I'm a picky person and I love how they did my eyebrows!!!! Also they are typically busy but work fast

Messed up my eyebrows too rough when she threads and doesn't believe her eyebrow threading is not good. Her name was SHEYLA apparently they already know she does bad eyebrows and keep her employed I will NOT be coming back and highly do NOT recommend UPDATE: SINCE THE OWNER WANTS TO BE RUDE & NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY I HAVE ALSO INCLUDED SCREENSHOTS OF HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS I want my money back. It is so embarrassing to have to go almost an entire month, trying to regrow my eyebrows because they have someone there who should not be working on peoples faces when there are multiple comments and multiple complaints about the way that she does her eyebrows, not only was she super aggressive when she was doing my eyebrows, she made me bleed, and then refused to fix the mistake that she made. So if anyone could go ahead and convince him to give me my money back because this is Poor customer service for eyebrows genuinely it is a waste of time and money here you might as well go somewhere else. read more

Would you like to go to a place that specializes in eyebrows and have to constantly tell the person doing your brows how to do them? Then be asked if you want to leave a tip? Then look no further than this SPECIFIC Rosa "Perfect" Eyebrow location. I have been coming to this location for more than a year, and if I get one lady all the time she is perfect. She always makes my brows look good, its painless, and I always leave loving how I look. But then there is the last 3 times I've frequented this place. They've been horrible. Each time I've gone in the past 3 months this woman is always there. She is a little heavier, and is typically standing behind the desk. Although she is pleasant, she has NO IDEA what she is doing. Every time I've gone, she never does what I ask. The first time my eyebrows were too thin. I had to wait nearly a month for them to grow out. The next time, one eyebrow was higher than the other. And today when I walked in and saw her, I knew I should've left immediately. I told her "I want to keep them thick, no arch, slightly rounded" she repeated it back to me and got started on my right eyebrow. She made an arch. A thick one, but an arch nonetheless. I advised her that she gave me an arch and I'd appreciate it if she made my left brow look exactly the same. I ended up with a rounded, blunt left brow. I showed her that the right brow ended with an arch and thinned out, I asked if she could do the same to the left. She ended up just taking the entire left edge off of my eyebrows, so now this one extended just past the middle of my eye. I looked like someone burned part of my brow off. I told her to just leave it alone, that I could fix it. At this point, she grabbed my head and tried to push me back into the seat, I yelled at her to stop and that I would fix them myself. She then walked to the register. At this point I considered not paying her, but the polite part of me asked how much? She stated the price and I asked for my change and left. When I got to my car I had tears running down my face. I've never been so angry. I had to immediately buy an eyebrow pencil and fix my brows to the point that I should've just done them myself. Eff this place. Never going back to any of the locations. read more

If I could have made this 0 stars I would have! This is the worst service I've ever received at this location. I asked to have my brows cleaned and #2 took my eyebrows clean off my face!! I couldn't do anything but laugh just so I didn't slap her. Why play with peoples faces if you don't know what you're doing?? I'm so sick right now read more

Their work is in their name. Perfect! Fast and somewhat painless. They take walk ins and they're usually always available read more

Rosa Perfect Eyebrow - Without make up or any other tinting or microneedling - Eyebrow Services Near Me - Altamonte Springs, Florida

It was my first time visiting this business. All I wanted was an eyebrow tint. Walked in, none of the employees say anything, I understand they were helping other clients so ok that's fine. I'm looking around wondering if I'm supposed to sign in or something, so I just take a seat and wait. One of the techs finished with her client, cashed them out and I'm assuming was available since no one else was waiting in the shop at that time. She doesn't acknowledge me and instead walks right passed me and out of the shop. Already getting slightly annoyed I stayed waiting to see if someone would become free and ask what services I was interested in. In the meantime, three other people walk in, sit down and wait. Finally an employee is free and says, "ok who's next?" I'm thinking to myself, is this really how you take your clients?? So I stood up and told the lady I wanted eyebrow tinting done. She took me to her chair and didn't bother asking if it was my first time there or if I've ever had this service done before, just ok sit down and what color do you want... When she finished my tinting, my eyebrows were NOT symmetrical and the arches were shaped differently from each other. I was beyond annoyed at that point. She didn't give me any specifics about aftercare until I asked. Gave me cotton balls to clean the pigment with once it sets and that was it. Perhaps their other services are better but definitely not their customer service or eyebrow tinting. read more

I love Rosa Perfect Eyebrow! There are many different locations so you have options as to which location is closest to you. Each location is clean, the workers are welcoming and proper hygiene is done prior to each eyebrow threading. The prices are affordable and walk ins are always welcome. I go to the Altamonte springs location and I would highly recommend going. The location is open Monday-Saturday until 9 pm and Sundays until 7pm . It's perfect for any occasion to go and quickly get your eyebrows done. I know I'm in good hands when I go to get my eyebrows done! read more

How awesome that this place is amazing and it happens to be right by my house. You can totally walk in and get amazing service. The pricing is on point and the service is great. Sometimes I do threading to break up the irritation that waxing causes. I highly recommend this spot. read more

Well, after researching and on the recommendation of an acquaintance I came to see Nerman. I showed her a pic of my eyebrows after my last appt somewhere else and then she proceeded to remove my inner brows. I couldn't see the detail in the store without my glasses, when I got in the car I was beside myself...... WHERE ARE MY INNER BROWS???! I am beyond unhappy this will literally take months to fix. She was very busy and rushed, I would have preferred her to reschedule if she couldn't do it properly. Trust me, go elsewhere. I will never return. read more

Pretty upset right now. I've been going here for about 4 years (started at Oviedo location) and have always been happy with how my eyebrows look when Mahtab does them. I went on, what I thought was, her scheduled day but she wasn't there. I got my eyebrows done anyways and this what I ended up with. They are lopsided, one is higher than the other. Basically she took off the top of one of my eyebrows and the bottom of the other. Now I have to wait a good 2-3 months until it's grown out and this time I'm calling to make sure Mahtab is working. So upset because I have Christmas pictures this weekend / because I look like a weirdo. read more

In DESPERATE need of having my eyebrows done, I went to Rosa Perfect Eyebrow while I spent the day in Orlando. I came on a Monday morning, so there weren't many customers waiting in line and I was immediately seated. I was surprised at how painless the eyebrow threading was, relative to other sessions. My technician had quick and nimble strokes, yet she was still very detailed. Even though it had been over a month since I last had my eyebrows done, the threading didn't hurt too much! At the end, she even gave me a tip on how I should tell the technician on keeping the arch in my eyebrows as opposed to letting them get rid of the shape it once had. I am so happy I came here! I used to do waxing due to convenience, but it basically ruined the once on fleek eyebrows I had. By coming here, I'm one step closer to getting the on point eyebrows I once had! read more

Mariam is amazing and super sweet! My eyebrows looked great and even.

I was so happy that I found this place in Altamonte Springs fairly close to where I live. How can I say this, this is a small place and not fancy at all, but I have been going here for the past year and I have always walked out happy. I've tried the typical Asians spots but let me tell you, I never had someone do a great job with my eyebrows until I have met Nermine. She is one of the girls who work there. She is very nice and she takes it easy. Now I must say one day I walked in there and I had someone else do my eyebrows but she wasn't as good as Nermine. Nermine works work days 9-3 and weekends 3-9 I think she is off Wednesday. But if you want to have a good looking eyebrows she is your girl! I am always happy with what she does so I always tip her. It's optional but I appreciate her. Anyhow, check this place out I totally recommend Nermine. read more

This is the second location to the original one in the corner of Aloma (436) and Dean. Unlike the original, this location is in a busier shopping plaza next to a Publix. The parking is easy and it's very easy to find it, though you will never see this from the road. They usually have a little less variety of employees at this location, so you're bound to get helped by the same one or two women who work here. Like most people, you tend to prefer someone's work over the next, and for me, this is the case here. Basant and Mahetap are amazing and will take good care of their customers. Also, they are gentle! Inherently, threading can be a little painful so anyway in which they can alleviate some of the pain is highly appreciated. While this location is more convenient (for me) than the original Aloma location, I like it a little less. It is very clean and you'll get service right away, but Rosa does not work in this location, and I do think she's the best - clearly, it is her business. By by in large, this location is a great find for the area. I recommend anyone looking for a quick, good threading service to come here. read more

Still going to Rosa and it's my go to threading spot yet! I tried another place once and they completely thinned my eyebrows...after letting it grow out, Nermin made them exactly how I wanted them again, I like my eyebrows thick and she listens:) still so happy with this place read more

It was my first time ever trying threading instead of waxing. Indu at Rosa Eyebrow on Semoran convinced me to never go back to waxing. She did a phenomenal job making me a believer in threading. I would recommend this method to anyone who has sensitive skin. I didn't get red or swollen and they use all natural products to soothe the skin immediately after the threading. Thank you Indu! read more

Love to do my eyebrows here. It's a perfect and calm setting. Love the people who work here they are super detailed

Mt first time here was with Nermin and she was amazing! She explained to me what I needed to do to replace the missing hair from my eyebrow (from too much waxing over the years). She recommended I use castor oil for hair growth stimulation. I told her the shape I wanted and she did it perfectly. The set up of the salon is wonderful, relaxing music. I went in at a good time because no one was there and she took me right away. Price for eyebrow threading is $12.00 for amazing service. read more

This is the best place for eyebrows thank you guys and specifically thanks for rosa you are amazing person and professional

Omg! So I had an eyebrow lady for quite some time! Well one day she disappears on me and I was never able to find her again!! So it took me about a whole year and many many different places to FINALLY find a good place in which my eyebrows weren't done lopsided, uneven, too thin, my skin burned, etc. I found this place on yelp! Read the reviews! Went to check it out today... I LOVED IT! Shehla was the one that did my eyebrows today! She was awesome, very professional! I will definitely be back! Even though it's 30 mins away from home! It's worth it! read more

Am so disappointed with the service here. My technician (not Rosa) over plucked one of my eyebrows, was threading uneven lines, and left me lots of cuts and redness. Maybe it was because she kept turning around to chat with other techs. This was a painful and saddening experience. I don't trust this salon. read more
