It is so embarrassing to have to go almost an entire month, trying to regrow my eyebrows because they have someone there who should not be working on peoples faces when there are multiple comments and multiple complaints about the way that she does her eyebrows, not only was she super aggressive when she was doing my eyebrows, she made me bleed, and then refused to fix the mistake that she made. So if anyone could go ahead and convince him to give me my money back because this is Poor customer service for eyebrows genuinely it is a waste of time and money here you might as well go somewhere else.

I'm from New York and have been here a month so I was over due to get my brows cleaned but after a lot of research on instagram and yelp I decided to try brow wizard. I opted for a cleaning and tint because I already loved my shape. She quickly got to work and mapped out my brows and confirmed with me that I was happy with what she was going to remove. I left extremely happy with the shape and color! I will definitely be back whenever I'm in town.

We opted for the "teaser set" that was advertised for $79. After booking online (vagaro.com/lashandbody was the only way to book online), I received a text stating that we needed to pay $20 per person to reserve the booking, and that amount would be applied to our service. Subsequently, I received several annoying reminder texts, one of which mentioned that the location had changed to inside a salon at a different address. Upon arrival, it was not a Lash Lounge as advertised but a salon that looked VERY different from the advertisement. Employees were sleeping in the waiting room. The individual who did our lashes showed up and took us to what appeared to be a storage room. During our session, a loud carpet cleaner was being operated, even banging against the door of the room. When I went to pay, I was informed that the balance was $160 ($79 x 2). I tipped $40, bringing my total to $200. A few days later, my Venmo statement showed the $40 reservation fee was also charged, making the total for services $200 ($100 each instead of $79). I reached out to Marienne twice to inquire about this charge, but received no response. I would not recommend this service due to misleading branding, location, prices, and communication. It is unclear if Lash&Body Lounge is aware that their brand is being used to promote her services.
