Both visits reaffirmed why Ana Politi is someone I confidently recommend. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere shifts. There's a calming water fountain, soft piano music, and an overall sense of quiet that makes it feel less like an appointment and more like a reset. The space is clean, organized, and intentionally peaceful. Ana is licensed both here and in Greece, where esthetics training is notably rigorous and often deeply rooted in skin science. While estheticians are not dermatologists, her level of education, confidence, and technical understanding of skin conditions is evident in how she explains everything. She doesn't rush. She teaches. She walks you through each step and why it matters. She's currently helping me manage my rosacea, and I appreciate that she approaches it conservatively and strategically rather than aggressively. It feels collaborative rather than transactional. My daughter's first dermaplaning experience was handled with such care and reassurance. That first treatment can feel intimidating, but Ana's warmth and professionalism made it empowering instead. Revive also offers advanced options including laser hair removal and other laser treatments, and she uses high-quality technology including the HydraFacial system along with Max Optima by Immodest and Jeisys devices. There is about 15-20 minutes of intake paperwork (including photo consent forms), but it's thorough and helps ensure treatments are customized appropriately. Above all, Ana has an irrefutable personality. She's confident, engaging, and genuinely passionate about what she does. You don't feel "sold"; you feel guided. If this review influences you to book, feel free to mention Alexis Lok sent you. I'm always happy to connect good people with amazing professionals but the referral discount we both get is awesome too! Revive is not just a facial spot it's intentional skincare in a space that feels restorative.

So, of course, I am going to say that I absolutely love my facial experience here. She is the best, why wouldn't I? It is probably safe to say that I'll be coming here for the foreseeable future...as long as Isabella is working here. I've also indulged in a laser hair treatment or two. The aesthetician, Anna, has been great. She explained the procedures, how to get the best results, post treatment care/exposure and makes it a quick, relatively pain-free process. She's a doll. The facility itself is quaint and nicely decorated. They offer a broad array of services: facial treatments, botox, fillers, laser hair removal, plasma IQ, body contouring, IPL, microneedling, skin tightening & lifting, etc. Each month they offer different monthly specials; just check the website to see what's the deals are. Abby arrived at my rental early to set up and provided a thorough explanation of the process. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The process was straightforward and comfortable, Abby brought everything needed, including a reclining chair, so I could relax in the comfort of my vacation home. After a quick cleaning, placing the mouth opener, and a "before" photo, I settled into the recliner while Abby applied the whitener and set up the lamp. She offered options to listen to relaxing music, enjoy a book, or use my phone during the session. She also was attentive to my needs, checking in often to ensure I was comfortable and the equipment stayed in place. Since I've experienced some tooth sensitivity in the past, we decided on three 15-minute applications instead of four and I'm happy to report, I haven't had any sensitivity from the procedure. I went in with modest expectations, knowing that everyone's teeth respond differently to whitening, but I was absolutely thrilled when I saw the results. My teeth looked amazing right away, far exceeding what I expected! My unfiltered before and after photo's clearly show the difference. I showed my husband and he responded with "Wow! That really works! Your teeth look great". Now my family members want to visit Orlando just to have their teeth whitened. Abby did a phenomenal job, and I couldn't be happier with my brighter, whiter smile. I highly recommend Luminux Professional Teeth Whitening to anyone considering this service. It's an investment in yourself, and Abby's mobile service adds so much convenience. Whether at home or in your office, she meets you where you are. Thank you so much, Abby! You've given me the confidence to smile brightly again. Cheri V GR, MI

She's seen my hair long, short, everything in between... and even did my hair for prom. She knows my hair better that I do, so when it came time to find someone to do my hair for my wedding, I knew it had to be Jenya. Although I live in Atlanta, and we were having the wedding here as well, I knew there wasn't a better person to make sure my bridal party and I looked fabulous on our wedding day. We had a hair trial in Orlando, where I talked with her about my dress and how I wanted to have my hair and veil. We discussed pros and cons of different hairstyles, and as I've always done, I put it in her hands, as I completely trust her to make my hair look beautiful. I flew her up for the wedding, and the day of, she was set up bright and early to get to work on all of my bridesmaids. She held down the fort, and made sure we were on time and adjusted each girls' hairstyles as needed to make sure everyone got their hair done. She was and always is super professional; a true master of her craft. Even throughout the night she was touching me up, adding bobby pins to fix any pieces of my updo that had fallen out. I felt like a rockstar. I absolutely loved my updo! I felt like myself without being too "done up", and my hair held up till the end of the night! Now I may be biased, since she's like family to me... but if you haven't had a chance to get a haircut or style by Jenya, put it on your bucket list. There's a reason she's the only person I let cut my hair!
