Wish I could give 0 stars. I never post a bad review and so quickly but this one was necessary. I was the first pedicure customer of the day. The guy was trying to rush the job. Told him not to drill my nails..why? Then for the cuticules..didn't even bother to push then back and was pulling them up which hurts. As you can see I. The photos, he didn't do a good job removing the dead cells. I did mess up 1 nail but the rest look rush and not well done. I had to pay for the service but will take this with the credit card. Left 0 tip. The owner was like , let him fix it..really? I just wanted to leave and go somewhere else to fix. I should have paid attention to the other reviews. read more

I was highly disappointed in this salon. I made a reservation for 9:30am on a Saturday and after driving here, the place was closed. The opening hour was 9:30 am. I waited until 9:45 and then left. Don't take an appointment if you don't plan to honor it! read more

The person doing my nails did not understand and cut my two of my nails short. Then had to cut two more to match. She kept filing my nails and some were filed a weird shape. Once I made sure she wouldn't file my nails anymore, she painted my nails well. My friend's nails were done by another person at the same time. Her cuticles were cut too low and kept bleeding for a few hours. Pay close attention and make sure they understand what you'd want. read more

I visited this salon because my usual salon is about 30 mins away and I was on a time crunch. This was the closest salon to where I live. After my experience, and the quality of the nails, I think I found my new regular salon!! V did an amazing job on my nails! She has such great attention to detail and asked for my opinion on each step of the fill. My nails are very short (which I need for my job), and the reference picture I showed her had very long nails. She was very honest and said that my nails were too short to have that specific shape. I really appreciate her honesty! A lot of other nail technicians will say they can do a nail style, and end up getting it a bit wrong. I love the rounded/almond shape. However, because I have to have my nails short, they usually end up looking very pointy (like dragon nails). V was able to create a beautiful, professional, natural look! This has been my favorite shape ever done on my nails by a nail tech! Also, the quality of the products they use are great! It's been about 2 weeks since my appointment, and my nails have held up very well! Absolutely no chips or acrylic pulling off! (I am pretty hard on my nails, and sometimes the acrylic start lifting up after 2-3 weeks). Also, the gel polish they use is very hard, and doesn't cure squishy like some salons. read more

I made an appointment for 515, I didn't see the tech that did my nails until 540. I explained I wanted colored acrylic to match the color. I already had, and she said that was fine. Then she said she was going to fill them with clear acrylic and use gel polish. I was fine with this because I figured it would be less expensive and I'm on a tight budget right now. I paid $55 elsewhere for the original full set, I just paid $58 for a fill with two repairs and the nails are not even smooth. My daughter even mentioned while we were sitting there that they felt bumpy. Incredibly disappointed. read more

I wanted to treat my kids to a pedicure. They offer $20 pedicures for kids, which is fantastic, however both my daughter and I both now have infected toes from the lady who did our toes. I do not know her name, but she cut our cuticles and now I fear I may need to get antibiotics. Another problem I faced was the music videos playing on their TV. I don't mean to sound like a Karen but there were inappropriate music videos playing while my kids were getting their pedicures. The song taki taki was playing and there was a group orgy on the video and both my 12 yr old girl and my 7 yr old boy were facing the TV from the pedicure chairs. To say I'm mad is an understatement, I trusted this salon to be professional and ensure my children and my safety in their hands and they have broken my trust. read more

The salon in general is nice, but there is a nail technician (she had short hair and glasses, didn't get her name) who took multiple FaceTime calls while doing my nails. She also LOUDLY talked to her friend across the salon the entire time. What should have been a relaxing experience felt hectic and drawn out due to her stopping to talk to people on the phone repeatedly. It was like she wasn't at work and wasn't at all concerned with customer service. Huge disappointment. read more

Came in on a Saturday with appointment for two gel pedicures. We were greeted upon arrival and attended to quickly. The actual pedicure was good but a couple things stood out to me. The leg massage part was not very enjoyable because my tech was doing very fast motions. I didn't come for a massage though so I didn't mind... just thought it was strange. They don't use liners for soak here. We were in and out timely. There were 4 techs in total. Not very fluent in English. They do other spa services like waxing/threading, lash extensions. read more

My sister recommended this nail salon to me a few times & I've been here previously for pedicures but never for my hands. Today, I made an appointment with Vy for a nude ombré full set & Vy did not disappoint. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done & Vy did a great job. I haven't had my nails look this great in a whileeeeee. She was very attentive with my requests & the prices were reasonable/average. The salon was clean & not too busy so it was a perfect Friday to stop by. I am pleased with my visit & her service. When you come be sure to ask about their rewards program & don't forget your stamp on the the way out. I know I will be back! I highly recommend Sparkle. I have been a customer for 4 years and they are always very consistent with quality. I typically get dip powder, but have also gotten gel manicures and pedicures. All the employees to a great job and they really get you in and out quickly. Highly recommended! read more

I went in for my appointment at 6 and did not get seen until 7. I understand the staff was busy but to say there is availability when there is not is very inconsiderate. The staff was friendly; however, the desk had previous clients' nail clippings everywhere and the gel machine was dirty with old polish and was not wiped down. My cuticle also began to bleed due to the harsh buffing but was not addressed by my nail tech. In total, gel acrylics (with tip) was $65. In the end, they were beautiful but only lasted 8 days until I had only 4 remaining nails. Complimentary repairs are not a thing at Sparkle Nails which is not good customer service. To spend so much money on something to not last is extremely disappointing. read more

Went in for acrylic fill color and asked for no topcoat or any nail polish. So they decided to charge me extra for color acrylic when it was just a very pale pink. Also she had to repair one nail so instead of charging three dollars for repair she charged me five stating that it was because it was a special color acrylic. I know that it was not. That is why I haven't been here in years and why I won't go again. Girl was very rude and talked in Vietnamese the whole time to her coworkers. Did not tell me her name. You would think with me saving them product by not having to put nail polish on top of my acrylics and a topcoat that they would not be trying to charge me extra. Hidden Gem!! So happy I found them! I had sns dip powder and manicure by V and she did a great job! She explained how the dips with glitter can be a little thicker and if I was sure that I was ok with that. She was awesome! I will definitely be back many more times. read more

My gel polish started chipping off right next day I got it and I was travelling. I get gel manicure every month and it chips off only if its left for 2months or so. I wanted to try this place as it is close to my house. This was in december, I regret going to this place. read more

I love this salon. It was the first one I ever went to, and my daughter and i are "regulars" now. I went to another local salon on a whim for a full set of acrylics, but didn't like how they turned out. I walked into Sparkle nails, and had zero wait time. He shortened them and rounded them for me and they look perfect now. I'll always go to Sparkle nails. They are friendly and attentive! read more

First day that the salons are back to operating business and I tried my best to avoid the crowd! Went in as early as I could, did an appointment, etc. My mani and pedi came out 10/10 and they did the best they could once the phone started ringing like crazy and the walk ins started coming. People have got to be nicer and understanding that they're going to get overworked and understand wait times are going to be crazy. Will be coming back! read more

I've given this place a few tries but every time something has been disappointing about my experience. They never honor appointment times and about twice I've had to wait in the salon for about an hour, even though I made an appointment, with my nails soaking in acetone for the hour or just sitting there waiting. Even when the salon is empty they rush to do your nails and it is such an uncomfortable and stressful experience. My SNS cracked a week after getting it done (on two separate occasions). I will say that they are efficient in fixing your nails if you ask, but it just got to the point where I was over going in to get them fixed so I just went to a different salon. There are better salons!! Skip this one. read more

lee did my nails. And I am not one to be mad. But she could not get the shape right. She kept trying and I tried to tell her I wanted coffin and she couldn't get it right. Also the nails were incredibly thick. In the end I was very unhappy with my nails and the lady at the front would not give me a refund. She said that it was her time that she gave to me. Like excuse me it was my money. This is a business and it was so rude of her to tell me I used up her time on my nails with my money. I was not happy! Very unprofessional and I am definitely not coming back. Just warning anyone who doesn't like their nails here, you won't be getting any of your money back! I ended up going to velvet to get them fixed and the manager there literally laughed at my nails and said this is the worst he has ever seen. read more

Went to go get my nails done with my sister today and we wanted to try out a new salon so we came here... needles to say we were so impressed! We both got SNS dip powder manicures. The salon is so clean and beautifully decorated, and everyone was so nice! I had my nails done by Lee and she did a wonderful job, she made sure the shape and thickness were just right and she took her time with the polish coats. The nails turned out so beautiful! Is it possible that the bottom of my feet were rougher after I got a pedicure than when I got there? Yes! The person who did my pedicure was in such a rush to do someone else's nails that he spent only 10 minutes on my entire pedicure. It was stressful and awful. Totally opposite of what a pedicure should be. I ended up with one round nail and one square nail. He couldn't understand at all what I was saying. I said I wouldn't be back and the reply was, okay, thank you. So many better places than this. read more

My amazing nails by:Vy I have been looking for a decent nail tech for over 9 months in Florida. After tons of trial and error I can finally say I have found someone (Vy) who's dedication and passion shows clearly in her work! I am particular about my nails and I think everyone should be, especially when paying for them! She was able to bring what I envisioned to life. She accommodated all of the small details (shape, thickness, color.,etc) that were important to me. She was thorough and did not rush, which is a lovely quality as well. She is very sweet and lovely company to be around. As for the salon the decor is classy and has a boutique feel (which I loved). It seemed well maintained and had a pleasant energy. I loved the location and it was easy to find parking. My sister was with me and had a different nail tech (Lee) and said her experience was equal to mine. This nail salon exceeded my expectations and deserves a 10/10! read more

My first experience here wasn't the best, neither was my second. My nail tech went from customer to customer, at times I was waiting 20+ minutes for them to return to finish/continue my nails. It ended up taking 2.5 hours for a fill... followed by the owner turning off their lights and TV's while I was still in the chair. read more

I've been to this place a few times already and am never disappointed. Everyone is so friendly and they work efficiently. I usually get V and today she took off my long acrylic nails without pain and recommend I do dip nails to keep them healthier and stronger. Ive done them before and didn't like how they turned out but I gave it a chance and am very impressed with how great and natural they came out. read more

I heard of this place by one of my clients where i work. Her nails looks phenomenal and I had to ask where she went. She referred me to Sparkler nails and specified that Vy was the only person she ever went to. I decided to give it a try, and i am so glad I did. Vy is awesome. She eventually knows you by name and never disappoints. She takes her time while still working efficiently. I get gel manicures and dip powder and i'm always very satisfied. Mind you i am very unimpressed with nail techs every where i go. Her work looks like the work you see on pinterest! I love her. The location of the salon is very cute and clean. No complaints at all. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. My nail lady was supposed to remove my acrylics by putting them in foil and solution like everyplace does but instead she pulled them off of my nailbed with tweezers which was very painful I was almost in tears. Then she made my nails the wrong shape after I told her the shape I originally wanted so she then said that it's my fault that my fingers are uneven???? My acrylic was filed so thin that my nails literally broke within a few hours of leaving the salon. Absolutely rude here, she showed no concern what so ever for me. It was Friday night, right after work and my birthday was the next day. My usual place in millenia was too far to make it on time given it was 5pm and I work in Lake Mary. I looked on Yelp and found this salon, so glad I did. This place so so pretty and they have a lot of staff working. I had a mani and pedi and was not disappointed. I came across this place as I drove around looking for a place to eat after work. I walked in and got a spa pedicure and the dip powder . They did such a great job so happy with how my nails came out, Vy paid very good attention to detail and did an amazing job. Very welcoming, friendly and clean place. Vee at Sparkle Nails is great! Not only is she super easy going and accommodating but she is also excellent with SNS and Gel work. Everyone at Sparkle Nails is friendly and since it's a smaller and cozy environment, you never feel like you're just a number. Another detail that is also enjoyable is the fact that they play music videos all day on their screens, it's nice to listen to music and entertaining to watch music videos while you relax. I highly recommend Sparkle Nails to anyone looking for great service in a relaxing environment! read more

The spa chairs are amazing. And those are the two stars. It was the most expensive gel manicure/pedicure I've ever had and the manicure didn't even last 5 days. My toes gel coat seem better however, they were cut uneven, she seemed to rush through everything. read more

Coming from another competitor, sparkle is my new favorite place. With fast customer service, attention to detail, and quality nails for a very good price the salon out does its competitors. Every time I've gone, they have done exactly what I wanted with no hesitation in a timely manner. 10 out of 10 recommend to anybody who wants fun out of the box nails for a very good price with customer service to match. read more

Absolute worst nail experience I've ever had. And I hope everyone who comes here reads this before heading to this location. For the first time in my life I walked out of a nail salon with two infected toes! I had to call out of work and miss out on my money because of the lack of sanitation protocols this place DID NOT HAVE. And no I'm not a Karen I'm just someone who wanted her nails done. On top of an already bad nail polish job that looked horrible. This really was the final straw for me not only did I pay for the service & give her a tip I ended up spending more money trying to remedy my infection! I come back today (48 hours after the fact) to be told they have no management present to help, a refund cannot be placed, and that they don't know what could have happened. The amount of anger I have is completely rationalized but now all I could do was form a complaint. Please do your research before going anywhere read more

I was kept informed of the delay, they made sure I had what I needed, that I knew my options, and apologized to repeatedly. Fortunately, I was able to move another appointment so I could stay but if I could not They would have rescheduled me and made it right. Here is the thing... they don't run behind typically AND if I had a service that took longer than expected I would want to know they are willing to take some extra time so I could walk out happy.
