This is the day after I woke up of my tinted brows, just tinted (I didn't ask to get them cleaned up). Btw, don't mind my crazy just waking up look just want to show you how the brows look the next day. The color on them is still going strong and I've touched and brushed them because ofc they were darker being that they were freshly tinted. I have a feeling it will last about a good week and they say it's suppose to last a few days if you don't wet your face so I believe it. She used what I think looked like a stencil at first to help her with the shape. Then I want to say she tweaked it a bit. I think if I was to to do it again I wouldn't want it stenciled, it felt to thick for my face and im more of a natural galy and like the softer brow shape or I end up looking like angry birds haha. They do look okay though just not exactly what I would have chosen. Being that it was my first appt i just wanted to see how she works without to much of me trying to control the outcome. I truly wanted to love this place. It was in a convenient location to go to on the days I am running errands. I booked wax/tint. I picked specialist based on her work on IG. She mapped my eyebrows and explained. Sounded great. Well..... First I thought it was weird she did tint while she waxed but thought maybe that's just her technique so whatever. When she handed me the mirror and asked how is it? I just said fine. Paid/tipped and left very disappointed. What's the point of expressing the fact that one eye brow is thinner/over waxed And somehow I felt like I was back in the late 90s/ early 00s because I am now left with thin eyebrows. While I am happy with my teeth whitening service and the results, I was not happy to be seated almost 45 minutes late. When I arrived at the studio I was told that she was running 15 minutes behind. However, it ended up being close to 45 minutes past my appointment before I was seated and my service started. I was told that the client before me was 20 minutes late and booked the wrong service. However, that shouldn't have affected my appointment time. She should have paused that other woman's lash service to get mine going and continued once my whitening treatment started. I wanted to love this place but when you can't do a basic threading it's really ridiculous, especially for the price and the customer service. I was given a customer satisfaction survey afterward and told whoever followed up with me how I was unhappy with my experience and after we went back forth a few times saying she would relay my message etc its been ghost town. I have been following them on Instagram for awhile and I decided to do lashes with Carolina yesterday in downtown salon. I was from someone else and wasn't happy with previous work. I did volume fill with previous lady from somewhere else and it looked like mix full of classic and volume also uneven sets.
