I had a full set for hybrid, the first week looked fine I didn't pay too much attention but gradually as my natural lash cycle comes off I notice the false lashes had a chunk of glue on it. I looked closely and many of my lashes were in clumped and stuck together, not only that most of the lashes that were applied on had a heavy amount of glue on it. Also during the full set not sure why she had to pull some glue off and it was really painful at some point. I never had such experience, my eyes were literally watering because it was hurting. I also noticed my eyes were red the next day possibly due to pressure that the lash artist put on my eyes but it went away so it wasn't a big deal. My overall experience was really uncomfortable and the quality of my lashes were not great for what I paid for.

OG Tattoos is a hidden gem believe it or not, in the busy tourist district of Orlando. It's an art studio, gallery, and tattoo shop hidden behind tinted doors. The artist are truly dedicated to the work they do and it shows in every aspect of the shop. It had been roughly 17 years since I last got inked and I wanted to make sure that if I was going to do it again, it had to be done in a place where art was the headliner, customer service the theme, and fun the attitude. I researched roughly 15 places before settling with OG Tattoos and I could not be happier I did. My artist was Skye, an amazing artist with a very professional yet calming demeanor, she made the entire experience so amazing. The attention Skye took to make my piece unique and personal was above and beyond anything I had expected. My tattoo was a custom piece in black and gray in the realistic style of subject matter that is not only not common in tattoos, but also holds a ton of significance behind every element, it had to be right or it would be completely ruined. Skye took time to listen to the details I wanted, the placement of objects, worked with me to get the perfect reference material, and then used her artistic genius to mesh it all together to render an idea in my head into a true art piece. I will be getting more work done in the near future and OG Tattoos and Skye will be the place I entrust to make the art in my head a reality. During my Research of other Tattoo shops here is a list of why they didn't match up to OG Tattoos: - Many of these rank in the top 15 if you do a search on the web for Orlando. - First Interaction: o In many of the shops it felt intimidating just walking through the door, due to not having a ton of tattoos and none visible. I often felt as though the one greeting customers just didn't have time for new customers, often not even acknowledging I was present until I said something. - Cleanliness: o This was a major concern of mine just for health reasons. I also like to look at the perspective that if the artist doesn't care about the minor detail of keeping a clean shop what kind of work will they do. My bottom basis was Poor Detail to Shop Cleanliness = Poor Detail to The Work Being Done. One shop the artist was even smoking during tattooing. - Atmosphere: o I know most tattoo shops do piercings and tattoos and often the décor reflects that. Since I am not into piercings it only made sense to find a place solely dedicated to tattooing. Also the location had to reflect what the primary focus of those working there is, and that to me was the art. Many of the other shops were dark, cluttered, no private rooms, and just not inviting. - Versatility: o Many of the tattoo shops that I visited seemed to have one specific artist that was an "expert" at one or two styles. To me this was a turn off because it means that I would be possibly cohered into have work done by an artist that I just wasn't comfortable in. - Flexibility: o This was a big one because my schedule was limited to time of week that I had available for my work to be done. Many of the locations wanted me to work my schedule around them, and the artist wanted me to work around their schedule. OG Tattoos to me is the best place to get ink done in Orlando, they listen to the customer, take a vested interest in the work being done, and are truly dedicated to providing the best work in the industry in a relaxed and professional manner. So I finally decided to get my tattoo that I've been trying to finalize over the past year or so. After searching around Orlando a bit, a friend mentioned to me that he wanted to have his shoulder piece done by Oscar Gomez. I had stumbled upon OG Tattoos in my personal searches, but until my friend had mention Oscar again, I never really considered it because it was a little out of the way and originally I was hoping to find something a little closer to home. My friend and I looked through lots of Instagram posts, and definitely went through many reviews, and their entire website, before I finally decided to e-mail OG Tattoos. When I e-mailed OG Tattoos, I was very surprised to get an e-mail,almost immediately after I had sent my inquiry, from Oscar himself. Throughout the whole process Oscar was always on top of responding to my e-mails, and was always very accommodating to my changing work schedule, and my untimeliness the day we actually put ink to skin...I think I was and hour and 10 mins late as I was driving back to Orlando from visiting my family, and Oscar still squeezed me in that same day. I'm so glad I decide to come here to get my first tattoo. Going into my first meeting with Oscar, I had no idea what I wanted my tattoo to look like, I just knew what it was going to say, and what colors I wanted to incorporate into it...Oscar had no problem helping my vision come to life. Oscar's shop is not your traditional tattoo parlor, it's very clean, but is very tasteful and aesthetically pleasing, a work of art in it's self...and Oscar was more than happy to let me look around. Overall my experience at OG Tattoos was a solid 10/10 and if I could rate it higher I would. Oscar made my experience very memorable, he has an awesome sense of humor, and is very good at what he does. I couldn't have asked for anyone better, it was definitely worth the drive! I can't thank Oscar enough, everything was perfect, I won't go anywhere else but here. My hubs and I were at the end of our honeymoon and wanted to get matching tattoos. We walked into OG Tattoo & Gallery. After a couple minutes, we were greeted by the very friendly, Skye. We explained to her our situation and what had happened to our appt with another tattoo shop in the area. Skye was understanding to our circumstances and consulted with us on what we wanted. She then told us to come back after an hour because she had another consultation. When we went back we we're greeted by a gentleman who escorted us up the stairs and got us started on our paperwork. Skye came out and finished her consultation with us and was trying accommodate any expectations we may have had (i.e. If we wanted to get tattooed at the same time.) We were offered water three different times but not in annoying way. Everyone there was trying to make sure we were comfortable. They told us we could walk around and hang out with the other artists while Skye was getting ready for us. While we were there, one of the guys mopped the floor about fives times insuring the floor was immaculate. They were all trained this way. When we first walked in we were very impressed with how clean this place is. I felt as though I could eat off the floors. And when I saw the care and pride they take in cleaning it makes sense. When you go upstairs to the studio area. Every studio was immaculate as well. The whole atmosphere of OG Tattoo & Gallery is very inviting and professional. My daughter wanted to get her very first tattoo and being new to Florida I had no idea where to go. So after doing some lengthy research on Yelp and Google, I came across OG Tattoos. My daughter contacted them via email and they were very thorough and responded quickly and efficiently. They provided all the information as well as being able to upload a Picture that she wanted to be done. Her appointment was with Nick and upon arriving, their shop is so cool. I love the atmosphere and interior design of their layout. Trendy, cool and vintage all at the same time LOL. I was beyond impressed compared to other shops I have been to from where I am from- CA. We were greeted right away by Lisa and later with Nick. It was such a pleasure meeting Nick he is very professional, and outgoing. When it comes to getting a quality tattoo with a unique design unlike any other OG Tattoos & Gallery is the place to go! From my observations unlike the average tattoo shop I feel that OG Tattoos offers you more than just being another "customer" Oscar and his team have more of a personal and welcoming environment making all his clients feel completely at home. I had gotten my first tattoo ever from Oscar and I was so incredibly nervous, but Oscar made me feel so relaxed by making me laugh and before I even noticed the pain he was already finished and I knew right then I had to get another tattoo from him. I recently just got a much larger piece done by him and not only did he capture the idea I had of what I wanted to get done, but he made it ten times better than what I could have ever imagined. He was also very clean and sanitary with all his tools he used which I admired because safety and sanitation is a major key in my life. OG Tattoos is the best place to get work done! Talking on the phone they were super nice about what I wanted and giving me a quote! I was very nervous about getting my first tattoo. I was supposed to have my appointment earlier in the day but read the date wrong. They were very nice and were able to reschedule me for later today. I walked into the place I was surprised and pleased about how clean and professional looking it was. They quickly welcomed me and had me get started on some paperwork. They offered me water or soda multiple times and were very pleasant! I was introduced to my artist and we was very kind and professional! Nick is a great artist and I would definitely recommend him and OG Tattoos to anyone looking to get some work done. He kept me laughing and relaxed before getting started on my tattoo. I've been searching for a certified and reputable permanent makeup artist for some time. I desperately needed my eyebrows done. For years, I've been coloring them in with pencils and shadows and always worried they'd melt away underwater. I found Oscar from OG Tatoos and his lovely consultant Lisa. She had a similar personal experience and understood all of my concerns. She told me that's is why she felt compelled to study, and teach others about the beauty of permanent makeup. She was very friendly and professional. She first design my brows to fit my bone structure and adjust to my desired look. They matched to my skin color and style. The application process was painless (numbing cream) and I had very little to low discomfort after. I even had the courage to do a lash enhancement (thin liner over my eyelashes). Took our youngest daughter for a tattoo for her 18th birthday...like we do. Skye designed exactly what she wanted, took the time to draw it up long before we actually had the appointment, and was very open to my ideas for my own tattoo. Ink day was everything I could have hoped for...the studio is clean, clean, clean. The employees are welcoming (not like some places where, unless you are already covered in blue and have piercings and gauges everywhere, you are made to feel like an interloper). Skye performed beautifully on our little girl's tattoo and then proceeded to freehand the tattoo design we chatted about briefly on myself. Normally I would NEVER have allowed someone to do that having, in the past, been very careful to know exactly what will permanently become a part of me. She was always very aware tattoo decisions last a lifetime and never rushed or worked outside her comfort zone. Her vision was more than I ever even imagined. Skye...remember that name. I had been wanting to get a tattoo for about ten years and finally made the plan to do it with a friend of mine. We were on vacation visiting Orlando from New York and planned to get tattoos on the last day (so we could enjoy pool time). I had been looking around for local places for a few weeks and ran across OG tattoos on Yelp. What I liked was on the website they actually had the artist instagram linked so you could really look at their work. We probably should have scheduled ahead but were caught up in vacation mode. However we called the day of to see if they could fit us in for two small lettering tattoos and were lucky enough to get a spot. Eric was our artist and he did a great job. He walked us through everything (it was my first) and took the time to perfect it just how we wanted them. He told us about the after care of just soap and lotion and didn't try to sell us any products. Only thing is there is a $10 fee for credit cards but the salon next door was nice enough to let us use their ATM to get cash. It was a great first experience in a clean and friendly place. My 19 year old son insisted he wanted a tattoo. After arguing for months, then a solid week, I realized I needed to support him rather than fight him. Since I didn't want him to go off and get a tattoo in a shady place, or an unclean place or get ripped off... I jumped on board to help. I admit, I found OG Tattoos online, while on vacation---- But I'm glad I did!! OG Tattoo was absolutely the most amazing, professional, patient, respectful, sanitary, clean, knowledgable, talented, artistry tattoo shop I have ever experienced. Yes, as a middle aged mother and teacher... Absolutely Blown away by the patience and professionalism of Oscar and everyone at OG. I can't tell you enough how personal and organic the consultantion and design were, and what a great experience the entire process was. In this new world of Covid, this shop was above and beyond ready. Exceeded my expectations leaps and bounds. The final result of my tattoo was magical and was way more of what I had in mind because of the specific colaboration I had with my artist. The initial process is done on line via email which was efficient and quick. Believe it or not, I felt at the end like I was under charged (yes I said under). The time and effort he took to listen and design my tattoo could have easily been worth more. Don't be afraid of the initial quotes via the email. The price will be adjusted accordingly. Because of that my tip reflected my immense satisfaction with my ink. Don't forget to tip. Ask for Oscar but be aware they are all bad ass tattoo artists. Was visiting Orlando from Ottawa Canada and wanted to add to my sleeve. I could NOT have found a better studio. I'd called a few days ahead of arrival and spoke to Eric to see if there was any chance I could get in. Less that 30 minutes later I'd filled out the online paperwork.. put down a nominal deposit and was good to go. I cannot recommend this studio enough. Oscar runs a CLEAN, FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT studio. Eric was a kindred spirit who did an amazing job on the addition to my Buddhist sleeve. I have a vision for my sleeve and everything has to be just right. Eric had ZERO issues with following my directions as to design and placement. I've already shaken hands for a visit for more work next February. GO HERE.. if you go anywhere else you will be wasting your time and you won't get this caliber of work. Eric warned me he doesn't talk while he works. I booked an appointment with Lisa, who specializes in permanent makeup, for eyebrow microblading. My eyebrows were always naturally sparse and drawing them on gets old quickly. I cannot emphasize enough how thrilled I am with the results. Lisa took her time to explain everything to me during the consultation and then again as we were going through the process. Her attention to detail is second to none and the end result is more natural than I had even hoped for. She asked me what my thoughts were on shape, color etc. and then made very educated, skillful suggestions based on my bone structure, skin tone, etc. She provided thorough instructions on after care and we booked my 4 week follow up before I left. She even provided me with guidelines on how the brows would be changing during the next several weeks as they heal so I would know what to expect. If you are thinking of any permanent makeup procedures at all, this is the place to go. I would give more stars if I could. read more

What an amazing group of artists! Oscar and Lisa are absolute professionals as well as the most wonderful people I've ever met. When I screwed up the day and time for my husband's tattoo, they totally accommodated us. (We were in Orlando for our annual Christmas vacation and were leaving the next day to return to Buffalo, NY). Anyone else would have shown us the door. But not Lisa and Oscar! They enlisted Eric's expertise and now my husband has an incredible tattoo of Fireman Mickey that looks exactly as if someone took a sticker and slapped it on his arm. It's nothing short of perfection! Their shop is also an art gallery and the art on the walls and sitting on the tables is some of the best eclectic pieces I've seen. This is definitely a must see for anyone visiting Orlando! I can promise you we will definitely be back for more ink as well as to browse the gallery!!! You WILL NOT be disappointed!! I was looking to do a cover up, had what I wanted in mind, looked into two other places, had one keep rescheduling, another didn't respond , so I looked to see who were the best tattoo shops around and OG Tattoos had a 5 star rating, and all the artists looked really talented. I needed a certain date, and time,when I called Eric was so nice on the phone, he told me that the owner was available when I needed him. Oscar was AMAZING, not only is he talented, you immediately felt comfortable , he genuinely cared and listened to what you wanted, didn't try to push any ideas on you, didn't treat you like you were just another tattoo, made you feel like you mattered. What a great experience, the shop is VERY clean, great friendly artists. I got my tattoo done by Oscar about a month ago. It is now completely healed and absolutely beautiful! I've gotten so many compliments on it! I went to OG tattoos after a barista at a tea store recommended I go and I am so glad i did! The atmosphere was very laid back and funny, yet professional and the artists as well as his wife were beyond friendly! It's clear to see the respect that these artists have for their clients. My favorite thing about my visit was that despite his talent, Oscar never once made me feel silly for my tattoo request and he was not cocky, like other artists I've encountered. So many great things to say about OG Tattoos! Oscar Gomez is great artist and takes a lot of pride in the product he delivers. He was very patient working with us to ensure we had the exact design we wanted before he started. Lisa Gomez is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. She answered every question I had and educated me on the process of getting a tattoo. She made me, and my family of 5 (all got tattoos) feel very comfortable. Lisa and Oscar are an amazing combo! Oscar's quality of work brought us in, and Lisa sealed the deal with her customer service and overall caring and gregarious personality. Just got my first tattoo from OG and I couldn't be happier. I took a lot of time deciding on my tattoo design and where to get it done and finally made the commitment at OG. I had a brief consultation with Oscar around the design style I was looking for as well as fonts, placement and my budget, with that done he went right to work. He was exceptional, easy going and his attention to detail is outstanding. The studio was everything you'd want out of a tattoo parlor or rather a tattoo gallery in OG's case. You can definitely tell they take pride in there work no matter their medium. I will be taking my wife here to get hers done and if I ever want anymore work done I know where to go. To say my experience was incredible and amazing would truly be an understatement. Walking into OG Tattoos can be compared to finding a favorite coffee shop hidden away that you never want to forget. The shop itself had a beautiful, clean, invigorating & inspiring decor. Every artist that I met made me wish I had only ever come here to get work done. However, Skye was one-of-a-kind. Her work was meticulously perfect. She was patience, funny, kind, and made suggestions I wouldn't have thought of. From the moment I met her, I felt comfortable and knew I could trust her with the task at hand :) As soon as my three new additions are healed, I will post pictures. I was in town for the weekend from New York. Never gotten a tattoo before, but I saw OG Tattoos and thought it was interesting. I visited the studio to check out the place and artists. I spoke with Nick and he showed me around and the place was really nice and very clean. A month later I booked an appointment with Nick for earlier today for my first tattoo on my bicep. He did an awesome job and helped me come up with specifics on my idea by sketching it and showing me. After agreeing we got started. Was there for about 4 hours and it was a lot more comfortable than I expected. Nick was fun to talk to while getting it done and was very accommodating to me if I needed a break. I emailed the team here and they got back to me quickly. I sent them a mock up of the image I wanted to work with so they had an idea, as well as, the location I preferred. When I arrived, the artist was able to do a transfer for me and we opted to move the placement a little bit higher up my wrist as I have a dominate tendon that could have been more painful and made it look odd with the movements. I liked that she advised me on her logic and why she thought it was best to move it up about an inch. The tattoo took about 30 minutes and was wrapped up nicely. The place was very clean and everyone was very professional. It healed up nicely and still looks great. I get a lot of compliments on it. Overall: A Love my tattoo and planning another for my back shoulders. :)

If it's that hard to fill appointment for her, she must not be that well liked or highly requested. I've said it before and I will say it again, if they didn't reiterate multiple times that you could "keep your deposit", I never would have booked so far in advance in a city I don't live in. After all this, I wouldn't trust there wouldn't be further miscommunication at the time of the appointment. I had to contact the BBB to even get them to cancel my appointment weeks after I requested a cancellation.
