Secondly, every step of the process is thoroughly explained and I got to see in a mirror, the markings, color, etc, and confirmed with me that what I saw was what I wanted. I wore my regular eyebrow makeup when I arrived so Alexis could get an idea of what I like. The procedure was nearly painless. Afterward the post-care was thoroughly explained and I followed exactly. You have to keep your eyebrows dry, except for the daily, mild washing, so Alexis recommended a visor for wearing in the shower and it worked out perfectly. Despite the injury, there was no apology that felt sincere and no adjustment made to the bill. On top of that, the gel manicure started chipping after just two days. I regularly get gel manicures elsewhere and they usually last at least 10 days, so this was especially frustrating. Overall, between the lack of care, the way the situation was handled, and the poor quality of the manicure, I wouldn't return or recommend this salon.
