I have worked with Eva for about 6 years now as the hair & makeup artist on styled wedding & beauty…read moreshoots and she is also the only person in Central Florida I have found can color my hair in the way that I love. I am very picky about it looking natural, and I always get compliments on my hair after she has worked her magic on it. Afterwards she also sent me home with a cute little pink striped travel pouch with shampoos and a hair mask in it. Eva is such an incredibly talented beauty artist- she does everything from brow microblading, to eyelash extensions, incredible haircolor (including ombre, peakaboo highlights) and she has also styled hair for world class editorial photographers including Erich Caparas of Tampa, and Lindsay Adler of New York. I have not personally had my brows done by her, but last night while she cut, colored and styled my hair in her salon I met a woman who had the brow microblading done and was blown away by how the shaping suited her so naturally and looked so detailed like real brows. I would definitely recommend this for any ladies who spend all their time filling their brows. Eva is also insured and certified in this technique, which is something important to check up on if you would like to have this done. I highly recommend Orlando Lush Brows!

If you don't already have an appointment set up with Linh, do it right now!!!…read more I've been dying to get my eyebrows done and I was always scared of getting microblading because I'm very sensitive when it comes to pain and I just didn't like the fact that the blade would be cutting into my skin until I came across Linh and her soft powder brow magic! I was super scared at first since it is permanent make up but through my first initial session with her, she took her time to map out my brows to make sure it's exactly what I wanted it to look like before she started the process. She was super patient during this and will make any necessary changes if you're not happy about the shape! Next, she started the numbing process and when I tell you, I barely felt anything while she was working her magic. IT'S TRUE! It was almost as if I was able to take a nap while she was working on my brows! A little while later, she was done and I kid you not, I never thought I would ever have flawless looking brows!!! The process was so smooth and Linh was super informative about any questions I had & she's the sweetest person! A week went by with the healing process & there I am, waking up with beautiful/amazing brows with no slight of make up on them! I can finally wake up and go because of Linh and not have to worry about doing my brows! She is truly the QUEEN of soft powder brows! You will not regret booking a session with her! I've gotten so many compliments on my brows ever since and I can't wait for my yearly touch up!!

This was my first time having my eyebrows done, so naturally I had questions and wanted to understand the process. She never rushed me, answered every question, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident every step of the way. The entire process was honestly amazing quality : zero pain, zero issues, and such a calm and pleasant experience. I had already heard so many wonderful things about Erika from several previous clients who highly recommended her, and now I completely understand why! Her kindness, attention to detail, generosity, patience, and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations. She genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in making sure they leave happy. And as if the experience wasn't already wonderful enough, she even sends you home with a sweet little gift such a thoughtful vibe The business itself is beautiful and professional, but Erika is truly the person who makes it shine and glow. My eyebrows were over-waxed and caused my skin to breakout thanks to the famous chain waxing service who claim to be 'unique'. I went in to inquire about appointments at ER Brows while picking up copy paper from the Office Depot next door. The first thing that struck me is that the place is very clean and hygienic. I was advised that they take walk-ins so decided to get the job done then and there. Maria is phenomenal! She measured and drew out my brows to ensure even sizing. I like my eyebrows wide as my eyebrow hair, while enough, is not thick. She did such a nice job waxing my brows and took her time shaping them and tweezing out the little hairs that the wax strip didn't get rid of. Super impressed! I'll definitely be returning and most certainly recommend this place.

I want to start off by saying, I never write reviews, let alone bad ones. I'm generally not a picky…read moreperson, but everyone I've talked to has told me I need to write a review about my experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I started my appointment fine, I was prepped by one tech Lynn, who after I showed my inspo pic, she switched me to Mai. Concerned, I specifically asked Mai when I showed her my inspo picture if it was too hard to do and I would pick something simpler, and she ASSURED me it was fine. The reason I asked was because I had an event to go to and knew a bunch of people were going to be looking at my nails, so I didn't want to risk them turning out bad. First, I asked for Gel X which should be easier to do than acrylic or dip. Right? Wrong. Mai used a gritty primer before adding color to my extensions that make my nails so bumpy. She literally mentioned how it looked weird and retried to apply multiple times and it still looked bad and she just kept going. Then she applied nude for 6 of my French nails that were so patchy because she didn't do enough layers. Then for the actual design. She verbally stated to Lynn that she didn't know how she was gonna do it but that she would try. Not comforting to hear... For the design the first red flag was that she used a hot ass pink color for the base lines, keep in mind the design is bright red. She assures me that she's gonna add red and does the lightest streakiest red ever! At this point she starts to put top coat on and I speak up about how the design looks-- she's missing vertical lines in the gingham, the lines she does have are they're too spaced out so the white spaces look rectangular not square, the lines look messy uneven and didn't go all the way to the inside of my French nails, I truly hated them and I told her so nicely "I'm so sorry but I do not like them, is there any way we can just do French instead at this point? and she blew up on me! She started getting hostile and saying that my inspo picture was messy and she just copied the messiness of the picture, that "no one can do it completely 100% like the photo", and kept pushing me to answer what was wrong with the nails and I told her everything and she said she would fix them but at this point I just wanted something simpler. I asked again can she even just cover them with a solid color and she refused, and we literally sat in silence until I agreed to let her "fix" them. I had to instruct her on exactly what to fix and everytime I would ask for something she'd say "I'm not done yet!". She kept arguing with me that there were not vertical lines on the sides on the nails only one in the middle like what? It's a gingham pattern... and yes it is in the picture, when I point out that she's wrong and just missed that there were extra lines she completely dismissed me. I literally almost never speak up at nail salons and this was just such a bad experience and I hated my nails so much that it took all the courage I had to speak up for myself so I wouldn't have to leave with nails I hated and she legit pressured me into keeping them. Not only that but she tried to gaslight me the whole time into saying her poor quality was MY fault. She said it's because I have bigger nails and that I chose a different shape than the inspo picture... um what??? She just kept saying that I needed to pay her for her time that's why she wouldn't change the design but 1. I never said that I wouldn't pay her, I definitely would've she just didn't want to keep working on them because she was lazy. 2. she promised me something and did not deliver, at all. AND in the beginning she said she would test doing the design on 1-2 nails then ask me how I liked it and that NEVER happened. Matter of fact she not once checked in on me to see if I liked them or explained her plan so I just trusted her and the process. Big mistake. I cannot tell you how frustrating, embarrassing, and upsetting this was. The way Mai handled the situation was beyond rude and unprofessional. If you want cute designs DO NOT COME HERE, or rather DO NOT GO TO MAI. I specifically picked this placed because I saw photos of cute designs and thought they were capable and maybe some of the techs are but my experience was so horrible I will never be back. Everyone I have shown has told me they can tell that it's bad and i cried several times about it. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your time, money and mental well being by just getting gel x press ons and doing your nails at home by yourself. See inspo pic attached versus what I got and keep in mind that what I got is not even bad as what she originally did. I had to literally tell her what to do to somewhat make them look decent. Yeah it might look alright if you're 500 feet away and squint your eyes. But the quality is truly horrifying upclose. 0/10 would never recommend and honestly this is my last time going to a random fucking salon.

I know they specialize in microneedling and lash services as well, but I can't speak to those. However, the services I have had were exceptional. The owner is very knowledgeable and helps answer questions, as well as interprets for the mostly Portuguese-speaking staff. The facilities are clean and relaxing, but my only complaint is that the massage table used did not have a cutout for the face. So, when I was face-down for that portion of the massage, I had to turn my head to the side the entire time which put some strain on my neck. The head spa table was also not balanced very well and almost tipped over. They are just now offering spa/massage-type services again after several months, so I acknowledge these are not their "bread and butter" services. Still, a couple tweaks to the tables/loungers and it would be perfect!
