I called within my 15 min grace period to reschedule because something came up and I was not going to make it in time. I asked to reschedule for the next day. The receptionist said I had to pay another 50$ and in total it would be $160 for a fill. The original price is $85. I was going to pay double just to reschedule. It's insane especially since I was asking to reschedule not to cancel and it's a fill. Save you time and money. These people are robotic, and I'm sure they've had to reschedule an appointment in their lifetime and never had to pay double to do so.

Gianna took care of me and did a great job. Located at the Benefit makeup counter, she asked me what I wanted, measured it out, outlined and then waxed and tweezed me.
