I went there the first time to get a simple fill with just a nude acrylic. I usually don't go to shops since ive had bad experiences but I thought this was simple enough to let them do. The nail tech was really sweet, but the nails turned out horrible. My pinky nail was sideways, the acrylic dripped right before she cured it so it looks like my nail was melting on the tip. She asked me if I wanted them very straight and sharp and I told her yes please, then she proceeded to tell me she doesn't like doing that because sometimes it can be too sharp for people. Then why did you ask?!!! I went back last week for a soak off so I could get a new set somewhere else. Third nail into cutting them down shorter so she could soak them she cut too close to my skin under my nail and it started bleeding profusely! I just got up and walked out. If I would have let her continue she would have just dipped my finger into acetone. What kind of nail techs with their license wouldn't know not to cut so close to the finger ?! I'm leaving this review after a very disappointing experience yesterday. I went to get my nails done with my two daughters, and we all left extremely dissatisfied. They filed my daughter's nails so harshly that they damaged them, and she had to get Gel-X nails just to fix the mess. My own finger was filed so aggressively that it started bleeding and is now injured. We suggested a color combination, and the technician refused, saying it wasn't possible. I explained that Jenny had done it for me last time and it came out great, but he seemed lazy and unwilling to try. The customer service was terrible. They tried to charge us for services they didn't even perform. As mentioned, they damaged my daughter's nails, and she had to pay for both the mistake and the fix. They applied the nails crookedly and didn't bother to change the color when she expressed she didn't like it. Very disappointing. They just lost three loyal clients who spend over $200 every two weeks. read more

Updating my review again. I've continued to go here and I feel like, although they do a good job, it's time to find a new place. Every single time I'm here I ask how much something will be and then when I get to the register it's different - always more. I'm a teacher and sure, I shouldn't have even gotten my nails in the summer when there's no paycheck, but I decided to treat myself every couple of weeks, so to constantly be surprised after always asking is upsetting. Just makes me think they assume everyone going there has a lot of money due to their location. Further, each time I go the attention spent has dwindled. I'm often being left so other people can be helped, and then when that happens there are times I feel like my nails are left more sharp or just not as good as they can be. One of the last times, I had an appt with a specific person and they had to leave midway and then returned, while I was still waiting for someone to help me and then they helped someone else. I ended up being there around 3 hours for dip and a quick pedi. Again, they do a great job, but these little things have really added up and I just think it's time to find a new place. read more

Best nail salon I've found by far in Orlando. They are quick, sanitary, and do a great job! Their selection of nail colors is quite extensive and by looking at what they offer, it wouldn't be off to assume that they're all trained in designs and speciality techniques. Oasis stands out to me as a gem that I'm glad I've found. They've made me feel more confident and I walk out happy every time. I'd never been one to get my nails done frequently before oasis. Prom, friends' weddings, a pedicure a few times a year, my own wedding, and that's about it. In the past, I never felt comfortable in nail salons because I'm not the most outgoing. At other nail salons I was always treated as though I was an inconvenience, especially if I didn't know exactly what I wanted, how to ask for it, and what the procedure was (despite only being in a salon a handful of times) Oasis is the opposite of that. The first time I walked in, they made me feel welcome and explained the different types of services and how I could take better care of my nails. Cathy is my nail tech and she's very kind and willing to match any cute nail photos I find on Instagram. Sometimes she even adds her own touches (which I love!) she goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable: gives me suggestions for caring for my nails, repairs my nails anytime I break them, and makes sure I love the end product every time. I've also had Daisy as my nail tech and her art is amazing. She's even gone out of her way to make sure I'm taken care of even when I wasn't her client that day. (I was waiting for my husband to pick me up and she asked if I needed anything and gave me some cuticle oil) The guy usually at the front desk always goes out of his way to remember things about repeat customers. Honestly, I am giving Five Star as I have been recommending those place to my friends and strangers lol. I first found this place through my friend/coworker. She religiously gets her nails done and her lady couldn't get to her, and this is right behind work (behind Disney University) and she stopped in and was amazed that they were able to get her in and do her nails quickly and perfect under 20 mins. Not only was it fast, it was done perfect and her nails lasted well over two weeks. And how much? $25. Now for my experience, it was the exact same treatment! I had Zoe the first time and Johnny the second time! I got my nails done for the first time ever at another establishment and they messed up badly. When I brought it up, the nail tech just took me for a fool and pushed me away but the receptionist squaryes it all our here. I did not encounter this here at all! I was super comfortable and relaxed. Some of my nails had a weird finishing and Zoe fixed them without getting mad or nothing. She was very helpful and gave insights as to which color to chose and her own opinion which I loved! With Zoe, I got white nails done and I had them on for five weeks! They did not turn yellow nor did they chipped! The quality of this place is impeccable! I LOVED how Johnny work on my nails. He shows a passion, attention to detail and very great with his technique! I hope to get him next time. I must also give a shout out to David (I hope that's his name), super friendly and awesome guy! Went once and had Jerry for my pedicure. He was great! Went back a month later and got someone else. 3 hours after the pedicure, 1 gel nail peeled off. The next day, another nail. I've been coming to this salon for months now, and I will never go anywhere else again - I'm obsessed! I've tried other salons in the Orlando/Celebration area, but their dip manicures have never looked as flawless or lasted as long as they do when I get them done at Oasis. My manicures here end up lasting 3-4 weeks before the edges start chipping or popping off, which has really helped me overcome my nail biting and grow my nails out nice and long. I have paper thin, fragile nails and am rough on my hands at work; The staff here are super sweet and understanding, and make sure they do extra layers to make the dip hard and strong to keep up. They have HUNDREDS of colors of dip to choose from, so I've been having fun working my way through the rainbow every time I go. They also have great hours and accept walk-ins, which is a life saver for those cracked-nail emergencies. I typically go on Mondays/Tuesdays and it is never super busy, and I'm usually out in 45min-1.5hours. I'm actually about to go get a mani-pedi again today! They're a bit on the more expensive side compared to other salons (especially for pedicures), but for the service and quality it is WORTH IT. read more

I haven't been able to get my nails done for the last year due to my job, so I didn't know where to go to get them done and this place came as a recommendation from a friend who had only been here once. I booked online late last night for an 11:30am appointment this morning, and the booking process was super easy. I arrived just in time for my appointment, but the person I was scheduled with, Jerry, was working with another client. It was about 20 or so minutes until he was done and able to start with me. Normally, this would've annoyed me a little bit, but the rest of the staff was so kind and kept me updated on how long it would be until he was ready for me. Their communication with me made a huge difference. When Jerry started my nails (new acrylic set with French tips), every step of the way he asked questions to make sure my nails were exactly the way I envisioned them. He succeeded and my nails were exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't find a single thing wrong with them. The overall salon was small, but very clean and nicely decorated. I loved that they had music playing at just the right volume, as well as multiple televisions to watch with different things playing. They even have a punch card that you can bring back with you each time you go. After 9 visit of $25+, you receive $10 off. I've never encountered a salon that offered something like that unless their services were subpar and they're trying to get you back. That's certainly not the case here, they were awesome! If I weren't moving out of state this week, this would be my new salon that I always go to. It ticked every box, including fair prices. I highly recommend giving them a try! read more

Wonderful! This place is only about a week old. So clean and so quiet. The only downside is they had about 3 employees working and they were getting a little busier in the afternoon. I went in for a pedicure. I chose the signature pedicure but they did have several types to choose from. The signature pedicure was $36 but they are having a grand opening special and everything is 20% off. She took her time with me. Polish is applied nicely. The signature pedicure even included a hot stone massage on my legs. The first time I've ever had it. It felt really nice! The massage chairs are wonderful and the music they play is really nice too. A lot of regular nail polish, gel, and even SNS powder to choose from. I believe they also do waxing but I didn't look into any of it. I will for sure go back! read more
