HOURS to do tips and SNS powder, was anticipating an hour.
