The environment is always calm and clean. I typically get my ears waxed now that I've passed 40 and started turning into a Warewolf. On this visit they were running a special for 50% off for new services so I elected to get my nose done too. The service member was super accommodating of my kids being in the room and was very thorough in getting all the hair off my ears and nose. I'll definitely continuing going.

The person on the phone was welcoming, patient, and informative (I had a few questions). Second, the venue is beautiful and very clean. Third, the customer service was impeccable. If you work in a place that provides services to people then you know sometimes unexpected things can cause delays. They were running late on my appointment. I was kept informed of the delay, they made sure I had what I needed, that I knew my options, and apologized to repeatedly. Fortunately, I was able to move another appointment so I could stay but if I could not They would have rescheduled me and made it right. Here is the thing... they don't run behind typically AND if I had a service that took longer than expected I would want to know they are willing to take some extra time so I could walk out happy.
