Tried eyebrow waxing once and had an allergic reaction. I know that my eyebrows will turn out even, neat, and she removes some other facial hair. I didn't notice how bad it was until I got home and looked at my brows. She was very nice but she got eye brow dye on my cheek and all over the end of my brows. I have a brown cheek and stained sides of my face. She also took off the front of my eye brow, literally it's gone. I paid $45 for eye brow thread and tint. I have NEVER paid more than $30 for this service, and I thought that was pretty expensive. To have been provided this terrible of service for that type of money is crazy Next time I will check out Brow Wizard down the street... Really happy to find this clean place to get eyebrows threaded for only $8 in Mills 50, right near the Publix. Apparently it has only been in this location for 4 weeks, moving from the Oviedo area. In addition to eyebrow threading, henna, various waxes, and facials can be done here as well. Now, threading does hurt, however this is the most gentle (least painful) threading I have ever received. I am really pleased with the service, location, price point, and results I got here at eyeshadow. The service is friendly and the salon smells amazing! Check it out! read more

She did a great job as usual but I am very disappointed that despite me giving her a tip with cash she added an additional $3.00 on my credit card as a tip. I am going to give her the benefit of the doubt and wait until this is corrected. If not, I highly suggest you pay cash. read more

Honestly, sometimes the place is a little messy (thread strands thrown about everywhere), and there's always one lady there whenever I stop by, but it's a convenient, quick way for me to get my eyebrows done, which I appreciate. After spending way more at a hair salon(with bad results) in Baldwin Park and having to make an appointment every time and a few disastrous mall experiences I found Eyeshadow. I'm new to Orlando so I was excited about Eyeshadow after reading all of the positive reviews. Pros: The salon is very clean and the owner is really nice and personable Cons: I didn't leave the salon satisfied. I specified that I like my eyebrows to be thick and left with one eyebrow looking thinner and awkwardly arched. I will say that I am very particular when it comes to my eyebrows but I've been to Eyeshadow once before and wasn't exactly thrilled with the outcome. I figured maybe my eyebrows needed to grow more from a bad job from the previous threading salon I tried. I waited awhile, let them grow fuller, and again wasn't pleased with the shaping. I gave instructions on how I wanted my brows and she completely ruined them. My brows were fully grown so she had more than enough hair to work with. I did not like then at all. The shape was terrible and she missed hairs that I told her to go back over. I'm just so ready for my brows to grow back so I can go get them fixed. This was a bad experience. And afterwards, I had red bumps by my brows. I will never go back or recommend anyone go. They didnt even match at all. read more

Ask for Nilima! If you tell her how you want your eyebrows she will execute exactly what you've asked of her. This is the first time someone actually listens to what I ask for so I can't really complain afterwards haha It was quick and super affordable ! Updated review: So I still love this place for getting my eyebrows done. She's quick and cheap while making my eyebrows look flawless. But there have been too many instances when I arrive and she's on a ten minute lunch break that leaves me waiting for twenty to thirty minutes or the store is closed even though the hours on the door say it SHOULD be open. I had been wanting to get my eyebrows threaded for years but never did it because I was nervous someone wouldn't do them right, etc. (I don't trust anyone with my brows!) After growing my eyebrows out and tweezing them myself time after time, I decided nothing was going to get me the nice shape I craved unless I sought professional help! So I took the plunge and researched some places in the Orlando area and decided on Eyeshadow. It was very quick and didn't hurt much at all. My brows came out a little thinner than what I'm comfortable with but the shape of them was definitely improved. I fixed that problem up with filling them a bit with an eyebrow pencil and now a week later, my brows are up to par with the thickness I'm comfortable with. I will definitely go back to Eyeshadow in the future to get threaded but will be more clear this time that I prefer a thicker brow! read more

Great service in an exceptionally clean salon! I have visited this salon many times during the COVID-19 pandemic for eyebrow threading, and I always feel safe based on the cleanliness of the space and the owner's safety protocols. Nilima, the owner, is always friendly and willing to take me as a walk-in. I have never been in the salon when there are other people, making me feel very safe during these strange times we are living in. For the actual service, Nilima does wear a mask the entire time. She does not use her mouth to tighten the thread, but wraps it around her neck. Again, a safety measure I greatly appreciate. Most important: Nilima does an incredible job with my eyebrows. This really deserves all 5 stars. The owner is very experienced and attentive. She has been "fixing" my brows for the last month and a half (coming in every 2 weeks) and I'm extremely happy with the results. It's rather easy to find, inexpensive, walk-ins are welcome (and you either get immediately serviced or you never wait longer than 10 minutes). Nilima is great for eyebrows! I've been to her a handful of times and even gave me recommendations for a shape I wanted. The huge problem I see with this place is that they close up shop whenever they want, they never answer their phone, and every time you decide to drive by, lights are off.
