If you want a quick manicure and don't care what they look like, this is the place for you. I went to get my nails done for my wedding. I showed a picture for accuracy and avoid misinterpretation of what I was looking for. The lady was speedy but in my case I needed attention to detail. I had the length but she cut and shape my nails too short. I decided to speak up and asked for a manager but they had no manager on duty this day. Another lady offered to fix if I'd paid the difference in price. They kept arguing/debating and speaking in their language, very rude. This is not professional! My nails were thick and she would not file them any thinner and they were wider than my natural nails. It is what it is but I will not return nor I would recommend due to lack of customer service. I tried this place for eye brow waxing. The lady was really nice and did a great job. Now that I've tried a couple of places, I realized she's really good. I asked for a natural clean up. I naturally have uneven eyebrow shapes , one side is higher and fuller than the other side. The lady was able to shape it really well and made it look balanced. I'd definitely come back again. First time I went, I arrived an hour before closing for a mani pedi (I know I know not cool), but they were more than accommodating! I had a wonderful pedicure in their massage chair where the man really took his time making sure I was relaxed and satisfied with my pedicure. Any (the owner) did my manicure. I wanted SNS with tips in a classic color. I was going to a wedding that weekend. Amy did an incredible job. She was attentive and detailed and great to talk to :) she also waxed my eyebrows and they were perfect. The second time I went to have the SNS bails removed and get a gel manicure. I stopped in right after work, asked Amy if she'd wrap my nails so they could soak while I run home (next door) to walk my dog. She happily helped me out! When I returned, she carefully removed the SNS remnants and got started on my manicure. I showed her a photo of matte black and gold crescent nails (GO KNIGHTS) and she did just that. They stayed late for me, and were so sweet about it. You want cute experience, their pedicure comes with an adorable honey pot and they give the best massages ever. My nails have started breaking off after less than two weeks. I have been growing my natural nails with SNS dip for years and never had the issue. My technician was blasting cold air from a fan on my hands while they soaked in acetone so my hands and nails were freezing and brittle. While he was filing, it was hurting since he was being so rough, filed them so thin and rounded them out even though I asked him for stiletto (they were already that shape). My hands would tense up because of how much it hurt and how uncomfortable I was, so he would rub the top of my hand and smack it. Multiple times. The gel coat cracked after three days and now my nails are breaking off and bending. Save the health of your nails and don't go to this man As of 2/25 they have reached out to apologize and offered to have someone else fix them. It was appreciated but unfortunately my business has been lost after this experience. Good management though. read more

I decided to try this place today after a risk and mixed reviews. When I got in I had to wait because there weren't enough techs. That was fine but when the man finally showed after about 45 minutes of waiting he attempted to do my pedicure. I had gel polish on my toes and he used the drill, a nail file and buffer until he cut me 4 different times. He attempted to put acetone on my toes to soak the polish and took them off only a few minutes later and continued to drill. He cut me again. I have gotten 2 pedicures a month for over a decade and have never had such an awful experience. He scrubbed my legs randomly in between drills and started filing my toe nails dry without soaking them so he again cut my skin. They tried giving me someone else to do my toes but I left. Just not worth it with so many places to go. Shame on me for trying something new. Maybe someone else there is better but he was terrible read more

Normally, ive had a pretty decent experience at this nail salon. I've gotten my nails done here a couple of times but my latest experience was just a mess. I got a gel manicure. While the nail technician was cutting my cuticles, my skin was clipped about 4 times. The technician was not entirely focused on my manicure and was clearly rushing through it, i dont think i will be returning again. read more

okay so staff is super friendly they actually smile and don't rush you but I have to give a low rating because the pedicure I received was so unsanitary oh my gosh. None of the equipment was individually packaged it was all kept in a plastic cup and the bar they use to scrub the dead skin off your feet was clearly worn after many uses.. so basically the bar that was used to scrub dead skin off of other peoples feet was then used on mine & when my technician finished she rinsed the bar in the dirty water of my tub and then placed it back in the bucket with the rest of the supplies.. if you don't care about fungal infections then this is the place for you but as for me I don't think I'll be back until they make adjustments. read more

I usually get services done at Envy Salon. Tried Winter Springs Nails today and I have decided Winter Springs Nails is my new go-to salon. Services requested were pedi, mani, and waxing. Prices are competitive but reasonable. I was greeted by everyone enthusiastically and attended to immediately. Linda (my technician) came over even though she was still waiting for her prior lady's nails to dry. I was led over to my chair by someone else and offered wine, water or soda. I had the special pedi for $50. Linda spent close to an hour just on my pedi. I suffer from Psoriatic Arthritis so hands and feet are not so pretty and require certain cautions and special needs and attention. I am also on an immunosuppressant and need to be extra careful~ I was treated with kindness and respect by Linda and her team. Everything was very clean including the waxing area and wax. I am very critical of customer service more so than most and would not hesitate to walk out or let the establishment know if I was not happy. I appreciate someone who goes the extra mile. Mani and waxing followed and were done to perfection. I highly recommend Winter Springs Nails and technician "Linda". I am returning in April for an appointment with her and will also have my eyebrows tinted at that time. Will probably give another review at that time. read more

I got my nails done here one time a couple years ago and was unhappy because my nails turned out crooked and this place is overpriced. Came back recently because my usual nail place wasn't open and I decided to give them another chance. Their business cards say walk ins are welcome but when I came in, they seemed annoyed with me the entire time because I didn't have an appointment. After a week, 3 of my nails began to randomly crack and break off. I came in to get them fixed, expecting them to fix them for free like every other nail place does when they mess up your nails but instead, I had to pay an additional $8 to the $45 I had already spent and the shape of the new nails did not even look good. They were too thick and almost egg shaped while the rest of my nails are thinner and coffin shaped. Ended up paying an entire $53 for a set of nails that I am completely unhappy with. read more

Let me start by saying, DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY! I wanted acrylics but no tip because I type all day but wanted a little less than an inch of length because my natural nails are very short. She (the owner) tells me that if I don just acrylic on my regular nail it will look like what I want, never done that before so I agreed. She started and after the first hand I asked if there would be any length (just the acrylic had no length it was just put on my regular nail) she then said no that's how it is. I stated I wants a little length not too long for typing. She got upset with me that she had to take the acrylic off and start over to add a tip. She then went to do a regular full set which is what I originally wanted. I asked her for a square shape with rounded edges so my edges weren't sharp. She proceeded to do the shaping and after 3 fingers I look and they're shaped as rounded. I told her that's not what I asked for. She tried arguing with me and then had to fix it and after finishing all the fingers with the shape I asked they still looked rounded!! Then she did my gel color and I specifically asked for my ring finger to be silver glitter. I always get a whole nail in glitter. She talked me into doing an ombre glitter on my natural color. I said okay that's new to me.. but barely gave me an effect to glitter on my nail. She finished my nails and I went to pay. She told me $40. I gave her $40 and a $1 tip because what I had to sit through was ridiculous and waste of my time! 2.5 hours I wasted my time going back and forth with the owner of a nail salon that should know how to do nails!!! After giving her my money for my nails she looked at me with a nasty look and threw the money at the counter and started going off and Chinese language. Then proceeded to give me any attitude as I left. No body deserves that!! If I would've got the proper customer service and what I had originally asked for I would've gladly tipped her good. But I didn't. So all I'm saying is don't plan to come to this salon unless you want to sit there for hours and have a shitty ending to your nails. read more

This place is pretty run down. I came in for a manicure with the SNS dip powder. The lady sat me down and I told her I wanted tips with an almond shape but I wanted them a bit shorter. She wound up making them way too short and left to do someone's eyebrows in the middle of doing my nails. A gentleman took over and finished my nails but he told me my nails were too short for almond. I already knew and was growing frustrated. So I just got them oval and called it a day. I asked for them to just take off my nails and this woman just vigorously used another nail and messed up my real nails from how much force she used upon them. I am actually in pain from the experience and that isn't supposed to happen ever. And she charged me 10 bucks when I was just told on the phone it was going to be 5. Very unprofessional. read more
