I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this nail salon. The owner treats customers with arrogance, disrespect, and a complete lack of professionalism, as if customers are a burden rather than the reason the business exists. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, the owner stands over the technicians, interrupts their work, and even rushes customers out in a rude and humiliating manner. The atmosphere is uncomfortable and intimidating. On top of that, the quality of the work was not as precise or professional as expected. No customer deserves to be treated this way. Respect, courtesy, and professionalism should be the minimum standard in any business. I hope the owner seriously reflects on how customers are treated, because unless significant changes are made, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. read more

Extremely disappointing experience. We came in for two Gel-X full sets, and while one turned out great, the set done for my daughter was absolutely horrible. The gentleman who did her nails clearly lacked skill, and they had to be redone just to fix the mess. What should have been an appointment took two hours for one full set. I also got a pedicure, and although it seemed fine at first, the technician went too deep on my toe. It's now infected and extremely painful. Overall, this was the worst service experience I've had in a long time. read more

Absolutely top tier service in Orlando! I came here after searching on TikTok for an emergency nail appointment. I had broken 3 nails and chipped a toe nail. Firstly, the place is absolutely beautiful! I was greeted with a smile and helped immediately. My tech was Tina and she was so sweet, she also kept me updated on what she was doing if she was adding anything (like doing 2 or 3 coats because my nail bed looked a little weak, etc). I got a soak off, gel manicure and pedi and my eyebrows waxed. They will ask you at least 3 times if you would like a complimentary drink and it was very kind! Will be back anytime I need. read more

Absolutely Horrible Experience - Beware! Had to give it one star in order to leave a review. I had an awful experience getting cluster lashes at this salon. The technician was very nice, but she used way too much glue, leaving my lashes completely clumped together and on my lash line. I naturally have long lashes but wanted to add volume for a special vacation. Instead, I left looking ridiculous and devastated. The worst part? She CUT my natural lashes at both corners because my eyes were glued shut! When I realized what had happened, I started panicking, and she had to call the manager. They tried using remover, but there was so much glue that it didn't work. I left in tears, looking like a clown. Since then, I've tried coconut oil, steam baths--nothing works. My lashes are stiff, sticking in different directions, and I anticipate losing all of my natural lashes. My eyes are burning, and I now have to buy oversized sunglasses just to feel comfortable in public. This is especially upsetting because I'm scheduled to take my niece on college visits this week across NC, TN, and GA. I asked to see the technician's license, and while there was one on the wall, I couldn't tell if it proved she had any real lash experience. They should have never let her do this service. I regret not researching more or asking better questions, but I trusted that a professional salon would know what they were doing. If you're considering lashes, DO NOT get cluster lashes here. Stick with a professional, opt for individual lash extensions, or better yet, try a DIY strip lash from Sephora. This was an incredibly painful, embarrassing, and frustrating experience that no one else should have to go through. read more

How lucky am I that this place opened up in my area. This salon is absolutely wonderful. Sophia is so lovely and did a beautiful job on my pedicure and manicure. I have never been to a nail salon where they make everything so special. My cherry blossom pedicure came with a beautiful presentation of a scented candle, petals for the water and all sorts of nice lotions and warm towels. Wow. I felt so pampered. So great!! read more

Originally our experience was amazing. Three of us got our nails done. My 2 daughters and I. They girls are 12 and 8 and their nails held up amazingly all week at Disney. However on the day we were checking out I looked down at my hand in the breakfast line and 2 of my nails had broke in half. I went into the salon before we left the state for them to be fixed. The entire time the girl (Bella) was fixing my nails I felt like an inconvenience. She informed me that she had an appt coming in at 1030 and someone else would have to finish fixing my nails. I get that she didn't originally do them, and she wasn't going to get paid for doing them, but at what point is that my fault?? Also would never recommend gel x nails, this was my first time getting them, and I never will again. read more
