It continued to be sooo painful I could hardly breathe. They came over but bc they couldn't see anything and I wasn't bleeding, at first they didn't react much. But I was still in so much pain, they came back at gave me some ice that I put on my toe for almost 30 minutes. The owner came over and another worker assured me she'd "make it right". I fully expected to have my pedicure comped and maybe even a coupon for another one free - this is definitely what I would have done, as a small business owner, for my client. It felt absurd to me to pay for an experience that was so so painful and stressful - and still hurts! But nope - they only gave me a 10% discount. Said they couldn't do more bc they are a small business. I explained exactly what I just said above. I told them I'd love to come back (but obviously never have that man work on me), but didn't feel I could if they didn't show me the care and concern to give me even half off. Nope. They stuck to the 10%, so, they've now lost what would have been a loyal customer - with lots of friends I would have recommended, and hopefully now others will also be warned! I'm so very disappointed in how they handled this. How companies respond when things go wrong could either create even more loyalty, or lose the customer altogether. Do better.

They are absolutely gorgeous and I love them as well as my pretty pink toes... I had a generic MC gift card to use with $100 on it and my services came to a total of $98. For whatever reason my gift card kept getting declined for insufficient funds even though it was brand new and was full as shown on the website I went to check it. I ended up having to swipe it several times for smaller amounts and it still wouldn't charge the last few dollars but I managed to get that taken care of out of my severely depleted bank account due to being laid off a few months ago, I start a new job on Monday though so yay for new nails for that too!! Anywho all of that to say that John, the owner, and Vicky my nail tech are absolutely awesome and amazing and I wish I lived here because I would totally have found my new nail place and tech to go to regularly!! First, she contacted me quickly after leaving a voicemail and was easy to make an appointment. Got a Gel manicure (love the color selected). She was very careful when cutting my cuticles (only cut where it was needed and not like in other places that they cut all the way around the nail - this was much appreciated.) it was my first time there, and to say the least i will not be returning…read more i'm an indecisive person when it comes to choosing a nail color, but once i find something i like, my heart is set on it. i originally wanted the bright pink with a shimmer coat on top. the technician i saw completely bashed what i had chosen, so i asked if i could pick a different color. clearly, she was very impatient with me, and once i picked out a more subtle pink, since i'm trying out different nail colors/styles before i get engaged, i still wanted a glitter coat on top. she completely dismissed what i had chosen, and pretty much stated that she didn't like it. i felt forced to stick with the original color, so i just decided to do chrome on top. i asked for white chrome, and the technician next to her told her to try another chrome shade on me, which wasn't even remotely close to what i had asked for. it was a purple chrome rather than the white, and told her i wanted to stick with white. i'm not picky or confrontational, but i know what i like, and don't like. if the nail tech actually gets to know me, sees me a ton, then sure, i'll ask for their opinion. but if it's someone i'm just meeting, i didn't ask, and i just want you to put what i ask for, in fact, what i know i want, on my nails. if you're picky about your nails, and don't want someone else's opinion without asking for it, this nail salon is not for you.
