The environment is always calm and clean. I typically get my ears waxed now that I've passed 40 and started turning into a Warewolf. On this visit they were running a special for 50% off for new services so I elected to get my nose done too. The person on the phone was welcoming, patient, and informative (I had a few questions). Second, the venue is beautiful and very clean. Third, the customer service was impeccable. If you work in a place that provides services to people then you know sometimes unexpected things can cause delays. They were running late on my appointment. I was kept informed of the delay, they made sure I had what I needed, that I knew my options, and apologized to repeatedly. Fortunately, I was able to move another appointment so I could stay but if I could not They would have rescheduled me and made it right. Here is the thing... they don't run behind typically AND if I had a service that took longer than expected I would want to know they are willing to take some extra time so I could walk out happy.
