I've been coming here since Nov 2023 and it is by far the absolute best nail salon i've gone to since i've been doing my nails the last nearly 15 years! I adore this place and the staff is so sweet, always a friendly, clean and welcoming vibe! I've had my nails done by a few techs here but Kelly is the main one I always see and she never disappoints. I typically get acrylic sets as that is what works best for my nail bed and gives me the longest wear! 10/10 experience every single time, I go in happy and leave even happier, i've even gotten my mom to start going with me lol. I'm a regular nail client in a different part of the state. I was happy when I came in. Chairs were great, facility was beautiful and it's a nice family run business. We called and made an appointment. Had to wait quite a while but the gentleman did apologize so completely understandable. My nieces nails were done nicely and are gorgeous. She had a female tech, a lovely kind woman. My tech was a male and truly botched my nails. I came in with beautiful acrylics and they were cut too short despite my warning. They are now thick, massively uneven and my hands look stubby. I nearly cried. His technique was semi-aggressive and he burnt me with the Dremel several times but Im tough so I didn't say anything . I loved my pedicure he did but that's it. Even that was ROUGH! If you go- just get one of the ladies. Paid $276 + $70 tip *sigh*Happy with my nieces nails but I CANNOT STOP starting at this mess. I went in here with my mom today to fill in some time before we headed to Disney world, I requested a manicure with a Mickey Mouse design, and my mom a pedicure. Kelly did my nails and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! She did them exactly how I wanted and was so so sweet and attentive, I loved chatting with her and the friendliness presented by all of the workers created a relaxing atmosphere and vibe. Linda did my moms feet and she loves them, the one man, not sure if he was the owner or not, was super funny and a joy to talk to! The salon itself was very clean and fancy, the chairs were comfortable and it was very spacious, overall it was a fabulous experience!! I booked a full acrylic set & pedicure for both me and my daughter. She was lucky and got a professional manicure that know what she was doing and listened to what she wanted. I was VERY unlucky and got a very unprofessional manicure. VERY. I asked for a very natural look. I repeated myself so many times. I was very unhappy with the fake look results and asked to make it thinner to make it look more natural. I even showed her my OWN nails done at a different location to show how natural I wanted. That's when an unprofessional person became even more. Apparently it was my fault the artificial look. If I wanted natural I should have not asked for an ombree. What now? Continue reading to hear more about this experience. According to my receipt, I was the second customer of the day. There were no other customers in the salon, yet I was rushed to choose a color. A man, who seemed to be the owner, sloppily filed my nails. They were uneven. He then assigned an elderly woman, who could not communicate with me, to paint my nails. This woman could not see very well. And that is not her fault, but she should definitely not be painting nails. Her technique was sloppy and embarrassing. My nails are naturally long and easy to paint. She was going over the strokes with barely any paint which made it uneven. She was blotting the tips with paint. She missed entire sides of my nails. She had the same application for topcoat, which is unacceptable. I ended up with a glob of topcoat on my finger. She also got a dried chunk of topcoat on my nail and tried to correct the situation by piling on multiple layers of topcoat. Owner and another person sat slouched in pedicure chairs on their phones the entire time. The nail technician who did my nails didn't know how to turn on the drying fan at the drying station. Overall, the salon was unimpressive and disgusting. Rather than chilling on their phones, they should have been dusting and cleaning the place. The fire alarm on the wall had white paint all over it and there was blue paint on the floor. The station I was at had filing debris and dust everywhere. A reminder that I was the SECOND customer of the day. Not impressed. read more

This place was awful and by far the worst nail experience I have had thus far. My friend and I were traveling from Atlanta and were here for a conference so we decided to go to this place since they were close and had quite a few reviews. I had an older lady working on my nails and I was getting a full set with SNS in oval shape. Multiple things went wrong: 1. I have multiple cuts on my cuticles 2. She used the drill too hard so it sounded like a chainsaw and created ridges in the nail which caused the finished product to be bumpy and inconsistent 3. The shape is awful and not oval or consistent at all. 4 she also used the drill At high power to push the cuticle back which caused sensitivity in the nail. read more

They're impatient and super expensive. My refill was $85 because of the design, the tech who I think is also the manager, was not patient with me at all, she didn't try to take the time to assist me and make sure I liked what I was getting. I was very indecisive about the design I wanted and she didn't really do much to help, she lied about not being able to do a design just so she wouldn't have to go look for a different color. I didn't like the way it came out and she told me she would still charge me cause she already did the work. Fine charge me but take it off and redo it then, im a paying customer and im paying a lot of money for some painted plastic on my fingers, the least you can do is make sure I leave happy. I also got a pedicure and some how everything came out to $128...it was a basic pedicure so not sure why everything was so expensive. On top of all that, the tech had the AUDACITY to call a male employee to stand by the door while she charged me like if I was going to run out the door. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND and will absolutely never be going back. I came here because it is right ny my house but I will continue to drive an hour to my usual place because the customer service is worth every penny... do not waste your time and hard working money here. read more

I also didn't like my 2nd visit, where I sat with a gentleman who I asked for a pink and white set. he gave me a plain set with a tiny hint of pink, he didn't understand much English so he paid me no attention when i asked for round shape. he was just doing whatever he wanted to do and gave me a square set. Called last minute to see if they had availability for three walk ins, they said come on in no problem! I got a gel manicure with Amanda and she was excellent! My sister got a gel mani and pedi and my boyfriend got a pedi. All of us loved our services and the place was so clean! When you walk in you wash your hands for 30 seconds before touching anything, same on the way out. Everyone were wearing masks and I felt very safe as well. Lovely atmosphere and very calming! At first I was a little concerned. We were greeted and seated immediately. Regular pedicure $35. $42 with gel polish. The staff was very friendly, interactive, and seemed like they actually love what they do. The place is very clean and spacious. They have beer and wine available on request. Just spent $75 at this place and my nails look horrible. Pedicure wa okay, didn't use callous remover as advertised but my toes look nice. As for the manicure, it's horrible. My nails are actually at a slant going diagonal instead of straight across, and they're extremely lumpy. At one point the manicurist had actually realized she made a mistake on one and tried to pick off the acrylic with her own nail, and failed and just kept going.
