THE BEST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I cannot day enough good things about this nail salon. It's brand new, so all the chairs and equipment is new and CLEAN! They have tons of service options and offer special touches - like a glass of champagne on purchases over $50 I got a simple gel manicure and the technician was so kind, talkative, and engaging. I didn't feel like she was rushing the process at all. She was meticulous. The manicure came with a hand massage (and not just the ""hand massage" that most salons advertise - this was a REAL, long, relaxing hand massage). The manicure ended with a paraffin wax treatment. Prior to this, I had never hear of a paraffin wax treatment, but boy was it something I'll never forget - it reminded me of dipping my finger in warm wax as a kid and peeling it off. The joy and satisfaction was just the same! Except this left my hand feeling soft and supple. It was also very fun to watch it get peeled off. It's been 5 1/2 weeks since I had my manicure done and it still looks perfect save the portion of my new nail that's grown in. I've never had a manicure (even a gel manicure) stay nice over 3 weeks, so I'm pretty excited about that. Money well spent! read more

We really like this location they have a check-in in the front which you can earn points and get discounts off of your pedicures. The staff was very nice and took their time with our pedicures. They even offered us beverages with our pedicures. They took really great care of us and my feet look great. Their tools are sanitized and they are in bags. I always supported this salon due to location and how spacious it is. But service and product is everything, and because it has now been multiple times I've experienced combative unprofessional service I will never go back! First thing. Why can't the receptionist be courteous and not abrasive and argumentative. There is a young lady who can be super rude and another that i guess is in charge when Jimmy the manager isn't there. Their attitudes left me stressed and ruined my relaxing state of mind. One I asked the nail technician If she can find a color that matches my nails for pedicure. the young receptionist started to argue they can't do that. Help find colors? I was confused. They made me uncomfortable and felt very underappreciated as a customer. They offer water to whomever they like...not to everyone.. I was literally choking while doing a pedicure and my daughter who also got a pedicure was sitting next to me, my nail technician had the audacity to tell my daughter to get up and get me the water. A worker telling a customer. Unprofessional. Every time I go they change the prices. I was going every two weeks and i felt like they would make up whatever price they felt at that moment. This place used to be good but the service has gone way down. I came in 2 weeks ago, I needed a gel mani & pedi & my husband needed a pedi. We sat down, they asked us what we'd like to drink & then asked which pedi we wanted, my husband wanted a regular, the tech's reply is "that isn't good & you don't get a drink" what? (we were getting ready to go to Mexico for my birthday so whatever) we upgraded to the next tier $11 more. Both our pedicures were done in 20 minutes, I've had many, many pedicures done & there are times where I appreciate a quick appointment but this was bullshit. It was not done thoroughly or properly. Moving on, my gel mani. Done in 15 minutes. While in Mexico my nails were chipping and peeling, (this has NEVER happened, even on longer vacations) All in all, we were ripped off. I love getting my nails done by Vivian, but the male technicians seem to lack experience both with pedicures and nail services. I used to come here every 2 weeks and have been coming well over a year. I slowly started to come less maybe once a month. They charge you whatever they want and do so poorly with their services. I don't know how hard it is to properly paint a nail. The nail tech did THICK uneven coats! And I let her know to please correct it and she became upset. She cut me multiple times, literally slashing my big toe. I was bleeding and she kept painting over it, and putting acetone and painting to get rid of the blood. She even used her own thumb nail that was visibly dirty to clean my nails! Extremely unhygienic, I was so upset, I didn't want to cause a scene but did want to share how horrible it was. I recently started getting my nails done again and I absolutely love Jimmy. I originally wanted to get the dip powder because it holds up better with my job but he had me try the liquid gel instead and I LOVE it. I will never go back. It's thinner than the dip but just as strong and when you want to get it filled and change polish you don't have to soak it off. He does a great job for my manicures and when I ask to have something fixed, he fixes it no problem. Even once he was done and the other technician was doing my gel pedicure I found something I missed and didn't like on my thumb (it was uneven and thicker on one side almost like before it cured it shifted) and when I asked if they could fix it real quick before I left, they did it no problem. She's such a sweetie , we chatted the whole time and once my nails were done she dipped my hands in paraffin wax!! I was like okkkk this is fancy! My hands felt so smooth afterwards and moisturized. My pedicure turned out well and the place was clean but absolutely terrible customer service. I was given a "menu" to select a pedicure. I asked for the classic pedicure and was shamed in front of the room of guests and other techs several times for refusing to upgrade my service and requesting regular polish instead of gel. I was told "this service includes nothing, why don't you want the signature". I don't know what they have going on with the AirPods, but most the the techs had in one air pod. Mine talked into her AirPod in Vietnamese for the 12 minutes of my rushed pedicure. At the end she had the nerve to ask "next time you'll get the signature pedicure service right?" Then she asked if I'd like to leave without offering me a seat to have my nails dry before I left. Remove the classic pedicure if your techs are going to be so offended that they feel the need to publicly shame someone for that choice. They made us pay $60 just to remove nail polish, put my mother's hands in a bowl of acetone to remove nail polish which destroyed her nails and burned her skin. They gave us attitude and were rude when we went to pay. Be sure to talk to your nail tech about price before you begin your service, because apparently it's not customary to verify add on's with the customer. I asked for the $35 full set , not a full set with $15 extra for gel and I was also charged $5 to shape my nail to a basic oval but never told that. I wouldn't be so upset if I was just given the option, it just felt super dishonest. The manager did refund me after I drove all the way back but I was made to feel it was my fault for not clarifying with the nail tech. We live right across the street so I really wanted this place to work. The first time Cristina did my daughters acrylic fills. She automatically assumed we wanted gel paint and had a slight attitude when we asked for regular paint. She rushed to finish in 25 minutes to sit and scroll on her phone while we were drying. Went back a second time. She again rushed and messed up a nail after painting 4 QUICK coates and was upset that she messed up a nail and had to take the time to fix it. Then when my daughter went to dry she messed up 3 more nails so she sent another tech over (and she had air pods in speaking Vietnamese not even paying attention to us) to repaint my daughters 3 nails and she repainted those with a gel instead of regular so they were all different colors then Cristina came back over and proceeded to tell me it would be better if we got gel next time. They are very accommodating, nice, and even offer you something to drink. This salon has lots of colors to choose from and the prices are what most salons charge which is nice. The girl who did my nails did small talk and was very sweet. However, she painted on the gel so thick my nails only lasted about 7 days before the gel came off one entire nail. This never happens to me I go two weeks or even longer if i wanted to. This place was dirty. The technicians are unprofessional. I went with my sister and boyfriend to get 2 foot massages and 1 pedicure. For the massages the technicians seemed upset that they had to do a 30min foot massages so they were just rubbing lotion.
