Bianca, ruined my eyebrows, and she would not refund me, it's up to you, but I would not go anywhere near this place!

I have been wanting to try Microblading for a long time. I found this location through a friend referral. First things first I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. I gave $100 non refundable deposit over the phone, which is applied to your balance $495. I finally mustered up the confidence to and get them done, and I'm glad I did!! My eyebrows look so natural and full and now I don't have to do anything to them! The staff was wonderful, I arrived early and called the number that they had on the door. Upon entering I was told to wash my hands and then fill out the necessary paper work. While I was filling it out in the lobby, the technician cleaned and sanitized my eyebrows. She also applied a numbing cream. Once I was called back to the room my aesthetician made me feel very comfortable, she asked if I was nervous, or had any question. Once we started it was smooth sailing. It didn't hurt as much as I thought. It really no difference than getting the plucked waxed or threaded. Felt like Velcro or sand paper. I have zero tattoos or piercing (my ears are pierced but when I was a baby) so I didn't know what to expect. We finished really fast I want to say 15 to 20mins. I was shocked how fast. Everything is beautiful inside, clean and decorated nicely. I really felt comfortable. I go back in two weeks for touch ups and from there 7 to 10 months as needed. The two week follow is included in your original fee. I can't wait to heal and see the outcome. I'll post updates! Over all my experience was amazing and the staff are patient kind and helpful. I found J'adore on google, and they had close to 2000 reviews raving about how wonderful they are! I told my best friend, and she booked herself two appointments for her brow microblading and lips. She loved it! So then as a treat, she booked us each an appointment for lash lifts and tints. I LOVED my esthetician Shannon! Her station was clean and comfortable, and she has a soft soothing voice that puts you at ease. Let me start by saying that I've been going to Jadore for more than 5 years for microblading and other various services. I've always been happy with the customer service and the work being done until my annual touch up this year. During my visit this year at the conclusion of my session I asked my technician if the one eyebrow looked thinner than the other and she stated no she had just finished the other side so it was more red and just looked thinner. So I thought oh ok I guess that makes sense and you're the expert so I left. A week later I messaged her to let her know it was definitely looking thinner and asked if I would be able to come in once it was completely healed and get it touched up and she she said of course. Fast forward six weeks my brows are fully healed and there's definitely one side that looks thinner than the other so I reach out again. I was advised to call and book an appointment at which time I was told it would be an additional cost. At the time of my original appointment I was not made aware of an additional fee should I need to come back however now I'm told that's their policy. I mentioned that I'm a long time client and that I would like to see if management would consider waiving this especially since I brought it up the day of my appointment. At this point the young lady, Tay, who answered the phone became very rude to me and took a tone of voice that I would never use with a customer (and I've worked in customer service for over 30 years). She continued to ask me why I would leave if my eyebrows weren't even and I had to explain my situation at least 3 times. After several minutes of going back and forth Tay advised me that I signed a form in 2018 that said I would pay the additional fee. I'm pretty sure that was for that appointment and not this one but I didn't request to see the document. She then tells me that it's my word against the technician's and I said no it's not that I'm sure if you ask the technician she would recall the conversation. Tay then said she would have the owner call me when she was back in the office. I didn't receive a call from the owner but I did receive a follow up call from Tay asking to see pictures of my eyebrows so they could determine if it was my same "trouble" eyebrow that had an issue in the past. I told Tay not to worry about it that I wouldn't be back to their establishment after the way that she spoke to me last time and essentially called me a liar. "My word against the technicians". I'm writing this lengthy review so that you can be aware of the level of customer service you may receive as a long time client as well. Had I not made someone aware of my concern on the day of my appointment maybe it wouldn't so bad. It's not the fact that I would need to pay an additional fee it's the fact that I brought it to the technician's attention the day of my appointment. No one told me about an additional fee to return (on the day of my appointment) but most importantly the way you treat your customers is paramount. Whether I'm spending $5 or $500 you should never talk down to someone or make them feel like garbage. It's not an acceptable way to run a business and for that they have lost a long time client. read more

Bianca is a rare gem! She is happy to share advised to fellow microblading artists even if they have never spent a dime with her. She is not threatened by other artists in her area and never badmouths anybody, unlike some of her competition (who I trained with, unfortunately, because I didn't know about Jadore back then). Haters will hate the more you succeed! If you are looking to attend microblading school, this is the place you need to go! So many students waste their money with people who claim to be certified microblading instructors. I can promise you, you will not feel that way training with Bianca. She is a book of knowledge and happy to share it with you. She won't solicit you repeatedly after your training to see if you would like to pay more money for an online training course either. Bianca has a good head on her shoulders and understands that microblading training requires hands-on instruction, not staring at a computer screen (again, her competition does this, if you want to call it competition). I do not work for Bianca, I am not buddies with Bianca, I am not family of Bianca, I am not a student of Bianca's. I have my own microblading business and was a student that went to her competition almost a year ago, unfortunately, and I regret that I didn't know about Bianca before I spent thousands of dollars on some bobo training. My eyebrows look AMAZING!! I don't have any before pics because i ALWAYS did my eyebrows lol. But it's amazing because now i have the permanent look without having to do my brows all the time! My touch up isn't for another 5 weeks but they look great already! Joanna was my "tech" and she made me look so good. I suggest going with a slightly darker color because it will fade over the course of a few weeks. The procedure took all of 30min. I have BAD anxiety and i couldn't sit still, i was so glad it was not a long process! She hadn't my antsy issues well lol. If only I could give j'adore 10 stars!!! I researched for months and months before ultimately choosing another artist (Lavish Brows). But after a coworker of mine went to Lavish and had a HORRIBLE experience, I reconsidered. I stumbled upon j'adore on Facebook and stalked Bianca's work before finally biting the bullet and scheduling my consultation. Bianca answered all of my questions and made me feel 100% confident that she was the right choice. I immediately cancelled my appt with Lavish (and lost my $100 deposit), but it was so worth it to book with j'adore. At my initial session, Bianca completely changed the look of my face (for the WAYYY better). It's amazing how much brows define your face! I went back 6 weeks later for my touch up and I'm even more in love with my brows! They are full, dark, and SO incredibly natural looking. I recommend j'adore, Bianca, and her amazing staff without hesitation. The money paid for the work is SO SO SO worth it and I would do it 10 times over. Just wish I hadn't waited SO long! read more

Absolutely the best!! I had literally no eyebrows and everyday had to "make them" which took forever. Then there was the embarrassment when swimming and the brows come off or just hitting them by accident and having to refill quickly. Not any more!!! I cannot say enough the happiness I have since getting the done and Bianca was amazing!!! So professional and yet professional! All the staff there gave the same feeling. I was a bit nervous, until I walked in the door of J'adore, the atmosphere in there is So calming and relaxing! The staff professional and courteous! After finishing all paperwork and prep with Bianca's assistant, who did an excellent job explaining and answering any questions I had. Then it was time for my micro blading with Bianca.... After searching for the "best" place to get my brows done, I scheduled my appointment online with J. Upon arrival, I was rushed through signing documents and required to pay (plus tip) prior to the service. I was escorted to the "Relaxation Room" to wait for the numbing cream to take effect. I explained that I did not want dark, thick brows and asked to look at shapes and colors to give her an idea what I had in mind. I was told that my face would tell her what shape to do. I was not given a choice of colors, being told that her "dirty blonde mix" was very popular. Sadly, from the time I started signing forms to the time I walked out the door was LESS than an HOUR. The staff was gathered at the front desk, purses in hand, waiting for J. to finish my brows. I was very dissatisfied, but reassured they looked wonderful. They posted a picture of me from an angle that showed only one entire brow, saying they had used "Classic Brown". The photo looked great, as I barely had brows prior to the procedure. What you didn't see is how terribly uneven they were, much less the color next to my blonde hair. I called 3 days later to express my concerns and was told that J. wouldn't want me to feel rushed or unhappy and they would ask her to call me the following Saturday. I was told that if the brows were too big, Miss M" could do tattoo removal for an additional charge. No call from J. I then called to speak with the owner the following week. No return call. I had my esthetician call, and the owner accepted her call. I finally received a call back from the receptionist, saying that the owner was booked for about 6 months, but agreed to "squeeze" me in for my follow-up appointment. No thanks. I am now paying another salon to REMOVE AND CORRECT MY UNEVEN, PURPLE-GREY brows. It has been a nightmare. More expensive doesn't necessarily guarantee the best outcomes or excellent customer service. read more

Waited a long time to do microblading training and so glad I did. I wanted to find the perfect fit and I did at J'adore. In fact, I learned so much from these professionals, I want to go back and learn more. I'm addicted! I want to go to an advanced microblading class just so I can pick Megan's brain for more knowledge. Being Blonde never had eyebrows...at at 55 I am in love with them. Bianca and her staff are so accommodating and make you feel right at home.
