I feel like I'm going to regret not gatekeeping my nail tech, but Nick deserves the recognition! I've gone to him for 3 appointments now and he has given me great attention and service every time. The drinks are complimentary and he always makes sure I have a glass. This week I came in for a gel manicure and requested French tips with a snowflake design. I love the light pink he put on my nails to make the white pop and to hide my nail blemishes. He is very patient and takes his time removing my cuticles, making sure not to cut me. My nails turned out amazing! Last week I pulled a muscle in my ankle while running, and he gave me an additional foot massage (no pedicure) to help. We came from out of town, but needed our nails done for a wedding. We found this spot on Yelp and my daughter and I were super excited. We did both a manicure and pedicure. We asked at the very beginning of our service what the cost was and we thought we were clear on that. We expected to pay like $140 for our services, but ended up paying almost $180 because they painted my daughter's nails with decorations and told her it would only cost $6, but they ended up charging us like an extra $30. It may have been lost in translation, but both my daughter and I heard the same thing and were not expecting the big upcharge. Regardless, we probably own't be back. The woman who did my nails literally kept stepping away every couple of minutes to do something so my mani/pedi took like an hour and 15 minutes. Considering we needed to get out of there in quick time, this wasn't helpful. read more

First off, the décor is incredible and everyone was so kind. I chose to do a gel manicure and it did seem like the technician was in a bit of a rush because she got a little bit on my cuticles and soaked my fingers in water which caused them to peel after only a few days. The price was reasonable--nothing exorbitant but also not cheap. I would love to assume this is an isolated incident because this could become a new favorite place! read more

Originally, I was going to give this nail salon a higher rating, a 3 would have been my highest. However, my manicure lasted only four days and started to chip. I knew something would happen after the nail technician had to thin out what seemed to me like old nail polish, using polish remover twice while polishing my nails. If I am paying $25 for a manicure, can they not at least open up a brand new bottle of nail polish? Then, during the final polish process, the nail technician hit her fingers against five of my polished nails. It was very obvious that this was a new technician, but between her inability to communicate with me due to language, barrier, and lack of experience, I felt my experience at the salon was subpar. My rating is based on: 1) a mediocre manicure 2) the inability of the nail technician to communicate with me in English, and lack of care in what I was trying to tell her. She should have grabbed someone that can translate, but didn't seem to have a care as to what I was trying to tell her. 3) my nails were filed a little crooked, and because she could not understand what I was asking her to correct, when she walked away, I grab the nail file and file my nails myself 4) I noticed other customers were being offered drinks, but I was not one of them as advertised on their website. 5) finally, it was very disappointing to pay for a manicure that lasted only four days with no excuse to not last longer. I was not swimming or washing dishes more than normal for that to have happened. Maybe my experience would have been better if I was serviced by a more experienced nail technician. But due to this experience, I will not be back again. read more

She spent time making my nails the way I wanted, from shaping to polishing and picking the right colors. My friend who waited for me also enjoyed her time spent and drinking her mimosas. We came here as a group of three to celebrate my sisters birthday. Despite making and confirming reservations in advance, only two nail techs were present, one of which was on her phone throughout the entire appt. The place was very dirty... nail clippings and dust everywhere. A big hair was stuck on my manicure seat. My gel nails chipped on two nails the very next day. Just not a good place at all. This place is awesome!!!!! First of all, I'm not the person to actually enjoy spending time being pampered, don't get me wrong! I love being pampered and do my nails and hair and facials and all that. I don't like the time spent on these activities because I feel like you could fit in something else while you get your nails or hair or skin taken care of. Cosmo Nails & Bar just solved the problem. Now, me and my friends coordinate our nail appointments and make a whole girls outing out of it because at Cosmo you can have it all! Cocktail party with nails done and some extras. My boyfriend and I came here for pedicures on Saturday afternoon. We ran a half marathon on Saturday and had a marathon on Sunday so a pedicure was the perfect way to recover in between. We both opted for the VIP pedicure because of the paraffin wax (and the benefits it provides sore muscles). We were both extremely satisfied with our pedicures. It was one of the best, most detailed pedicures I've ever had. I brought my own nail polish but they had so many color options. The salon was also very clean and beautiful with a limited bar. Service was ok. Nothing special but nothing necessarily wrong either. We weren't offered drinks or anything like I'd seen others reference. The worst part was after we got our pedicures we went up to pay and they said that if we don't pay cash there will be a % charged (it was between 5-10%, I just can't remember exactly) to our card and we still need to tip too. I get it, times are hard but that should not be an end of the service surprise. read more

This place makes me want to fly here from NC to get my nails done. We came as walk ins a while back. My daughter and I went to Universal studios for her birthday and came here to get our nails done. The service was amazing. The ladies were the best technicians I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The lady who was working on my daughter's nails, had a bit of a challenge because my daughter (11 years old), kept laying her head down and I thought maybe the lady was hurting her nails. She wasn't. My kid was trying to listen to her dang phone and the videos she was watching. But the amazing tech kept checking in with me and letting me know my kid was doing good and still watching videos. She didn't take offense at my concern and helped me feel at ease. I can't tell you how much of a relief that is for someone to understand that feeling and help ease a parent instead of being offended. My nail technician (I want to say Maria but it's been a while and I can't remember), did the best I've ever had on my nails. Ladies... My nails lasted 4 weeks!!!!!!! I don't even know what kind of magic she did to keep them looking good for so long but it made me regret not living closer. We are from North Carolina, so it's like I can go every time I need nails done. But omg. I wish I could. The quality of work and customer service was absolutely top notch. read more

Went with my boyfriend for pedis. They did a great job! The decor is lovely and music isn't so loud. The staff is friendly. We were offered cocktails. We never felt rushed and were able to relax. The atmosphere inside is very appealing and feels chic - I love the open floor layout because you don't feel cramped at all! The environment is quiet and relaxing. I was absolutely excited about trying out this nail salon. The ambience, reviews and variety of designs shown was extremely impressive. Upon arriving, I was immediately addressed and felt the start of a very luxe experience. I received a mimosa and was fairly relaxed. I did think the service was a bit long winded but hey you can't rush quality right. At some point before my manicure I did ask for an estimated finish time. As I was on a work trip and needed to get back at a certain time. The tech did my manicure in the time needed and all was well. I told my colleagues to even check it out. That evening my corners begin lifting. And today (just 1 day after service) it looks as if I have chunks taken out the middle of my nails. I have never experienced anything like this. I flew extremely upset today, knowing I absolutely have to pay for a new manicure tomorrow. read more

I called yesterday morning asking for pedicures for 4 people plus a little polish on the toddlers. They were able to fit us all in at the same time! The staff was amazing! Tina is the best. I love Cosmo, the salon is always super clean and the staff make sure you are well taken care of. They even offer complimentary drinks. I chose this spa because it was next door to the hotel i was staying at. They had a decent color selection I was hoping they had a color close to my finger nails (I only went for a pedi) but they didn't so went with white. I appreciate their effort in trying to find a matching color though! They had drinks for an additional fee and the worker was super friendly. It's visible off the highway in a small plaza. We were offered bottled water upon entering. There is a small seating area with a couch and 2 arm chairs for waiting. There are nail color options out for display and a TV and written brochures that offer the details for their service. They also offer children nail service for 20% off the retail value. This place is professional and offers a great touch. It is large and very relaxing. The pedicure stations are separated from the manicure stations. The spa pedicures are far enough apart to offer safe nail care during the pandemic. The space was clean, offered hand sanitizer, staff wore masks and gloves. Not all the customers were wearing masks but we elected to wear them. We opted for the upgraded pedicure for $45. It included the standard nail service plus a sugar scrub, lotion massage, hot towel, and polish. It was so pleasant after long days of walking. I really could have sat there for another 30 minutes just getting a massage. The spa chairs are also massage chairs that are very pleasant. The business owner shared that they have been grateful for customers that are visiting during the pandemic as it's been hard on small businesses. If you are looking for quality care in or around DisneyWorld, i would recommend this location.

This is a pre-COVID review…read more The Senses spa is very nice. My sister and I surprised our mom for mother's day with a trip. The amenities are good too. The nails are beautiful and it is the only place that officially can do Disney designs. I didn't get gel so the designs didn't stay on as long as my mom and sister's nails. They both seemed happy with how long their nails lasted. It is pricey (but of course, it's Disney) so it's not something I would recommend doing for every trip.

I imagine all resorts on Disney property are a bit over the top. Senses has beautiful facilities, and though I only saw a steam room, no sauna, the heated lounge seats by the jacuzzi make up for it. In terms of snacks, this ain't the Ritz, but there are some trail mix goodies in the quiet area. And the day pass at the Ritz is double this cost here... so, this lady right here had herself some trail mix after that. Overall, staff was lovely, facilities were healing.

Also got an express facial, foot massage (great goodness) and our hands dipped in paraffin which left them so soft. While we waited we could take advantage of a foot massage machine. Due to COVID, you can no longer dip your whole hand in the wax...pouring some wax into a bag just didn't have the same effect and failed to cover the whole hand. Spa seemed very clean and well run. I'll go back in the future.
