I called within my 15 min grace period to reschedule because something came up and I was not going to make it in time. I asked to reschedule for the next day. The receptionist said I had to pay another 50$ and in total it would be $160 for a fill. The original price is $85. I was going to pay double just to reschedule. It's insane especially since I was asking to reschedule not to cancel and it's a fill. Save you time and money. These people are robotic, and I'm sure they've had to reschedule an appointment in their lifetime and never had to pay double to do so.

This was my first time getting my brows done and after talking to people, I definitely think Brandi…read moreis taking advantage of people. She did not use numbing cream on me. I guess you can fit more people in a day if you don't take the proper time to numb them. She told me I was just very sensitive. I think most places let you sit with numbing cream and saran wrap. She said "trust me I do like 9-10 clients a day". Yeah, because she's skipping a step. And even if you try to cheat and mix in lidocaine into the dye, it's still going to hurt. It takes time to work. Also her prices are a lot higher and don't include an immediate touch up if anything feels off. Even if you come back within a month, it's extra. Sadly, one eyebrow is so much higher than my natural brow. It looks like I have two tails. She plucked off my outer tail and drew it on higher. But when it grows in, you can see it's simply way too high. Now I have to pluck what little hair I have or draw in a thicker line to make it not fork. My brows don't look like her IG. She must post 1 in 10 for her to brag about all her clients. Her IG looks great. My end result doesnt look like her posts. She seems way more involved in training people and doing lip blush than taking the time to care for her eyebrow clients. Go somewhere else where they treat you a little better and it's not such a money grab. I added a star because the color is nice. But wouldnt recommend.
